PENGANTAR PELATIHAN
Penerapan sistem manajemen terintegrasi Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan (ISO 14001:2004) dan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (OHSAS 18001:2007) akan memberi manfaat diantaranya:

  1. Peta bisnis yang terkait aspek lingkungan dan K3 lebih simpel
  2. Potensi penghematan biaya karena penggunaan sumber daya yang lebih efisien
  3. Hilangnya duplikasi dokumentasi
  4. Mengurangi jumlah audit
  5. Peningkatan produktivitas sistem, dsb.

Sebagai salah satu bagian penting dalam Sistem Manajemen Terintegrasi, Audit merupakan alat untuk mengetahui apakah sistem manajemen terintegrasi yang dibentuk dan diterapkan perusahaan sudah memenuhi standar Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan (ISO 14001:2004) dan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (OHSAS 18001:2007). Disamping itu audit bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah sistem manajemen terintegrasi di perusahaan berjalan secara efektif.

Temuan audit internal akan menjadi masukan penting untuk management review yang merupakan forum untuk menilai dan memberikan arah untuk penerapan sistem selanjutnya. Dengan demikian audit internal sebaiknya difokuskan untuk melakukan perbaikan berkelanjutan (continual improvement). Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk mempersiapkan dan meningkatkan kemampuan auditor internal agar mampu melakukan audit sistem manajemen terintegrasi berdasarkan standar audit yang baru yaitu ISO 19011:2002.

Tujuan Program :

  1. Memahami persyaratan ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007 tentang pelaksanaan Audit Internal
  2. Memahami pendekatan audit sesuai dengan ISO 19011:2002

Inventory mendukung keberlangsungan produksi dan pemenuhan permintaan konsumen. Ini berarti inventory diperlukan untuk menekan biaya kehilangan kesempatan. Di satu sisi, inventory membutuhkan tempat, pemeliharaan dan penyediaan. TRAINING INTRODUCTION:
This training will be presented for the senior operator or junior supervisor or engineer  or those who handle of electrical power generating in industries or mining. It is known that the electrical energy required by industries supplied from outside by PLN in Indonesia. But the electric energy industry required for 24 hours a day is not guaranteed to be supplied by PLN. Therefore, every industry is requiring a backup generator, called the stand-by generator. Where there are some industries or mines have themselves generators to produce electrical energy to be consumed by themselves. So the condition of the performance of the power generator must be analyzed and how the operation of the generator is properly and efficiently to serve the production process. During the training, presentation of the materials will be presented in a comprehensive manner, through the method of presentation of these things easily lead to a more complex, and practically based to a critical analysis.

Brayan Munthe was born in May 26th 1954. He got his education from electrical engineering IKIP Padang, then diploma of technical teacher training Hawthorn Institute of Education, Melbourne, and his master program from electrical engineering universitas gadjah mada, UGM Yogyakarta. He has followed many courses in Indonesia and also abroad to improve his capabilities. He is lecturer at politeknik TEDC and also at electrical department technical education development center Bandung. He has field experiences because he has done some projects in some companies in Indonesia related to his competencies.

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
DR. Ir. I Made Astina, M.Eng. is currently assistant professor of mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering ITB. He graduated from Mechanical Engineering Department ITB in 1992. Prior to his Ph.D. obtainment in Engineering (thermodynamics, school of science for open and environmental systems) from Keio University Tokyo, Japan in 2004, he received Master of Science in Engineering (mechanical engineering department) from the same university in 1997. His researches concern on thermodynamic, development of new thermal systems, thermodynamic cycles, air conditioning and refrigeration systems. His papers were published in international and national journals, besides he also presents his papers in international and national seminars. Besides teaching at the university, he also has experiences to give short courses for industrial practical engineers and publics and to collaborate practical consultant works.

DURASI TRAINING: 30 jam pelajaran@45 menit atau 3 (tiga) hari (jam 08.00 – 17.00)

LATAR BELAKANG:
Program ini akan membahas bahaya, peralatan dan prosedur untuk bekerja dengan aman di lingkungan ruang terbatas. Peserta pelatihan akan memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan melalui kombinasi presentasi ceramah, diskusi kelompok, dan latihan praktis individu dan tim.

TUJUAN TRAINING:
Agar peserta mampu bekerja secara aman di ruang terbatas (confined space) dan melaksanakan prosedur kerja sesuai dengan program memasuki ruang terbatas dalam rangka pencegahan kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja serta kegiatan keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja lainnya.

Agar peserta memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan tindakan penyelamatan pada keadaan darurat di ruang terbatas. Peserta pelatihan akan menerima pelatihan dan sertifikasi yang sesuai untuk Petugas yang memasuki ruang terbatas dan Petugas Keselamatan untuk ruang terbatas.

PERSYARATAN  PESERTA:
Berpendidikan minimal SMA/SMU, pengalaman kerja sekurang – kurangnya 2 (dua) tahun pada kegiatan industri yang bekerja di ruang terbatas / tertutup.
Peserta pelatihan harus dalam keadaan kesehatan yang baik dan diharapkan untuk berpartisipasi dalam semua persyaratan pelatihan fisik.

TRAINING OBJECTIVE :
Preventive and predictive maintenance is a maintenance system which very reliable to prevent some sudden troubles or breakdown that may happened on factory’s tools/equipments. The sudden troubles are very potential things that caused a big loss in production process. The effects of this problem are some failure to achieve production target, the lack of personnel, unprepared spare parts, etc. Preventive and predictive maintenance application system starts from standard arranging, activity planning, realization supervising, and, as the finish line is, evaluating and analyzing the maintenance’s result.

INSTRUKTUR TRAINING
Dr. Ir. Edy Suwondo
is a lecturer at the Aerospace Engineering Department, Institute Technology of Bandung (ITB) and a member of the Aircraft Design, Operation and Maintenance Research Group, ITB. He has been working in the area of maintenance since 1992. His expertise is in Reliability Centered Maintenance, Reliability Control Program, Maintenance Planning and Life Cycle Costing. He has conducted various research in those area at GMF AeroAsia, Royal Dutch Airlines (KLM), Nusantara Turbine and Propulsion (PT NTP) and Indonesian Aerospace Company (IAe). He involves also in various projects in his research group. Mr. Edy Suwondo received his bachelor degree from the Aerospace Engineering ITB and his doctor degree from Aerospace Engineering, Delft University of Technology (TU Delft), The Netherlands. His doctor research was in the applications of Life Cycle Costing in maintenance area.

PENDAHULUAN:
Elemen mesin adalah bagian mesin yang melakukan tugas untuk Memenuhi tujuan tertentu bersifat dan bekerja secara mekanik. Tugas dan fungsi elemen mesin adalah mendukung atau menahan elemen mesin lainnya bersifat statis dan atau mentransmisikan power dari sumber tenaga ke elemen lainnya bersifat dinamis. Elemen mesin yang Mendukung sebuah system mekanik bersifat dinamis antara lain: poros transmisi, bearing, roda gigi, chain, belt, rem, kopling, system pelumasan dll. Secara umum dalam pelatihan ini akan dibahas tentang besaran power, kecepatan dan besaran torsi yang dapat dipindahkan oleh sebuah system mekanik. Juga dibahas perawatan yang perlu dilakukan dalam system mekanik dan gangguan ataupun kegagalan yang paling sering terjadi dalam system mekanik. Disamping hal di atas juga akan didiskusikan tentang system pelumasan dalam elemen mesin, dan gangguan-gangguan yang mungkin terjadi, serta kegagalan dalam system pelumasan.

Selain di Politeknik Negeri Jakarta, Beliau juga dosen di teknik mesin universitas pancasila, dosen di teknik industri UPN Veteran Jakarta, dosen di teknik mesin politeknik gajah tunggal (patigat) Tangerang. Sudah lebih dari 20 tahun Beliau aktif sebagai Instruktur Training Industri (industrial training) bidang Teknik dan Manajemen Perawatan untuk industri atau perusahaan-perusahaan yang ada di Indonesia. Analisa dalam teori ekonomi memiliki sifat yang lebih menyeluruh / global. Ekonomi makro lebih memperhatikan pada tindakan konsumen secara keseluruhan, kegiatan keseluruhan pengusaha dan perubahan keseluruhan kegiatan ekonomi.

Peristiwa dalam makro ekonomi muncul dari interaksi banyak individu yang mencoba memaksimalkan kemakmurannya. Karena variabel agregat adalah jumlah variabel-variabel yang mendeskripsikan keputusan-keputusan individu, studi makro ekonomi didasarkan pada landasan-landasan mikro ekonomi.

Meskipun ekonomi makro merupakan bidang pembelajaran yang luas, ada dua area penelitian yang menjadi ciri khas disiplin ini: kegiatan untuk mempelajari sebab dan akibat dari fluktuasi penerimaan negara jangka pendek (siklus bisnis), dan kegiatan untuk mempelajari faktor penentu dari pertumbuhan ekonomi jangka panjang (peningkatan pendapatan nasional).

Persoalan pokok dalam Perekonomian

  1. Pertumbuhan : perkembangan kegiatan dalam perekonomian yang menyebabkan barang dan jasa yang diproduksikan dalam masyarakat bertambah. (masalah dalam jangka panjang).
  2. Ketidakstabilan kegiatan ekonomi. Pendapatan nasional potensial, yaitu tingkat pendapatan nasional yang dicapai apabila tenaga kerja sepenuhnya digunakan.
  3. Pengangguran adalah suatu keadaan dimana seseorang yang tergologn dalam angkatan kerja ingin mendapatkan pekerjaan tetapi dapat memperolehnya
  4. Kenaikan harga-harga (inflasi) : suatu proses kenaikan harga-harga yang berelaku dalam suatu perekonomian.
  5. Neraca pembayaran : suatu ringkasan pembukuan yang menunjukkan aliran pembayaran yang dilakukan dari negara-negara lain ke dalam negeri, dan dari dalam negeri ke negara2 lain dalam satu tahun tertentu.

Dalam proses analisa misi dan penetapan sasaran, maka perusahaan membutuhkan indikator yang mampu mengukur tercapainya sasaran yang telah ditetapkan. Oleh karenanya, suatu perusahaan, divisi ataupun departemen dikatakan perlu untuk melakukan pengembangan terhadap indikator-indikator yang mampu mengukur sejauh mana suatu sasaran masih harus ditempuh serta mengindikasikan perkembangan organisasi.

Pelatihan ini didesain untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada peserta terkait, teori, konsep dan strategi dalam melakukan pengembangan KPI yang sesuai dengan organisasinya. Peserta juga akan dibekali dengan aplikasi software MS-Excel yang berguna untuk melakukan pemantauan terhadap perkembangan KPI di organisasinya.

TUJUAN DAN MANFAAT PELATIHAN

Pembicara / Fasilitator
Ir. Deddy Nugraha is a dedicated experienced fulltime trainer and technical consultant since 2002. He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from ITB, Bandung. He has worked nationally in a wide variety of industries including: technology, aerospace, utilities, auditing, mining and institutions thus engaged as a corporate consultant. He also holds certifications for those particular fields from Snecma, France; Engine Support Inc., USA; Danobat, Spain; DNV, Singapore; MTU, Germany and FAA Auditor, USA. Mr. Nugraha is a member of Indonesian Society for Reliability and was elected as General Sectretay for 2004-2007 period. He has trained hundreds of managers, engineers and floor associates, subjects taught to include; CMMS, RCM, TPM, Project Management, Quality Process Control, Corrosion Control and Protection, Failure Analysis, Engineering Design, Instalation & Constrcution, Inventory Control and Management.
