LATAR BELAKANG PELATIHAN
Communicate better and improve your relationships with others. People who have well developed interpersonal skills feel good about themselves, can express themselves in a clear, honest way, have more influence, use criticism constructively and are better able to manage conflict. This program addresses the underlying attitudes, which form a participant’s interpersonal skills. In this program, participants will develop skills and strategies to help them become more confident in communicating and dealing with people within and outside the workplace. They will learn how to shift unhelpful attitudes and experience ways of expressing themselves more fully and effectively at work.
