BACKGROUND
The goal of anyone who is involved in supervisory/management should be to help employees most adequately fit with the needs of the company. A range of skills are required such as holding meetings, reviewing performance, scheduling, decision making, hiring (or firing) employees and effective interpersonal communication, etc.

This workshop for new supervisors develops the communication, coaching, and performance management skills needed to supervise employees and lead teams effectively. It teaches the essential skills needed by a new supervisor to step confidently into his/her new leadership role. It will help make the move into a management role smoother and more successful.
