An effective team leader is someone who has confidence, enthusiasm, as well as organizational and communication skills. With these skills you can lead a team to meet or even exceed your goals.
The workshop will provide experiential learning on building high performance teams for achieving organizational goals.
It facilitates understanding of the processes of effective team communication, setting challenging goals, providing supportive and directive behaviour to the team members, which are essential skills required for team leadership.
This program uses adult learning tools such as psychometrics instruments, structured exercises and the management games so that the participants can get an opportunity to examine their own behavioural processes, evaluate themselves and learn the desired changes required for managerial effectiveness.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND :
This program is designed for managers from Oil, Gas & Mining, Manufacturing Industries, Trading and Hospitality Industry, Group of Companies, Private Companies, State owned Enterprises, Holding Companies, Subsidiaries, & Sister Companies, Banks & other Financial organizations.
OBJECTIVE :
In today’s organizations, the work is done by teams instead of individuals. In order to get every one to work as a team, the leader must motivate and inspire the followers. The transactional style of managing outcomes and aiming for behavioural compliance alone will not get long lasting results.
The leader should engage the followers on high level of motivation and transform them into better team players.
For this the leader should understand his own strengths and weaknesses as well as those of his followers. Team leadership focuses on identifying proper strengths for specific task and uses the best people in each activity.
