Most organizations do some type of long-range or strategic planning, and the formal strategic planning process has been used for over thirty years. Memiliki pengalaman sebagai konsultan bisnis di RENDER Consulting dalam berbagai proyek di Astra Honda Motor, Astra Politeknik Manufaktur, Bank Ekonomi, TELKOMSEL, Sisindosat Lintasbuana, Asuransi Jasindo, Orson Indonesia, Anugrah Teknologi Indonesia, Parani Artamandiri, Indosat, Suara Pembaruan,Suzuki, AIA, Wellcommshop, SIERS etc.
Selain itu, juga terlibat dalam beberapa proyek untuk proses due diligence & feasibility study pada beberapa perusahaan. Berpengalaman sebagai Trainer pengembangan eksekutif, leadership dan manajemen perusahaan.
Beliau adalah lulusan Magister Manajemen dari Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen LPPM, Jakarta. Spesialisasi keahlian yang dimiliki adalah bidang Budaya Organisasi dan Pengembangan Organisasi.
