PID Controller – PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) controller, atau pengendali PID, adalah alat pengendalian otomatis yang digunakan dalam sistem kontrol untuk mengatur berbagai proses dan sistem. Ini merupakan salah satu jenis kontrol otomatis yang paling umum digunakan di berbagai aplikasi industri dan otomatisasi. Pengendali PID berfungsi dengan menghitung perbedaan antara nilai setpoint (target yang diinginkan) dan nilai yang diukur, lalu menghasilkan sinyal kontrol untuk mengendalikan proses sehingga mendekati nilai setpoint dengan sebaik mungkin.

PID Controller adalah alat yang sangat berharga dalam kontrol otomatis yang dapat memberikan stabilitas dan presisi dalam berbagai aplikasi industri dan sistem otomatisasi.

Deskripsi Pelatihan
Pelatihan PID Controller adalah program pendidikan yang dirancang untuk mengajarkan peserta tentang konsep dan penggunaan pengendali PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) dalam pengaturan sistem otomatis.   • Cara PID Controller mengukur kesalahan (error) dan menghasilkan sinyal kontrol.

  • Cara menentukan parameter PID yang optimal untuk sistem tertentu.
  • Metode penyetelan, seperti Ziegler-Nichols dan metode eksperimen.
  1. Aplikasi Praktis
  • Studi kasus dan aplikasi nyata dari pengendali PID, seperti kontrol suhu, kontrol kecepatan motor, dan kontrol level.
  • Demonstrasi bagaimana mengimplementasikan PID Controller dalam sistem nyata.

  • Cara mengidentifikasi masalah dalam pengendali PID dan mengatasi masalah umum.

PENDAHULUAN :
Sifat mekanik logam (ferrous) dan paduannya sangat dipengaruhi oleh proses pembuatan (raws material), struktur mikro, dan proses perlakuan lanjutannya.  Sifat mekanik dapat mengalami perubahan bila bahan tersebut diproses dengan perlakuan panas (heat treatment). Secara garis besar heat treatment memiliki tujuan untuk memperbaiki keuletan, menghilangkan tegangan sisa, mengubah ukuran butir, dan meningkatkan kekerasan atau kekuatan tarik. Pengaruh heat treatment ini sangat luas terutama terhadap mampu mesin, mampu bentuk, konduktivitas listrik, sifat magnetik dan ketangguhannya. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Proses Perlakuan Panas (Heat Treatment).
 
PESERTA TRAINING :
Para praktisi tingkat operator, tingkat penyelia atau perencana bidang teknologi material pada industri rekayasa.

TUJUAN TRAINING :  
Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini peserta diharapkan memiliki pemahaman lebih tentang pengetahuan dan keahlian melakukan proses perlakuan panas (heat treatment).

    Definisi, tujuan, syarat-syarat, diagram fasa besi-carbon, transformasi fasa,
  2. Klasifikasi proses perlakuan panas
    Hardening, Annealing, Normalizing, Tempering
  3. Pengerasan permukaan
    Carburizing, Flame hardening, Nitriding.
  4. Diagram CCT.
  5. Analisis sifat mekanik.
  6. Pengujian sampling mampu keras bahan

He was graduated from politeknik  universitas brawijaya malang for his diploma in mechanical engineering majoring on mechanical maintenance and repairing, from ITS Surabaya for his bachelor in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering, and from ITB Bandung for his master program in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering. Now he is as lecturer at mechanical engineering Politeknik Negeri Bandung(before as poltek ITB). Ir. Sugeng Isdwiyanudi, MT. has followed many trainings/courses to improve his competence. Ir.Endra Joelianto, Ph.D. is an expert in control engineering and industrial automation. His outstanding research is: Hybrid Control Systems, Discrete Event Control Systems, Petri Nets Analysis and Application on PLC, Robust and Advanced PID Controller and its implementation on PLC, DCS, Fieldbus, Industrial automation and Advanced Control System Designs. He received first degree (Ir.) in Engineering Physics in 1990 from Department of Engineering Physics, ITB and Doctor of Philosofy (PhD.) in Control Engineering in 2001 from Department of Engineering, The Australian National University, Canberra, Australia.  He is Head of Intelligent Control and Automation Laboratory and Coordinator of PLC Research Group for research and training, Engineering Physics Study Program and Instrumentation and Control Research Division, Institut Teknologi Bandung.

He was Director of Schneider-OMRON PLC Training Center, Maranatha Christian University, Bandung.  He has attended several professional training on PLC, DCS and Instruments Callibration, such as: Yokogawa DCS, Bandung (2000), Implementation of Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 19-17025 and Basic Calibration, Yokogawa Electric Corporation, Bandung (2001), Fieldbus Foundation Technology, Singapore (2002), Basic and Advanced PLC Telemecanique-TWIDO, Bandung (2003), Basic and Advanced PLC OMRON, Jakarta (2004), Cleaner Production Application in Industries (Bandung 2005), Effective Energy Systems for Sustainable Development (Thailand 2006), Programming and Networking PLC Mitsubishi (2006), InTouch Wonderware, Wonderware Historian and Information Server (Bandung, 2012).

He also has hosted Workshop on Industrial Automation (Bandung, 2002) and (Bandung, 2003), Workshop on Application of PLC in Industrial Automation (Bandung, 2003), National Workshop on Instrumentation & Control (2011) and many professional trainings on PLC, DCS, SCADA, Human Machine Interface and Industrial Process Control and Automation in Bandung. He was the project leader of Department of National Education TPSDP Retooling Program Batch II on Industrial Automation using PLC (2004).

He is the chairman of National Student Competition on PLC Programming held regularly since 2007 in ITB. He serves as instructor either for public or for in-house training on instrumentation and process control to universities, industries, petrochemical or oil and gas companies, such as: PT. NGL Arun, PT. NGL Bontang, PT. Pupuk Iskandar Muda, PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur, PT. Pupuk Kujang, PT. Semen Padang, PT. Semen Gresik, PT. Semen Cibinong, PT. Indocement, PT. Dalam penyelenggaraan Pelatihan Electronic and Mechatronic ada dua alternatif jenis jasa pelatihan seperti Public Training dan Inhouse Training. Dan dari dua jenis layanan tersebut kami membagi kembali dengan 2 metode pelatihan yang berbeda yaitu dengan tatap muka dan daring.

H. MH Sapto Widodo, M.Sc was born in June 9th 1957. He got his education of master of science in electrical engineering, System Design and Technology, Fachhochschule Darmstadt, Germany. He also has followed some courses for improving his competencies in Indonesia and abroad. He is head of electrical department at P4TK BMTI Bandung atau TEDC Bandung(technical education development  center) and he also as lecturer at the department. He has experiences in some consultants. LATAR BELAKANG :
Pada proses las listrik atau las elektroda terbungkus, busur api listrik yang terjadi antara ujung elektroda dan logam induk/benda kerja akan menghasilkan panas. Panas inilah yang mencairkan ujung elektroda dan benda kerja secara setempat. Elektroda yang dipakai berupa kawat yang dibungkus oleh pelindung berupa fluks. Dengan adanya pencairan ini maka kampuh las akan terisi oleh logam cair yang berasal dari elektroda dan logam induk, terbentuklah kawah cair, lalu membeku maka terjadilah logam lasan dan terak. Las listrik paling banyak digunakan di industry fabrikasi karena memiliki banyak keuntungannya antara lain dapat di pakai dimana saja termasuk pengelasan dalam air, pengelasan dengan segala posisi, elektrodanya mudah didapat, kebisingan rendah, dan sebagainya.

Beliau pernah memegang beberapa posisi di kampusnya, seperti head of material testing and measurement, head of industrial metrology laboratory, training manager of welding training center international certification,trainer/instructor of international welder certificate, trainer/instructor of international welding practioner, trainer/instructor of basic training welding for instructor Indonesian polytechnic and university,dan head of welding training center international certification, dll.  Ir. Ir. Hendi Riyanto  adalah seorang dosen di fakultas teknik mesin dan dirgantara Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) dalam kelompok keahlian konversi energy. Pak Hendi Riyanto mengikuti post-graduate bidang Mechanical Engineering dari Colorado State University. Beliau secara aktif melakukan penelitian di Kampus di bidang interes kompetensi Beliau, seperti Simulasi Monte Carlo untuk Analisis Radiasi, Aplikasi termoelektrik Cooler (TEC) untuk alat pendingin, Desain dan analisis komponen sistem pembangkit uap, Optimalisasi Desain Kotak Pendingin dengan Metode Taguchi, dll. is graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) for Bachelor and Master program at Electrical Engineering department. Since 1985 till now Ir. Hasan Surya is lecturer at electrical engineering Polytechnique ITB (POLBAN)  and he is a head of department at electrical engineering. Ir. Hasan Surya have delivered some training topics related to his major expertise for  many companies in Indonesia. Ir. Hasan Surya have been researching in electrical engineering and becoming speaker for some conference. Ir. Hasan Surya has also worked for some companies or institution so he has got much real experiences  and now he is ready to share his knowledge and experiences to industrial world throught training class.

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
Ir. Endra Joelianto, Ph.D. is an expert in control engineering and industrial automation. His outstanding research is: Hybrid Control Systems, Discrete Event Control Systems, Petri Nets Analysis and Application on PLC, Robust and Advanced PID Controller and its implementation on PLC, DCS, Fieldbus, Industrial automation and Advanced Control System Designs. He received first degree (Ir.) in Engineering Physics in 1990 from Department of Engineering Physics, ITB and Doctor of Philosofy (PhD.) in Control Engineering in 2001 from Department of Engineering, The Australian National University, Canberra, Australia.

He is Head of Intelligent Control and Automation Laboratory and Coordinator of PLC Research Group for research and training, Engineering Physics Study Program and Instrumentation and Control Research Division, Institut Teknologi Bandung. He was Director of Schneider-OMRON PLC Training Center, Maranatha Christian University, Bandung.  He has attended several professional training on PLC, DCS and Instruments Callibration, such as: Yokogawa DCS, Bandung (2000), Implementation of Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 19-17025 and Basic Calibration, Yokogawa Electric Corporation, Bandung (2001), Fieldbus Foundation Technology, Singapore (2002), Basic and Advanced PLC Telemecanique-TWIDO, Bandung (2003), Basic and Advanced PLC OMRON, Jakarta (2004), Cleaner Production Application in Industries (Bandung 2005), Effective Energy Systems for Sustainable Development (Thailand 2006), Programming and Networking PLC Mitsubishi (2006), InTouch Wonderware, Wonderware Historian and Information Server (Bandung, 2012).

He also has hosted Workshop on Industrial Automation (Bandung, 2002) and (Bandung, 2003), Workshop on Application of PLC in Industrial Automation (Bandung, 2003), National Workshop on Instrumentation & Control (2011) and many professional trainings on PLC, DCS, SCADA, Human Machine Interface and Industrial Process Control and Automation in Bandung. He was the project leader of Department of National Education TPSDP Retooling Program Batch II on Industrial Automation using PLC (2004).

He is the chairman of National Student Competition on PLC Programming held regularly since 2007 in ITB. He serves as instructor either for public or for in-house training on instrumentation and process control to universities, industries, petrochemical or oil and gas companies, such as: PT. Nusa Halmahera Minerals, Unocal, PJB, Immanuel Hospital, LIPI-Bandung, LAPI-ITB, PT. Indonesia Power, Total Indonesie, Star Energy, CNOOC Ses, Premier Oil, Pearl Oil, MEDCO, etc. He has delivered more than 150 professional training programs on Instrumentation and Control. He also serves as instrumentation and control design and consultant, PT. INALUM, PT. Badak NGL, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources – Indonesia.

Pengantar

Beliau juga pernah menjadi dosen di Polytechnic Education Development Center selama 11 tahun. Menjadi Technical Director di PT Pinangmas Energi Cakrawala Jakarta. Lalu di Cakrawala Optimus Explorer Bandung. Consultant & Trainer pada beberapa lembaga diantaranya di PT.MMS dan Logistic System di PT WKM.
