Beliau lulus S1 dari Universitas Gajah mada pada Jurusan kimia dengan predikat cum laude dan melanjutkan pendidikan S2 nya pada Sekolah Tinggi IPWI dengan konsentrasi pada bidang Marketing. Saat ini beliau sebagai konsultan dibidang Quality Management dan Produksi.
Selain itu beliau adalah seorang instruktur/trainer/speaker pada berbagai workshop dan training di bidang Quality Management dan Produksi. Sebelumnya, beliau telah sukses sebagai praktisi selama lebih dari 23 tahun, terbukti dari berbagai posisi yang pernah disandangnya. Posisi Planning and Logistic Manager dan QC Manager di PT Actavis Indonesia, Supervisor of Bulk Pharmaceutical Chemical Plant sampai posisi Laboratory Manager di PT Dumex Alpharma.
Beberapa kegiatan yang masih digeluti sampai saat ini adalah sebagai Laboratory Assessor of KAN dan aktif di berbagai perkumpulan ilmiah. Proyek- proyek yang pernah ditanganinya adalah WMS (warehouse management system); Implementation of Random Location and Barcode System, Pharmacode Implementation on Packaging Material, Lean Six Sigma Project, Packing Line Improvement, Analytical Methods Validation, Research and Development of API Synthesis.
