TRAINING INTRODUCTION:
This training will be presented for the supervisors or those who handle of electrical distribution networks in industries or mining. Therefore, the reliability of performance for the distribution network will ensure a secure energy supply lasted for 24 hours per day. So the condition of the performance of the distribution network must be analyzed and maintained with routine and programmed. TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
Brayan Munthe was born in May 26th 1954. He got his education from electrical engineering IKIP Padang, then diploma of technical teacher training Hawthorn Institute of Education, Melbourne, and his master program from electrical engineering universitas gadjah mada, UGM Yogyakarta. He has followed many courses in Indonesia and also abroad to improve his capabilities. He is lecturer at politeknik TEDC and also at electrical department technical education development center Bandung. He has field experiences because he has done some projects in some companies in Indonesia related to his competencies.

PENDAHULUAN TRAINING:
Sistem pengukuran merupakan bagian dari teknik instrumentasi, karena itu ada baiknya untuk memulai pembahasan sebagai pengertian dasar teknik instrumentasi. Teknik instrumentasi adalah seni dan ilmu yang mempelajari sifat-sifat benda dan hukum-hukum alam yang dapat dimanfaatkan bagi kepentingan manusia melalui pengukuran, pengamatan, dan pengendalian proses fisik.

Sistem kontrol adalah sistem dinamik yang dapat menggunakan komponen mekanik, listrik, hidrolik, pneumatik. Teknik pengaturan dapat dilakukan dengan sistem operasi satu arah yang berurutan, maupun pengaturan umpan balik dengan parameter yang diatur dibandingkan dengan parameter masukan dan kesalahan yang ada digunakan untuk menurunkan kesalahan itu sendiri.

Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi dalam bidang instrumentasi dan sistem Kontrol.

SASARAN PESERTATRAINING:

Para praktisi tingkat operator, tingkat penyelia atau perencana bidang sistem instrumenatsi dan kontrol pada industri rekayasa.

OUPUT TRAINING:
Pemahaman tentang konsep pengukuran, alat ukur dan mampu mempraktekkan alat-alat ukur yang dipergunakan dalam proses industri sebagai sistem instrumentasi dan hubungannya pada pengendalian proses

  1. This course deals with measurement techniques ranging from the basic principles, sensors, up until data acquisition.

  3. Analog signal, digital signal, ADC & DAC, encoder & decoder
  4. Coverage includes definition/terminologies, calibration, standards, static and dynamic signal analysis, digital data acquisition, dynamic response of instruments, step response of first and second order systems, statistical analysis, measurements of temperature, strain, flow, pressure, velocity, and displacement.
  5. Electrical actuators, Hydraulic & pneumatic actuators.
  6. This class discusses the basic of control theory and its applications.
  7. The syllabus includes examples of control application in our daily life and in the industry, on-of controller, proportional control, PID controller
  8. Considerations in implementing control, components of automatic control systems: actuators, sensors, analogy control systems

Ir. Hasan Surya, MT. is graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) for Bachelor and Master program at Electrical Engineering department. Since 1985 till now Ir. Hasan Surya is lecturer at electrical engineering Polytechnique ITB (POLBAN) and he is a head of department at electrical engineering. Ir. Hasan Surya have delivered some training topics related to his major expertise for many companies in Indonesia. Ir. Hasan Surya have been researching in electrical engineering and becoming speaker for some conference. Ir. TRAINING INTRODUCTION:
This training will be presented for the senior operator or junior supervisor or engineer  or those who handle of electrical power generating in industries or mining. It is known that the electrical energy required by industries supplied from outside by PLN in Indonesia. But the electric energy industry required for 24 hours a day is not guaranteed to be supplied by PLN. Therefore, every industry is requiring a backup generator, called the stand-by generator. Where there are some industries or mines have themselves generators to produce electrical energy to be consumed by themselves. So the condition of the performance of the power generator must be analyzed and how the operation of the generator is properly and efficiently to serve the production process. During the training, presentation of the materials will be presented in a comprehensive manner, through the method of presentation of these things easily lead to a more complex, and practically based to a critical analysis.

Brayan Munthe was born in May 26th 1954. He got his education from electrical engineering IKIP Padang, then diploma of technical teacher training Hawthorn Institute of Education, Melbourne, and his master program from electrical engineering universitas gadjah mada, UGM Yogyakarta. He has followed many courses in Indonesia and also abroad to improve his capabilities. He is lecturer at politeknik TEDC and also at electrical department technical education development center Bandung. TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
DR. Ir. I Made Astina, M.Eng. is currently assistant professor of mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering ITB. He graduated from Mechanical Engineering Department ITB in 1992. Prior to his Ph.D. obtainment in Engineering (thermodynamics, school of science for open and environmental systems) from Keio University Tokyo, Japan in 2004, he received Master of Science in Engineering (mechanical engineering department) from the same university in 1997. His researches concern on thermodynamic, development of new thermal systems, thermodynamic cycles, air conditioning and refrigeration systems. His papers were published in international and national journals, besides he also presents his papers in international and national seminars. Besides teaching at the university, he also has experiences to give short courses for industrial practical engineers and publics and to collaborate practical consultant works.
