Target participants:

Project Managers, Functional Managers, Internal Consultants, Sub-Contractors and Senior Managers interested in understanding the details of the PMBOK and anyone interested in preparing for the PMP Exam. As the exam and most of the material is in English, have at east 4 years experience working on project.

  7. Project Procurement Management- Knowledge of procurement planning, solicitation planning, bidding/request for proposals, contractor/supplier selection;
  8. Project Communications Management- Communications planning, information distribution, progress monitoring and reporting,and administrative
  9. Project Human Resource Management- Effective identification, deployment   timely   use of people on the project. Topics include organizational planning, staff acquisition and team development
