TRAINING OBJECTIVE :
Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini peserta diharapkan ;

  1. Memahami pentingnya pengelolaan arsip dalam organisasi perusahaan
  2. Terciptanya buku manual pedoman pengelolaam dokumen / arsip
  3. Terciptanya organisasi kearsipan dan kejelasan dalam membina kearsipan.
  4. Penyelamatan secara fisik dan informasi dari arsip yang telah tercipta dalam rangka melaksanakan kegiatan organisasi.
  5. Memudahkan penemuan kembali arsip yang tercipta.
  6. Tersedianya sarana simpan arsip (record center) yang memadai dan sesuai dengan standar sarana simpan
  7. Tersedianya SDM pengelola arsip yang terampil.
  8. Mengetahui konsep dasar sistem informasi dan sistem arsip elektronik sebagai alat bantu pengelolaan berkas dikantor

  1. Pengantar Manajemen Perkantoran
  2. Pengantar Manajemen Kearsipan
  3. Sistem Informasi Manajemen
  4. Pengantar Sistem Pengarsipan
    • Sistem arsip yang efisien
    • Pertimbangan dalam pengarsipan
    • Sifat – sifat sistem arsip
  5. Sistem Arsip Elektronik
  6. Sistem Manajemen Basis Data
  7. Pemanfaatan Software Aplikasi Perkantoran
  8. LAN, Intranet dan internet
  9. Diskusi dan konklusi

TRAINING DURATION : 2 hari

INVESTATION PRICE/PERSON :

  1. Rp 3.500.000/peserta (bayar penuh)  atau
  2. Rp 3.250.000/peserta (early bird, yang membayar 1 minggu sebelum training) atau
  3. Rp 2.950.000/peserta (grup, untuk 3 peserta atau lebih dari 1 perusahaan yang sama)
