Learning Methodology
- Theory and case studies
- Exercise and sharing in the group
- Role play: provide situations for which the participants can clarify the goal and identify ways to reach the goal
- Fill-in learning journal
- Action plan
- Monitor on action plan for 3 months, that is, 1 time per month through email
