Leadership Matters: New Paradigm in Transformation, is an insightful look at the issues beyond change management and separating an organization’s vision statement from its established culture.Building a Vision of an Organization, is no longer enough for today’s leaders, when they are dealing with Change Initiatives in today’s Unforgiving and Complex environment. Execution becomes extremely complicated, during crises; when almost all decision alternatives are not popular and yet, integrity must be preserved to win or restore trust. As a consequence, there is an increasing requirement for leaders, to master Corporate Communication Skills that will enable them to articulate that vision in a manner which will motivate, excite and inspire all stakeholders. In turn this will allow the organization, at all levels, to bring that vision into reality and deliver sustainable excellent results.

Sejak 20 tahun terakhir menjadi konsultan komunikasi dan manajemen, trainer dan pengajar di beberapa institusi perguruan tinggi. Mendapat pendidikan dan pelatihan manajemen di Manila, Philippines, Presentation Skills dan Negotiation Skills di London, United Kingdom. Setelah terjun sebagai praktisi langsung, menyempatkan diri di hari tuanya menyelesaikan pendidikan Master (S2) dalam waktu 18 bulan dan lulus sebagai peserta terbaik.
