LATAR BELAKANG
Perdagangan bebas antar negara membawa dampak yaitu persaingan dalam kualitas produk, harga, ketepatan waktu dalam memenuhi pesanan dan dampak lingkungan yang positif selama proses produksi. Kebijakan utama dalam mempertahankan posisi bisnis Indonesia dalam kancah perdagangan global adalah dengan meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kualitas keahlian serta kemampuan sumber daya manusia yang mampu menghasilkan kualitas produk yang berstandarisasi internasional dengan mempertahankan karakteristik nasional.

Acuan standarisasi dalam pembentukan sistem produksi bagi industri rekayasa harus diterapkan secara nyata untuk menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas. Secara umum metoda pemanfaatan standar ini diulas dalam standar internasional yaitu ISO 9000 (Quality management and Quality Assurance Standards; Guidelines for Selection and Use): ISO 9001, Quality Systems; Model for Quality Assurance in Design/Development production, Installation and Servicing; ISO 9004, Quality Systems; Quality Management and Quality System Elements; Guidelines. Atau Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI): SNI 19-9001 dan SNI 19-9004.

Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Teknologi Sistem Mutu (Quality System Engineering).

was graduated from politeknik universitas brawijaya malang for his diploma in mechanical engineering majoring on mechanical maintenance and repairing, from ITS Surabaya for his bachelor in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering, and from ITB Bandung for his master program in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering.

Now he is as lecturer at mechanical engineering Politeknik Negeri Bandung(before as poltek ITB). Ir. Sugeng Isdwiyanudi, MT. has followed many trainings/courses to improve his competence.

Why Audit?
OHSAS 18001:2007 is a management tool which can be used by an organization to better affect its occupational health and safety management policies and programmes

It is essential for an organization to understand its performance against its requirements; and whenever possible, to identify opportunities for improvement.  To achieve these objectives, an organization must set out to conduct internal reviews of itself. These are called internal audits. Internal audits are mandated in OHSAS 18001:2007 through the clause 4.5.5.  The intent of this process is to ensure the organizations knowledge of itself and how it is performing to its requirements.  This process is charged to the internal auditor, whether developed from within or hired from outside. Success in the auditing process is characterized by reliance on a number of principles.  These principles make the audit experience an efficient and reliable tool in support of management policies and controls, providing information on which an organization can act to improve its performance.

OBJECTIVE:
On successful completion, delegates will be trained Auditors, competent to audit their own organization:

  • Be able to prepare, plan, conduct internal audits,
  • Be able to report the results whilst identifying efficiencies and opportunities for improvement of the Management Systems.

Interactive learning techniques are used to maximize delegate participation, including workshops designed to broaden the knowledge of system and audit applications. Further, the delegate will be made aware of good current practices and be encouraged to develop constructive audit skills through analysis and self appraisal.

Bambang Pamudji, B.Sc.,SE. has much real experiences, he is former Senior Health and Safety staff at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja,PUSRI(Urea Fertilizer Manufacturer) Palembang. He was born in Pasuruan East Java, 14 March 1950. He got his B.Sc in Public Health from APK Surabaya in 1971 and was graduated from Economic Management Sriwidjaja University, UNSRI, Palembang in 1996. He has certificates in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) from Depnakertrans RI/Institutions and Universities in Indonesia, institutions and Universities in UK, and National Safety Council. Experienced in setting up Health and Safety Management System documentation and its application. Experienced internal lead auditor SMK3 in PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja, and External lead auditor SMK3 for Indonesian Association Fertilizer Producer. He has been teaching industrial training classes for many classes related to topics of his competencies, HSE. Many participants from many companies in Indonesia have participated in his training classes.

Dr.Ir. Sutanto Hadisupadmo.MT.,IPM is a lecturer at Physics Engineering Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), and has been as a Head of Laboratory of Industrial Instrumentation at ITB. He has over 20 years of experience doing training, consulting work in instrumentation, measurement, safety and process control and Mr. Sutanto has trained many training/courses for many companies in Indonesia such as PT. TOTAL Indonesie, Pertamina, PT. Petrokimia Gresik, PT. Badak LNG, PT. Pupuk Iskandar Muda, PT. Pupuk Kaltim, PT. Jaya Ancol and many others. LATAR BELAKANG:
Sistem transportasi saluran pipa liquid atau petroleum yang digunakan termasuk seluruh saluran pipa pembawa minyak mentah (kasar), produk petroleum, dan gas petroleum, terminal-terminal, tempat pembersihan, pabrik gas alam, dan pesanan dan tempat penerimaan. Termasuk juga tempat penampungan fasilitas gas dari petroleum cair pada saluran pipa tertutup, fabrikasi dari pipa dan sambungan, dan penggabungan saluran beberapa fasilitas perpipaan. Pengkodean transporatsi saluran pipa minyak meliputi disain dan pembuatan tekanan vessel, tempat penyimpanan atau tangki-tangki, saluran pipa dengan logam dengan temperatur di atas 250 oF atau di bawah – 20 oF, casing, tubing, pipe used in oil or gas wells, oil gas separtors, crude oil production tanks, saluran pipa pembersihan petroleum, transmisi gas dan pipa distribusi, disain dan fabrikasi peralatan atau instrumen, atau heat exchanger. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Oil Transportation Piping.

PENDAHULUAN :  
Non Destructive Test; NDT adalah pengujian material yang dilakukan tanpa harus merusak bagian konstruksi (produk, material) atau obyek yang diuji untuk mengetahui cacat baik cacat luar maupun cacat dalam. Pemeriksaan kualitas terhadap cacat produk (material) dilakukan setiap kali apabila diperlukan. Berkenaan dengan penilaian produk catat yang diteliti, penerimaan dan penolakannya dalam penggunaan dan nilai barang dalam rupa, dipakai sebagai patokan penilaian. Bagi produk yang penilaiannya sulit karena ada pada batas antara diterima dan ditolak, maka hal ini harus diyakinkan dengan pengujian benda palsu atau pengujian dalam penggunaannya. Pemeriksaan harus dilakukan sedemikian rupa sehingga dari pemeriksaan diperoleh keyakinan. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Pengujian Material Bersifat Tidak merusak (Non Destuctive Test).

Perencanaan kondisi proses perlu ditunjang dengan data mengenai ongkos produksi, ongkos pahat, ongkos operasi, dan data pemesinan yang lengkap yang biasanya tidak diketahui oleh seorang operator mesin. Hal ini sesungguhnya memang merupakan tugas bagi seorang ahli teknik produksi yang menguasai teori, memiliki data, dan pengalaman yang memungkinkan dalam penentuan kondisi proses pemesinan sesuai dengan tujuan dengan sebaik mungkin atau optimum. Dalam optimisasi kondisi pemesinan diperlukan suatu algoritma yaitu langkah logik yang menggunakan suatu model matematik untuk menghitung harga paling baik atau optimum bagi variabel proses pemesinan dapat dipenuhi, yaitu Ongkos produksi yang paling rendah atau ekonomik, Kecepatan produksi yang paling tinggi atau produktif, dan Kecepatan penghasilan keuntungan yang paling tinggi atau menguntungkan. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Optimisasi Sistem Produksi (Optimization for Production System).

He was born in Pasuruan East Java, 14 March 1950. He got his B.Sc in Public Health from APK Surabaya in 1971 and was graduated from Economic Management Sriwidjaja University, UNSRI, Palembang in 1996. He has certificates in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) from Depnakertrans RI/Institutions and Universities in Indonesia, institutions and Universities in UK, and National Safety Council. Experienced in setting up Health and Safety Management System documentation and its application. Experienced internal lead auditor SMK3 in PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja, and External lead auditor SMK3 for Indonesian Association Fertilizer Producer. He has been teaching industrial training classes for many classes related to topics of his competencies, HSE. Many participants from many companies in Indonesia have participated in his training classes.

LATAR BELAKANG
Pelatihan International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) sangat penting terkait rencana Indonesia untuk convergence terhadap International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) dalam pengaturan standar akuntansi keuangan. Pengaturan perlakuan akuntansi yang convergen dengan IFRS, lanjutnya, akan diterapkan untuk penyusunan laporan keuangan entitas yang dimulai per 1 Januari 2012. Compliance terhadap IFRS memberikan manfaat terhadap keterbandingan laporan keuangan dan peningkatan transparansi. Melalui compliance maka laporan keuangan perusahaan Indonesia dapat dibandingkan dengan laporan keuangan perusahaan dari negara lain, sehingga akan sangat jelas kinerja perusahaan mana yang lebih baik. Selain itu, program konvergensi juga bermanfaat untuk mengurangi biaya modal (cost of capital), meningkatkan investasi global, dan mengurangi beban penysusunan laporan keuangan.

Tidak terkecuali bagi pemeriksa internal (internal auditor) perusahaan yang disebut sebagai Satuan pengawasan internn (SPI) perusahaan juga membutuhkan peningkatan kompetensi terkait penerapan PSAK konvergensi IFRS tersebut. Bagaimana dan dimanakah sebenarnya kedudukan, fungsi dan peran Internal audit perusahaan dalam penerapan PSAK-IFRS ini dalam suatu perusahaan

Pendidikan terakhir adalah S2, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen PPM dan memiliki spesialisasi di bidang Manajemen Resiko dan Analisa Keuangan serta lulus sertifikasi Diploma International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS). Selain aktif sebagai pembicara seminar dan anggota organisasi Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia (IAI), dosen di Universitas Padjajaran dan berbagai Universitas dan lembaga pendidikan pelatihan seminar lainnya, beliau saat ini menjabat profesional sebagai Senior Officer Financial Reporting Manager di BUMN Indonesia terdaftar pada Bursa Efek New York dan Indonesia dimana sebelumnya bekerja pada senior level di Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) Big Four terbesar.

PENGANTAR :
Pergudangan memegang peran yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan sebuah perusahaan. Barang yang disimpan digudang bisa dalam bentuk bahan baku, barang setengah jadi, suku cadang maupun produk jadi.
