This course is designed to give secretaries a general overview of how to present themselves as a professional in the workplace, how to enhance their personal values, and how to deal with customers. During the workshop, the participants will review and discuss which kind of duties they are responsible for and which standards should be achieved in performing a variety of office tasks.
