Administration and Electronic Filling System With Integrated Document Management System and E-mail Handling, Organisasi pada era globalisasi  dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dewasa ini sangat membutuhkan karyawan yang memahami implementasi dari electronic document management system. System ini diterapkan dengan tujuan supaya perusahaan dapat melakukan proses efisiensi sumber daya yang jauh lebih besar daripada menggunakan pengelolaan arsip dengan sistem filling yang tradisional, dengan hasil yang tentu saja lebih efektif karena file yang dibutuhkan akan dapat dicari dan ditemukan dalam waktu yang sangat singkat. Electronics document management system diimplementasikan untuk mengelola file-file dokumen elektronik yang dihasilkan dari suatu aplikasi word processor, spread sheet, presentation dan project agar memudahkan dalam pembuatan identifikasi revisi dokumen elektronik dengan otorisasi updating revisi dokumennya sehingga dokumen elektronik tersebut dapat ditemukan dengan cepat pada saat dibutuhkan.

Apabila semua hal tersebut di atas sudah diimplementasikan dengan baik dan benar, maka akan sangat membantu memaksimalkan proses pelayanan, baik kepada internal customer ataupun kepada external customer, sehingga diharapkan dapat membangun image yang baik dan meningkatkan daya saing bagi perusahaan tersebut.

SASARAN TRAINING :

  4. Melakukan perhitungan-perhitungan kuantitatip sederhana dan melakukan optimisasi produksi untuk sumuran minyak yang diproduksi dengan gas lift, sucker rod pumping, electric submersible, hydraulic dan jet pump sesuai dengan batasan operasinya.

Ir. Sudiharto, MT, is alumnus from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) department of petroleum engineering. Ir. Sudiharto besides as instructor and researcher at Geothermal Laboratory ITB, he is also being as Production Engineer at LAPI ITB, Production & Reservoir Analist and expert board (Dewan Pakar) at Forum Komunikasi Daerah Penghasil Migas, and joining in Community Development Team Dirjen Migas since 2003.

Some projects have been handled by him such as policy analysis expert on oil and gas subsector, oil and gas production expert, and field economicity such as: projection study investation potency energy and mineral resources, implementation study national energy consumtion, study on field use of Brownfield in Indonesia, inventarization research of old well potential in regency of Muaro Jambi, blueprint arrangement manpower on oil and gas subsector, development operation cost estimation system oil and gas: geological and geophysical stage, study of combustion flare gas at PERTAMINA DOH Jawa Bagian Barat, survey and development of GIS based datas for planning and distribution BBM and transportation gas through pipe, study on planning of Indonesia – Asean pipeline system, etc. Ir. Drs. Suseno Kardigantara, MM. Par is graduated from National Hotel Institute (NHI) Bandung in 1978 majoring in hotel and catering management.. He has totally more than 20 years working experience in practical and education at local and international hotel,restaurant, cruiseship, and catering business institution in Japan, Switzerland, Holland. He is the instructor and speaker for many public and in-house training or seminar i.e.: European Cuisine Processing, License for Japanese Cuisine, Hygiene Catering, Restaurant Certificate at Les-Restaurant Du Palais De Beaulie-Laussane Switzerland, Marina Hotel Operation at Holland American Line Teaching Method Certificate Indonesia & Swiss Government., etc. With his mature experience in practical hotel and catering service management he is trusted to become advisor of Bandung Chef Association, coordinator development of Japanese Cook Association, coordinator development of Indonesia Professional Cook and Chef, and consultant for tourism, hotel, restaurant and catering. Instead of senior lecturer at National Hotel Institute, Bandung he actively publishes papers of research in hotel, tourism and restaurant management.

Teddy Lukman, S.Sos, was graduated from National Hotel Institute Bandung in 1978. In practical ha had experience as Manager at Ramada Hotel in Frankfurt Germany 1989, and as Manager at Sari Ater Hotel 1986. Currently he is teaching Hotel Management System at National Hotel Institute in Bandung. He has been as researcher at Oil and Gas; Renewable Energy Laboratory  UPNYK, he is also being as Senior Surface Facility Engineer in some project and Training Instructor. Some projects have been handled by him such as Senior Surface Facility Engineer, Plant of Development TAC Ramba-Pertamina Field, Sumbagsel (2008); Plant of Further Development East Pamanukan Field, Pertamina DOH Cirebon – Rainbow  Emerald (2007); Plant of Further Development Nglobo Field, Pertamina DOH JBT – Cepu (2005); Plant of Further Development Ketaling Barat Field, Pertamina DOH Sumbagteng – Jambi (2005); Also as Reviewer Team BP MIGAS, East Kalimantan Gas Deliverability  (Vico, Chevron, TOTAL) (2007). He also gave many courses to the companies, such as: Basic Ammonia Storage, Transfer Equipment and Major Hazards Impact; Dehydration  Process (Oil and Gas Operation); Clean Water Processing & Treatment for Industrial Application; Principle of Chemical Process Industry for non Engineer; Boiler Feed Water Treatment & Trouble shooting; Hazarous Materials Safe Handling; Basic Principle For steam Reformer, Shift Reaction, Operability Problem & trouble shooting; CO2 Removal Technology (Absorber, Striper) Trouble shooting and Operability impact; Catalitic Reactor in Ammonia Industry (Desulfurizer, Methanator, Steam Reformer, Ammonia Converter); Basic Fundamental Ammonia Synthesis, ARU And Process in Middle End Area; Inspection of Insulated Pipes Defects and Repairs Techniques; Emergency Handling in Ammonia Industry; etc.

TRAINING DESCRIPTION:
Service technicians involved in the maintenance, replacement or service operations of industrial valves and piping systems involving hydrogen sulfide shall alert personnel (including employees, service companies, and contractors) of the possibility of hydrogen sulfide atmospheric concentrations greater than 10 ppm and sulfur dioxide atmospheric concentrations greater than 2 ppm that may be encountered in the performance of their work. All personnel working in an area where concentrations of hydrogen sulfide or sulfur dioxide may reach or exceed OSHA PELs shall be provided with training prior to beginning the work assignment. All employers, whether operator, contractor, or subcontractor, shall be responsible for training and instruction of their own employees. Personnel assigned to work in areas where they may be exposed to hydrogen sulfide or sulfur dioxide shall be trained by a hydrogen sulfide safety instructor. This course will provide delegates with the additional skills, information and knowledge, along with the appropriate attitudes to enable them to identify and manage a H2S hazard, assess the risks and implement the appropriate control measures.

  • Toxicity levels and exposure limits
  • Acute and chronic effects of exposure
  • H2S effects on metals, elastomers and polymers
  • H2S gas detection including fixed and portable systems, their advantages and limitations
  • Respiratory protection including different types of BA, mask fit testing, cascade systems, their advantages and limitations
  • H2S emergency procedures during operations
  • Rescue of H2S casualties
  • Detection and protection equipment overview
  • Practical use of gas detection
  • Site requirements
  • A written test
