It firmly places employee communication at the heart of the organization, and explores ways to engage and involve employees in business goals. The crucial role that managers play in internal communication is considered, as well as the barriers to effective communication. Theoretical models are used to illustrate why and how employee communication is adopted.

Learning Outcomes
Participants will receive guidance on how to involve managers in internal communication program and setting effective internal communications strategies. Insight into the importance of emotional engagement with staff will be gained, and new ways of communicating with staff will be learnt. Participants will look at the key factors relating to change management.
