Training Description :
Supply Chain Management (SCM) adalah sebuah ‘proses payung’ di mana produk diciptakan dan disampaikan kepada konsumen melalui aktivitas terintegrasi dari hulu ke hilir, mulai dari produksi itu direncanakan, penyedian dan penyimpanan bahan baku, proses produksi, penyimpanan barang jadi di warehouse, hingga akhirnya didistribusikan ke end customer atau end user.

Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dari setiap rantai suplai adalah untuk memaksimalkan nilai yang dihasilkan secara keseluruhan. Rantai suplai yang terintegrasi akan meningkatkan keseluruhan nilai yang dihasilkan oleh rantai suplai tersebut. Kondisi tersebut di atas membuat setiap orang atau team yang terlibat dalam proses supply chain perusahaan harus memiliki kompetensi yang memadai dan profesionalisme yang tinggi.

SCM for Pharmaceutical memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda dengan SCM industri lainnya, mulai dari penyiapan inventory, penerimaan barang, penyimpanan dan pengirimannya bahkan hingga penerimaan barang return. Semuanya proses SCM dalam farmasi harus tercatat dan terlaporkan secara detail baik didalam system maupun kepada badan otoritas obat pemerintah.

Tujuan Pelatihan :
Workshop ini akan memberikan panduan dan pengalaman praktek penanganan barang farmasi dengan benar yang meliputi seluruh proses Goods Distribution Practice (Cara Distribusi Obat Yang Baik) untuk product cold chain dan non cold chain (OTC, Ethical, Alkes & Psikotropika).

Course Leader :
Deni Danasenjaya, SE, MM

Mr. Danasenjaya has worked in logistics and banking operations since 1995. Parallel to his hands-on experience he has run numerous training courses on SCM, HSE as well as logistics & procurement strategy, and has written several articles and papers with topics in management, hidden cost in distribution and transportation, ISO 14000 and logistic. He spent several years working as Senior Assistant for PT. Bank Inter-Pacific Tbk. whereas beforehand he worked at PT. Bank Niaga Tbk and Logistic Services Provider Company in Jakarta.

He now works as Supply Chain Analyst at PT. Services Provider Logistics (3PL), Jakarta

Duties and Responsibilities :

  1. Reviewing company services level achievement to main customer’s
  2. Reviewing company SOP based on best practice operations and current regulations
  3. Plan, organize and lead the work of teams and individuals.
  4. Managing health and safety working environment
  5. Obtain, analyze and present information on the government regulation that might affect to operations.
  6. Verify that all manual procedures are followed and respected.
  7. Identify the indicators of system failure and fraud.
  8. Reducing job failure risk and solve the problem who already identify
