Objectives
- To discuss legal aspects and relevant guidelines on Occupational Medical Management
- To illustrate design and supervision of worksite OH Clinic
- To design and evaluate plan on employee health examination
- To plan work related diseases recoding and reporting
- To discuss OH program evaluation and Annual OH report.
Trainee Competence
Upon finishing the training, trainees are expected to obtain knowledge and expertise in the following area:
- Knowledgeable about relevant legal requirements on Occupational Medical management;
- Able to design and supervise worksite medical clinics;
- Able to design, implement and evaluate program on workers job-related health examinations and surveillance;
- Able to plan and implement worksite OH program and Annual OH report.
