Materi
Banyak perusahaan sering mengesampingkan kegiatan penyimpanan dan pergudangan. Hal tersebut merupakan kekeliruan yang terjadi karena kegiatan penyimpanan dan pergudangan justru sangat penting dalam menjaga siklus produksi serta dalam memberikan layanan kepada pelanggan. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk menunjukkan bagaimana cara menerapkan semua perangkat penting bagi manajemen penyimpanan dan pergudangan yang efektif.
