Beliau seorang profesional muda tamatan Universitas Indonesia. Pengalaman kerja beliau antara lain adalah sebagai Deputy Advisor di Indonesian Parliament, Deputy Manager Finance and Asset Management di PT PPA (Persero), Executive Director AK Consulting, dan Senior Consultant Associate di PT Performa Global Indonesia. Sebagai konsultan, perusahaan-perusahaan besar yang pernah ditanganinya antara lain adalah PT KAI, PT Imora Motor (Honda Jakarta Center), Astra Otoparts, dan Sulwood Group. Saat ini, Andri bekerja di salah satu Grup Perusahaan Nasional dan bertanggung jawab terhadap penerapan ERM dan Pengembangan Organisasi, dimana di dalamnya terdapat penilaian dan rekomendasi strategi Merger dan Akuisisi yang akan ditempuh induk dan anak usahanya. Selain sebagai praktisi, Andri juga aktif mengajar di beberapa Perguruan Tinggi dan menjadi anggota asosiasi professional di bidangnya.
