Lina founded aconsulting company specializing in HR Consultation, Executive Search & Outsourcing, and Learning & Development Services. She is a recognized facilitator in the field of Services, Personnel Development, Communication, Secretarial and Administrative skills since 1999.

Before founding her management consultant company, Lina was a Human Resource and Training Manager as well as Administrative Manager at a Joint Venture Japanese and Singapore banks (Mitsubishi Buana Bank and Bank DBS Indonesia) in Jakarta for about eight years. Prior to this position, she was also a Human Resource and Training Manager for joint venture insurance (Zurich Life Indonesia) for two and a half years. Prior to working for a joint venture of insurance and banking firms, Lina acquired more knowledge as Executive Secretary and PA in various multinational and joint ventures companies for over 11 years, such as Nusantara Indodril, Britoil Indonesia, Club Corporation of Asia, Mercantile Athletic Club, USAID/EPSO, USAID/PSD, etc. Lina graduated from Tarakanita Academy in Jakarta with a major in Secretarial Science degree, which then accomplished and gained her knowledge and experience as a Secretary to Managing Director from a pipe manufacturing company in Jakarta in 1982.

Latar Belakang Program
An efficient and effective office secretary builds good image of an organization and proves to be an asset to his/her supervisor. Information technology has brought about a paradigm shift in office working and the skills required by office secretaries. Decision makers are overloaded by information and data so they need skillfully trained to stream line the flow of information. The more skills they have, the more time their organizational heads will save and the organization as a whole will become more effective and professional.

During the workshop, the participants will review and discuss which kind of duties and skills they are responsible for and which standards should be achieved in performing a variety of office tasks.

  2. Dealing with Difficult People
    • Recognize, Develop and Refine Certain Personal Characteristics
    • Learn how to tackle conflict, complains, Dealing with Negativity and De-motivation and or Conflict at the Workplace with Agility and Professionalism
    • How to Cope with Different Personality Types
  3. Planning and Scheduling
    • Planning and Setting objectives
    • Key steps of solving problems

Metode Pelatihan
As well as providing a theoretical grounding, the workshop will also give the participants the opportunity to utilize and practice their developing skills and competencies through activities and discussions
