Latar Belakang
Pemanfaatan assesment center sebagai salah satu metode untuk memetakan kompetensi karyawan di dalam suatu perusahaan/organisasi, semakin hari semakin besar. Tujuan penggunaannya pun cukup beragam, seperti rekrutmen, penempatan, promosi jabatan, perencanaan suksesi, penentuan area training dan pengembangan, manajemen kinerja, dan menentukan besaran kompensasi & benefit pegawai.

Oleh karena itu, diperlukan adanya pelatihan yang dapat membekali pengetahuan dan keterampilan
bagi seorang assesor, sebelum ia melaksanakan tugasnya. Assesor merupakan salah satu profesi, sama seperti halnya dokter, akuntan dan sebagainya, dimana profesi tersebut dapat disandang oleh seseorang yang memiliki kompetensi untuk melaksanakan assessment/penilaian kompetensi.

Program Pelatihan Assesor Assesment Center ini dirancang untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan oleh seorang Assesor Assesment Center, mulai dari melakukan assesment sampai dengan membuat laporan yang komprehensif dan juga menyampaikan feedback dari hasil assesment center secara tepat. Adapun sertifikasi untuk peserta yang sudah dinyatakan lulus akan dikeluarkan oleh Kazian Global School of Business Management dari India dan Corporate
University sehingga diharapkan mendapatkan pengakuan nasional dan regional.

Tujuan
Penyelenggaraan pelatihan Assesment Center Asssesor
ini bertujuan untuk:

  1. Mencetak assesor kompetensi yang mampu melakukan assesment center, membuat laporan yang komprehensif dan memberikan feedback hasil assement center secara tepat.
  2. Meningkatkan kualitas assesor dalam pengukuran kompetensi perilaku (soft competency).
  3. Menambah jumlah asesor guna meningkatkan jumlah sumberdaya tenaga asesor yang kompeten sesuai keahliannya.

Materi Pelatihan

  1. Pemahaman Assesment Center dan Kompetensi.
  2. Prinsip-prinsip Assessment Center
  3. Proses/tahapan Assessment Center
  4. Melakukan Job Profiling, yakni menentukan profil kompetensi dari job target yang akan dinilai/diukur, dan metodologi Job Profiling
  5. Memilih metode dan alat-alat bantu pengukuran kompetensi
  6. Merancang simulasi/exercise yang akan dipakai
  7. Melakukan pengukuran data (intake), meliputi bagaimana melakukan pengukuran kompetensi menggunakan berbagai alat bantu, observasi selama asesi mengerjakan simulasi/ role play/exercise, dan melaksanakan Behavioral Event Interview (STAR Approach). Juga, bagaimana melakukan pengukuran menggunakan teknik People Review (evaluasi 360 derajat).
  8. Mengolah dan mendokumentasikan hasil assessment, meliputi bagaimana menentukan rating, menentukan levelling, dan menyelenggarakan rapat validasi assessor
  9. Penulisan laporan, meliputi penulisan laporan individu dan laporan kelompok.
  10. Pemberian Feedback hasil assesment center.

Implementasi sistim Pelatihan dan Penilaian Berbasis Kompetensi,  mensyaratkan tersedianya Asesor Kompetensi  (Workplace Assessors)  sebagai salah satu komponen utama dalam proses penilaian.  Penilai memiliki posisi dan peran yang strategis karena akan sangat menentukan kualitas uji kompetensi yang dilakukan.

Asesor dengan kompetensi dan kewenangan yang dimilikinya dapat merekomendasikan keputusan apakah seseorang sudah kompeten atau belum kompeten terhadap unit standar kompetensi yang dinilai. Asesor tidak hanya dituntut untuk mampu menilai kompetensi seseorang, tetapi harus mampu membimbing dan mengarahkan peserta uji untuk dapat menampilkan seluruh kemampuan terbaik yang dimilikinya dalam memenuhi bukti-bukti yang dipersyaratkan pada satu atau sekelompok unit kompetensi tertentu.

Dengan melihat posisi asesor seperti diuraikan diatas, perlu dipersiapkan suatu mekanisme bagaimana mempersiapkan asesor yang ‘qualified’ dan ‘certified’, mulai dari penyeleksian, pelatihan serta uji kompetensi kepada calon asesor.

Tujuan pelatihan asesor kompetensi adalah untuk menghasilkan tenaga-tenaga asesor yang mampu melaksanakan penilaian atau uji kompetensi terhadap peserta uji dalam ruang lingkup kompetensi teknis sesuai dengan bidangnya masing-masing.

Prosedur Sertifikasi
Sertifikasi Asesor yang dilakukan oleh BNSP mengikuti prosedur sebagai berikut :

  1. Calon Asesor mengajukan aplikasi/permohonan untuk mengikuti proses sertifikasi.
  2. Calon Asesor melengkapi persyaratan yang ditetapkan oleh BNSP.
  3. BNSP menunjuk tim penilai/penguji untuk melaksanakan penilaian terhadap calon Asesor.
  4. BNSP menetapkan jadwal untuk melaksanakan uji kompetensi yang dikoordinasikan bersama dengan tim penilai dan calon Asesor.
  5. Penilai/penguji melaksanakan proses penilaian terhadap calon Asesor.
  6. Penilai/penguji memutuskan hasil penilaian dan membuat rekomendasi keputusan penilaian.
  7. Penilai/penguji memberikan rekomendasi hasil penilaian ternadap calon Asesor kepada BNSP.
  8. BNSP menetapkan keputusan akhir hasil penilaian.
  9. BNSP menerbitkan sertifikat kompetensi untuk Asesor.

Asesmen perilaku merupakan alat dalam modifikasi perilaku yang digunakan untuk mengukur perilaku individu apakah perilaku yang diharapkan atau ditargetkan itu dimunculkan atau tidak dalam perilaku sehari-hari. Dalam dinamika organisasi, asesmen perilaku ini dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi perilaku seseorang, mendeskripsikan kepribadian seseorang secara utuh, dan menentukan treatmen yang tepat terhadap perilaku tersebut.

Di psikologi, asesmen perilaku dapat menggunakan alat ukur, diantara alat ukur psikologi, psikometri, observasi dan juga wawancara. Dalam pelatihan ini perilaku akan diases menggunakan dua alat ukur yaitu alat ukur psikometri menggunakan DISC dan teknik wawancara berbasis perilaku. Pemilihan dua alat ukur ini dikarenakan dua alat ukur tersebut mempunyai derajat validitas yang cukup besar dalam memprediksikan perilaku seseorang.

Salah satu pendekatan yang paling efektif untuk asesmen perilaku adaIah Teknik Wawancara Berbasis Perilaku.  Asumsinya yang digunakan teknik wawancara ini adalah  perilaku masa depan yang terbaik diprediksi oleh perilaku masa lalu. Untuk memastikan bahwa calon memiliki kemampuan yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan pekerjaan, Anda perlu beberapa derajat bukti bahwa mereka telah menunjukkan kemampuan ini di masa lalu. Sebuah wawancara perilaku adalah serangkaian pertanyaan-pertanyaan terbuka yang membantu Anda mendapatkan gambar yang baik dari kemampuan orang dalam posisi sebelumnya. Prinsip utama Behavioural  Job Interview adalah bahwa prediktor paling akurat kinerja masa depan adalah kinerja masa lalu, dalam situasi yang sama. Prediksi Behavioural  Job Interview akurat hingga 55%, sedangkan wawancara tradisional hanya 10%.

Sedangkan DISC assessment adalah alat ukut untuk “behaviour assessment” berdasarkan pada  the DISC theory yang dikenalkan oleh psychologist William Marston. Marston’s theory berfokus pada empat “personality traits” yang berbeda yaitu Dominance, Inducement, Submission, and Compliance.

This program is an international standard that provides the basis for effective management of confidential and sensitive information, and for the application of information security controls. It enables organizations to demonstrate excellence and prove best practice in Information Security management. Re-released in 2013, ISO/IEC 27001 builds upon established foundations as the most widely recognized international standard specifically aimed at information security management. The examination is intended for candidates possessing at least 12 months of cumulative experience in leading, managing, directing and/or participating in small to medium scale projects.

CompTIA Project + examines the business, interpersonal and technical project management

skills required to successfully manage projects and business initiatives. The skills and knowledge measured by this examination were derived from an industry-wide job task analysis and validated through an industry-wide survey. The results of this survey were used in weighing the domains and ensuring that the weighting is representative of the relative importance of the content.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
The CompTIA Security+ Certification is a vendor neutral credential. The CompTIA Security+ exam is an internationally recognized validation of foundation-level security skills and knowledge, and is used by organizations and security professionals around the globe.

The CompTIA Security+ exam will certify that the successful candidate has the knowledge and skills required to identify risk and participate in risk mitigation activities, provide infrastructure, application, operational and information security, apply security controls to maintain confidentiality, integrity and availability, identify appropriate technologies and products, and operate with an awareness of applicable policies, laws and regulations.

CompTIA Security+ is accredited by ANSI to show compliance with the ISO 17024 Standard and, as such, undergoes regular reviews and updates to the exam objectives. The following CompTIA Security+ objectives reflect the subject areas in this edition of this exam, and result from subject matter expert workshops and industry-wide survey results regarding the skills and knowledge required of an information security professional with two years of experience.

PREREQUISITES
The CompTIA Security+ Certification is aimed at an IT security professional who has:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in IT administration with a focus on security

  • Explain the impact and proper use of environmental controls

  • Exemplify the concepts of confidentiality, integrity and availability (CIA)

Module 3 : Threats and Vulnerabilities

  • Analyze and differentiate among types of malware
  • Analyze and differentiate among types of attacks
  • Analyze and differentiate among types of social engineering attacks
  • Analyze and differentiate among types of wireless attacks
  • Analyze and differentiate among types of application attacks
  • Analyze and differentiate among types of mitigation and deterrent techniques
  • Implement assessment tools and techniques to discover security threats and vulnerabilities
  • Within the realm of vulnerability assessments, explain the proper use of penetration testing versus vulnerability scanning

Module 4 : Application, Data and Host Security

  • Explain the importance of application security
  • Carry out appropriate procedures to establish host security
  • Explain the importance of data security

Module 5 : Access Control and Identity Management

  • Explain the function and purpose of authentication services
  • Explain the fundamental concepts and best practices related to authentication, authorization and access control
  • Implement appropriate security controls when performing account management

Module 6 : Cryptography

  • Summarize general cryptography concepts
  • Use and apply appropriate cryptographic tools and products
  • Explain the core concepts of public key infrastructure
  • Implement PKI, certificate management and associated components
