Course Description
This course is designed to enable participants to achieve a thorough knowledge of the relevant theories and equipment operation necessary to perform quality infrared inspections. By obtaining a thorough understanding of the fundamental concepts and theories of this technology, delegates will develop a method of thinking required to accurately evaluate temperature related problems for almost any application. Delegates will learn how to use their specific brand of IR equipment; make accurate temperature and emissivity measurements; perform an inspection; account for small object size, distance and reflectivity; collect, analyse and document thermal data; write reports, implement a programme and market your services. This course is taught in Bahasa Indonesia but designed to exceed the body of knowledge of Infrared Thermography international standard Level-1. Prerequisites There are no formal prerequisites for this course, however some experience of using IR equipment would be beneficial. Due to the nature of the technology, it is not possible to provide every type of equipment on the market for delegates. Therefore, delegates will get the most benefit from the course if they can bring their own equipment with them. By doing so, they will learn how to use the features of their equipment to the best advantage. Detailed Agenda
