  • Implement full cycle of Assertive Communication techniques
    • Understand importance of the full cycle
    • Learn about highlight vs downlight
    • Learn about fact vs interpretation
    • Manage expectation and understand an alternative methods
    • Simulation and exercise to superior, subordinates and colleagues
  • Build action plan
    • Set action plan and performance milestones for your target
    • Learn practical tips

Learning Methodology

  • Theory and case studies
  • Exercise and sharing in the group
  • Role play: provide situations for which the participants can clarify the goal and identify ways to reach the goal
  • Fill-in learning journal
  • Action plan
  • Monitor on action plan for 3 months, that is, 1 time per month through email
