Perusahan perkebunan kelapa sawit dan pabrik Kelapa sawit, dituntut harus menerapkan dan bersertifikat RSPO dan ISPO. Hal tersebut berdasarkan tuntutan pembeli / buyer (Supermarket terbesar di Swiss “Migros”) , LSM (miasl Sawit Watch ) dan pemerintah.
Memenuhi kewajiban menerapkan ISPO sesuai dengan PERATURAN MENTERI PERTANIAN NOMOR 19/Permentan/OT.140/3/2011, bahwa Perusahaan Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit dalam waktu paling lambat sampai dengan tanggal 31 Desember 2014 harus sudah melaksanakan usaha sesuai dengan ketentuan Peraturan ISPO.

Tujuan Training

Pembicara / Fasilitator
Dr.Ir. Sudjati Rachmat, DEA. adalah dosen di jurusan perminyakan ITB sejak tahun 1979 sampai sekarang. OVERVIEW:
Gas tersting onvolves testing for oxygen, toxic and flammable gases using portable gas detection equipment and is an integral part of establishing safe system of work. The authorised gas testing (AGT) e-learning course covers: gas testing procedure and practices, the procedural requirements for gas testing, the teory of combustion, characteristics of gas mixtures and the use of portable gas testing equipment. The course provides the underpinning knowledge to support competence and when combined with the supplementary practical and workplace assessment, can provide a complete methode to achieve AGT certification.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND THIS TRAINING?:
The course is aimed at personnel who will be involved in gas testing activities, authorised gas testers or those requiring knowledge of gas testing practices.

Experienced in setting up Health and Safety Management System documentation and its application. Experienced internal lead auditor SMK3 in PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja, and External lead auditor SMK3 for Indonesian Association Fertilizer Producer. He has been teaching industrial training classes for many classes related to topics of his competencies, HSE. INTRODUCTION :
To fulfill the oil and gas demand for power generation, recovery processes, and other uses, pipelines are utilized to transport the supply from their source.  These pipelines are mostly buried and operate without disturbing normal pursuits.

Construction procedures for most pipeline systems can be adapted to consider specific environmental conditions and are tailored to cause minimal impact on the environment.

Unattended pumping stations move large volumes of oil and petroleum products under high pressure.  Many factors have to be considered in the engineering and design of long-distance pipelines, including the nature and volume of fluid to be transported, the length of pipeline, the types of terrain traversed and the environmental constraints.  Major factor influencing pipeline system design are: Fluid properties, design condition, supply and demand magnitude/location, Code and standards, Route, topography and access, environmental impact, economic, hydrological impact, seismic and volcanic impacts.

To obtain optimum results for a pipeline transmission system, complex economic and engineering studies are necessary to decide on the pipeline diameter, material, compression/pumping power requirements and location of the pipeline route.

INTRODUCTION :
With increasing demands to natural gas in Indonesia, sour gases are being tapped for utilization after purification. But, the natural gas that is transported to the fuel market must meet legal and safety requirements; it must be non-toxic, non-corrosive and safe to environment. For that reasons, gas conditioning or specifically gas treating is a very important step in gas processing scheme. H2S, and CO2, are removed to certain level through a gas sweetening process. There are many processes available. The amines (MEA, DEA, MDEA) are the most popular solutions and thus commonly used in many fields. This course is designed as an effective practical shortcut to understand the amine sweetening process and all features and problems encountered in amine plant operations for engineers, operators, technicians, and anyone who involve or responsible  in H2S and CO2 removal.

The course content and approach are designed to suit participants of different background and different position in the company. It will be delivered as a to-the-point explanation by a professional instructor, utilizing an easy-to-understand examples and illustrations, especially the actual findings in Indonesia.

Sudiharto besides as instructor and researcher at Geothermal Laboratory ITB, he is also being as Production Engineer at LAPI ITB, Production & Reservoir Analist andexpert board (Dewan Pakar) at Forum Komunikasi Daerah Penghasil Migas, and joining in Community Development Team Dirjen Migas since 2003. Some projects have been handled by him such as policy analysis expert on oil and gas subsector, oil and gas production expert,and field economicity such as: projection study investation potency energy and mineral resources, implementation study national energy consumtion, study on field use of Brownfield in Indonesia, inventarization research of old well potential in regency of Muaro Jambi, blueprint arrangement manpower on oil and gas subsector, development operation cost estimation system oil and gas: geological and geophysical stage, study of combustion flare gas at PERTAMINA DOH Jawa Bagian Barat, survey and development of GIS based datas for planning and distribution BBM and transportation gas through pipe, study on planning of Indonesia – Asean pipeline system, etc. Ir.
