TUJUAN/SASARAN TRAINING:

  1. Memberikan pengertian dasar tentang teori (mekanika fluida dan termodinamika) yang berkaitan dengan kompresor sentrifugal dan instalasinya,yang akan menjadi dasar pemahaman terhadap prinsip teori , cara kerja dan karakteristik kompresor sentrifugal beserta instalasinya (sistem) dan pengertian tentang gejala gejala fisik yang terjadi pada operasi.
  2. Memberikan pengertian  tentang karakteristik kompresor sentrifugal dan instalasinya (sistem) yang menjadi dasar pengenalan terhadap sifat sifat kompresor sentrifugal dan instalasinya serta pemahaman tentang dasar perancangan sistem,pemilihan kompresor,cara pengoperasian dan perlakuan terhadap kompresor sentrifugal beserta instalasinya.
  3. Memberikan pengenalan tentang jenis jenis kompresor dan komponen komponen utama serta karakteristiknya yang menjadi dasar pemahaman tentang konstruksi dan daerah kerja (kondisi operasi) kompresor.
  4. Memberikan dasar cara cara perawatan dan mengatasi masalah pada kompresor sentrifugal dan instalasinya
  5. Dengan semua hal di atas dan pengalaman peserta ,pada akhirnya para peserta pelatihan akan/diharapkan mempunyai  kemampuan mengoperasikan sistem dengan baik,mengenali gejala gejala yang terjadi selama operasi,merawat dan mengatasi masalah yang timbul pada operasi sistem kompresor sentrifugal ;dengan dilengkapi pengertian dasar perancangan sistem.

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
Ir.Endra Joelianto, Ph.D. is an expert in control engineering and industrial automation. His outstanding research is: Hybrid Control Systems, Discrete Event Control Systems, Petri Nets Analysis and Application on PLC, Robust and Advanced PID Controller and its implementation on PLC, DCS, Fieldbus, Industrial automation and Advanced Control System Designs. He received first degree (Ir.) in Engineering Physics in 1990 from Department of Engineering Physics, ITB and Doctor of Philosofy (PhD.) in Control Engineering in 2001 from Department of Engineering, The Australian National University, Canberra, Australia.

He is Head of Intelligent Control and Automation Laboratory and Coordinator of PLC Research Group for research and training, Engineering Physics Study Program and Instrumentation and Control Research Division, Institut Teknologi Bandung. He was Director of Schneider-OMRON PLC Training Center, Maranatha Christian University, Bandung.  He has attended several professional training on PLC, DCS and Instruments Callibration, such as: Yokogawa DCS, Bandung (2000), Implementation of Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 19-17025 and Basic Calibration, Yokogawa Electric Corporation, Bandung (2001), Fieldbus Foundation Technology, Singapore (2002), Basic and Advanced PLC Telemecanique-TWIDO, Bandung (2003), Basic and Advanced PLC OMRON, Jakarta (2004), Cleaner Production Application in Industries (Bandung 2005), Effective Energy Systems for Sustainable Development (Thailand 2006), Programming and Networking PLC Mitsubishi (2006), InTouch Wonderware, Wonderware Historian and Information Server (Bandung, 2012).

He also has hosted Workshop on Industrial Automation (Bandung, 2002) and (Bandung, 2003), Workshop on Application of PLC in Industrial Automation (Bandung, 2003), National Workshop on Instrumentation & Control (2011) and many professional trainings on PLC, DCS, SCADA, Human Machine Interface and Industrial Process Control and Automation in Bandung. He was the project leader of Department of National Education TPSDP Retooling Program Batch II on Industrial Automation using PLC (2004).

He is the chairman of National Student Competition on PLC Programming held regularly since 2007 in ITB. He serves as instructor either for public or for in-house training on instrumentation and process control to universities, industries, petrochemical or oil and gas companies, such as: PT. TRAINING INTRODUCTION / BACKGROUND :
The possible consequences of hazardous situations that may occur on all onshore and offshore production facilities are the same such as : fire or explosion ; land, air and water pollution ; damage to production equipment ; and injury to people or personnel. The goal of a production safety system design is to reduce the risk of the identified hazards to a reasonable level.
The main principles (“Four Principles”) for production safety system design and operation are :

TRAINING INTRODUCTION :
As energy transportation facility, pipelines are very vulnerable to intrusion, vandalism, sabotage and terrorist attack. The pipeline along ROW may be damaged with explosives or by other mechanical means causing flows to disrupt resulting in a release of pipeline flammable contents. On the other hand, computer control systems or SCADA could also be cyber-attacked by intruders leading to significant flow disruption. Since pipelines supply fuel for industry, transportation, power plants, manufactures, and other commercial uses, serious disruption of a pipeline network poses additional downstream risk.

Plant and pipeline security management is one of the most current and modern integrated management system to insure pipeline safety from third party threat and possibly damaging action in particular for onshore and cross-country pipeline system. It covers detail risk assessment and mitigation plan on both plants and pipeline system.
In this training course, “Security Vulnerability Assessment Methodology for the Petroleum and Petrochemical Industries” prepared by API and the National Petrochemical & Refiners Association (NPRA), and “Security Guidelines: Natural Gas Industry, Transmission and Distribution”, prepared by American Gas Association, USA will be used as major references. To enhance the training, as lesson learnt, various special cases study of pipeline and plants people affected accident around the world will be presented in details.

  2. Setting the context and boundaries and asset characterization
  3. Identifying the hazard and threat assessments (identify known or perceived adversaries)
  4. Criticality assessments (determine criticality)

  6. Risk assessments (determine risks based on threat, vulnerability and consequence assessment findings)
  7. Strategy for sound risk mitigation (determine and implement appropriate risk reduction countermeasures)
  8. Monitor, reassess, and modify (security risk management is an ongoing effort)

INTRODUCTION:
Produced water is the largest single fluid stream in exploration and production operations. It consists of formation water, or flood water previously injected in to the formation. Generally, produced water may be injected with minimal treatment. If the injected water contains solids large enough to plug the formation, injectivity will decline. Downhole solids contributing to plugging may include not only the solids escaping filtration, but solids generated after water treatment (eg corrosion, scale, and bacterial products). Consequently, stringent corrosion inhibition, scale inhibition and bacterial control, as well as filtration, may be required for matrix rate injection. The course content and approach are designed to suit participants of different background and different position in the company. It will be delivered as a to-the-point explanation by a professional instructor, utilizing an easy-to-understand examples and illustrations, especially the actual cases in Indonesia.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN FROM THIS TRAINING?:
By attending this course, participants are able to broaden or reshape their knowledge on the related subjects of his or her area of responsibility, learn more detail about many aspects of produced water handling and reinjection, know more how to treat the water and control corrosion, scaling, and bacterial action, understand how to select and use chemicals for treatment and operation of each equipment used for treatment, discuss and consult their specific problems they are about to bring to the class, and share experiences with others. After completion of this course, participants will understand what produced water is and its fantastic devastating potential to surface facility, well, and formation, how to predict and monitor its characteristics, why and how to perform treatment before reinjection, and how to control and prevent these big and serious problems caused by produced water in the oil & gas field. Participants will know what the minimum requirements for produced water before reinjection and what to do to achieve that requirements.

Ir. M. Syahri, MT, Ph.D  is alumnus from UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta (UPNYK) and Institute of Technology (ITB) department of Chemical Engineering. LATAR BELAKANG:
Tidak semua hal bisa dilakukan manusia dengan nilai yang efektif, efisien, dan aman. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan dan penguasaan bidang robotika adalah sebuah keniscayaan. Perkembangan industri (industri otomotif, industri farmasi, industri permesinan untuk proses otomasi, atau industri-industri yang menghendaki tenaga perawatan alat-alat produksinya atau bahkan industri jasa/servis peralatan mekanis/otomatis) menuntut tersedianya sumber daya manusia yang menguasai teknologi otomatisasi alias robot. Mobil ada mekanik, pesawat, kipas angin, AC, dsb., semua ada kemampuan otomatisnya. Teknologi tersebut merupakan pengembangan teknologi yang terintegrasi meliputi Medical Technology, CNC Technology dan Renewable Energy yaitu yang disebut dengan Teknik Mekatronika. Mekatronika, singkatan dari mekanik dan elektronika, suatu bidang khusus yang membahas mengenai otomasi, kini kian dibutuhkan. Namun dalam perkembangannya mempunyai cakupan yang lebih luas yaitu, suatu bidang yang mengintegrasikan teknik mesin, elektronika, perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak komputer, komunikasi, ilmu bahan, mikroelektronika, juga kecerdasan buatan. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Mekatronika.

SASARAN PESERTA:
Para praktisi tingkat operator, tingkat penyelia atau perencana bidang otomatisasi industri pada industri manufaktur dan industri minyak.

OUPUT TRAINING:
a.    Pemahaman tentang prinsip kerja dari beberapa aktuator mekanik dan elektrik (silinder pneumatik, silinder hidrolik, motor steper dan solenoid), prinsip pengontrolan secara mekanik, elektrik, dan programmable, pemrograman dan kontrol otomatis dengan menggunakan PLC.
b.    Keahlian dalam melakukan indiviual test, troubleshooting dan commissioning dari sistem kontrol otomatis.

CAKUPAN MATERI TRAINING:

  1. Struktur dari Sistem
    Pengertian mekatronika, struktur hardware dari sistem, kontrol desentral (4 PLC), sistem komunikasi (I/O-comm), penjelasan tentang fungsi dari modul, penjelasan tentang aliran material.
  2. Teat Individu dan Comissioning
    Pengertian komisioning, penyetelan reed switch dan sensor, penyetelan elemen mekanik, penyetelan aktuator pneumatik, deskripsi dari hubungan kabel, pelepasan hubungan kabel pada modul PLC, komisioning dari sistem.
  3. Pemograman
    • Dasar elektronika digital (Gerbang AND, OR, NOT, XOR, NOR, NAND dan R-S Flip-Flop)
    • Fungsi dari katup pneumatik
    • Pemrograman dengan bahasa function block diagram (FBD), statement list (STL), dan ladder diagram.
  4. Struktur PLC
    Struktur dari PLC, kegunaan CP-342-5 (WINCC-network), data teknis dari PLC S7 CPU 314 IFM, definisi hardware (with STEP 7)
  5. Struktur Program
    • Penjelasan tentang organization block (OB), dan function (FC)
    • Pemrograman OB dan FC, test program pada module,
