Keberhasilan proses procurement/purchasing sangat ditentukan oleh bagaimana proses hubungan dengan vendor dilaksanakan. Seluruh masalah dalam vendor management yang terkait dengan; administrasi, miskomunikasi, gagal serah, dispute, hingga fraud, seringkali berawal dari kurang baiknya hubungan antara team procurement/purchasing dengan para vendor.

Team procurement/purchasing perlu menerapkan metode vendor management yang strategik untuk menciptakan hubungan kerja yang berkelanjutan dengan para vendor, dengan prinsip yang saling mendukung & menguntungkan bagi kepentingan kedua belah pihak.

To improve his competencies, he has followed many courses, such as : Manajemen Logistik Farmasi, Lean Manufacturing and Value Stream Mapping, Serial of Supply Chain Management Course, Serial of Export-Import Course, Managing Supplier Performance, Next Level Purchasing, Warehouse Management, Stock Exchange Integrated Training, Export-Import Management, Fixed Income Dealer, International Trade Finance, Deutsche Bank, Exim Course, Retail Banking System, Banking Operational System.
