Pembicara / Fasilitator
Ir. Deddy Nugraha is a dedicated experienced fulltime trainer and technical consultant since 2002. He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from ITB, Bandung. He has worked nationally in a wide variety of industries including: technology, aerospace, utilities, auditing, mining and institutions thus engaged as a corporate consultant. He also holds certifications for those particular fields from Snecma, France; Engine Support Inc., USA; Danobat, Spain; DNV, Singapore; MTU, Germany and FAA Auditor, USA. Mr. Nugraha is a member of Indonesian Society for Reliability and was elected as General Sectretay for 2004-2007 period. He has trained hundreds of managers, engineers and floor associates, subjects taught to include; CMMS, RCM, TPM, Project Management, Quality Process Control, Corrosion Control and Protection, Failure Analysis, Engineering Design, Instalation & Constrcution, Inventory Control and Management. SASARAN TRAINING :
Setelah menyelesaikan kursus ini diharapkan peserta dapat :

  1. Memahami prinsip-prinsip dasar perhitungan reservoir minyak bumi yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan gas-lift, sucker-rod, electric submersible, hydraulic dan jet pump.
  2. Melakukan diagnosis sederhana dan memengerti pengelolaan data sumuran minyak yang diproduksi dengan, gas lift, sucker rod pumping, electric submersible, hydraulic dan jet pump.
  3. Membuat analisis sederhana terhadap data sumuran minyak, melakukan perhitungan-perhitungan kinerja sumuran sebagai hasil dari pemompaan dengan berbagai metoda sesuai dengan keadaan reservoirnya.
  4. Melakukan perhitungan-perhitungan kuantitatip sederhana dan melakukan optimisasi produksi untuk sumuran minyak yang diproduksi dengan gas lift, sucker rod pumping, electric submersible, hydraulic dan jet pump sesuai dengan batasan operasinya.

INTRODUCTION :

He is the instructor and speaker for many public and in-house training or seminar i.e.: European Cuisine Processing, License for Japanese Cuisine, Hygiene Catering, Restaurant Certificate at Les-Restaurant Du Palais De Beaulie-Laussane Switzerland, Marina Hotel Operation at Holland American Line Teaching Method Certificate Indonesia & Swiss Government., etc. With his mature experience in practical hotel and catering service management he is trusted to become advisor of Bandung Chef Association, coordinator development of Japanese Cook Association, coordinator development of Indonesia Professional Cook and Chef, and consultant for tourism, hotel, restaurant and catering. Instead of senior lecturer at National Hotel Institute, Bandung he actively publishes papers of research in hotel, tourism and restaurant management.

Teddy Lukman, S.Sos, was graduated from National Hotel Institute Bandung in 1978. In practical ha had experience as Manager at Ramada Hotel in Frankfurt Germany 1989, and as Manager at Sari Ater Hotel 1986. Currently he is teaching Hotel Management System at National Hotel Institute in Bandung. He is very familiar for the hotel management software like Prolog Hospitality System, HIS AS-400 IBM, Maxial, MYOH, and Fidelo. Instead of lecturer he also gives in-house training in hotel management system at four–star and five-star hotels in Indonesia

LATAR BELAKANG:
Salah satu dari suatu kegiatan untuk meningkatkan atau menciptakan nilai suatu benda dengan masukan berupa faktor-faktor produksi, sehingga menjadi suatu produk sebagai keluarannya adalah teknologi proses pengelasan logam yang dilakukan dengan cara penyambungan batang-batang pada konstruksi bangunan baja dan konstruksi mesin. Lingkup penggunaannya dalam konstruksi sangat luas meliputi perkapalan, jembatan, rangka baja, bejana tekan, pipa, kendaraan rel, dan sebagainya. Teknologi proses pengelasan logam dapat juga untuk reparasi, misal untuk mengisi lubang-lubang pada hasil pengecoran, mempertebal bagian-bagian yang sudah aus. Untuk sambungan konstruksi baja dengan kualitas tinggi dan tahan terhadap korosi, serta sambungan bukan baja digunkan jenis pengelasan TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) dan MIG (Metal Inert Gas). Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Proses Pengelasan Logam (Welding).

PESERTA:
Para praktisi tingkat operator, tingkat penyelia atau perencana bidang pengelasan logam jenis pengelasan TIG dan MIG pada industri rekayasa.

OUTPUT TRAINING:

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
Ir. Sutrimo dilahirkan di Jombang 5 Juli 1958. Beliau alumni dari politeknik ITB  jurusan mechanical engineering & production, dan alumni dari UGM jurusan mechanical engineering. Beliau sekarang sebagai dosen di politeknik ITB(politeknik negeri Bandung,POLBAN) di jurusan mesin. Di kampus Beliau mengajar beberapa mata kuliah diantaranya machining(production), material testing and measurement, instrumentation, industrial metrology, fabrication(welding), dll. Beliau pernah memegang beberapa posisi di kampusnya, seperti head of material testing and measurement, head of industrial metrology laboratory, training manager of welding training center international certification,trainer/instructor of international welder certificate, trainer/instructor of international welding practioner, trainer/instructor of basic training welding for instructor Indonesian polytechnic and university,dan head of welding training center international certification, dll.  Ir. Sutrimo sering juga mengikuti training-training sebagai peserta untuk meningkatkan kualitas kemampuan kompetensi Beliau. Ir. Sutrimo sudah sering dan berpengalaman memberikan training-training industry untuk perusahaan-perusahaan di Indonesia.

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
Teddy Lukman, S.Sos, was graduated from National Hotel Institute Bandung in 1978. In practical ha had experience as Manager at Ramada Hotel in Frankfurt Germany 1989, and as Manager at Sari Ater Hotel 1986. Currently he is teaching Hotel Management System at National Hotel Institute in Bandung. He is very familiar for the hotel management software like Prolog   Hospitality System, HIS AS-400 IBM, Maxial, MYOH, and Fidelo. Instead of lecturer he also gives   in-house training in hotel management system at four–star and five-star hotels in Indonesia

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
Ir. Maridjo, MT. is alumnus from Mechanical Engineering Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). He has been lecturer at PEDC and now as lecturer at mechanical engineering Polytechnique ITB (POLBAN). Ir. Maridjo has taught many topics related to his expertise to many companies in Indonesia, such as predictive and preventive maintenance, lubrication system, diesel machine, pump, gas turbine, piping and pipeline, compressor, boiler, and many others. Many participants from companies have been trained and collaborated with him such as Chevron, Semen Gresik, semen Baturaja, Pertamina, Pusri, GGPC, employee of Qatar and lybia oil and gas company, UP IV Balongan pertamina, PT. Indocement, some PLTA, some hotels, PT.Pupuk Kujang, PT.Bio Farma, BPPT, PT. Bintang Agung, some other oil and gas companies in Indonesia and etc. Ir.Maridjo has been researching and publishing the results on his core competencies on academics standing.
