Pembicara / Fasilitator
Ir. Ali Mahmudi, M.Eng. graduated from mechanical and system engineering department RMIT Melbourne Australia for his magister and from Mechanical Engineering Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) for his bachelor. His core expertise is in fluid and thermal energy convertion machine. Ir. Ali Mahmudi, M.Eng. is lecturer at mechanical engineering Poltek ITB (Polban), and at mechanical engineering PEDC and also at faculty of technique UNISBA(Universitas islam Bandung). In campus he teach for subjects as follows Termodinamika Teknik, Mekanika Fluida, Perpindahan Kalor & Penukar Kalor, Pompa & Kompresor, Boiler & Turbin, Pneumatik & Hidrolik, Mekatronika, Mesin Konversi Energi Fluida & Termal, Teknik perawatan & Perbaikan Mesin, Instrumentasi, Mekanika & Mesin Fluida, and Penggerak Mula. Ir. Ali Mahmudi, M.Eng. has frequently taught training for companies in Indonesia for many topics included in his majoring expertise.

Ir. M. Munir Fahmi, Dipl.ME, MT. got his master degree from Brawijaya University Malang majoring in Energy Conversion. He is till now becoming lecturer at mechanical engineering Poltek ITB (Polban) and he is head of laboratory of fluid, thermal and otomotive. Teknik Perpipaan Dasar (KELAS KHUSUS + YOGYAKARTA)

Transportasi fluida, baik fluida gas maupun fluida cair, sebagian besar dilakukan dengan menggunakan pipa. Ketika fluida mengalir di dalam pipa, banyak aspek fisis yang harus dicermati agar alirannya lancar. Pipa dan perlatan bantu yang digunakan untuk mengalirkan fluida (perpipaan) harus mampu melayani kebutuhan aliran dan harus sesuai dengan aturan-aturan yang ditetapkan.

Kursus ini, Teknik Perpipaan Dasar, mendiskusikan perpipaan yang digunakan untuk mengalirkan air bersih. Bahasannya mencakup : segala aspek fisis ketika air mengalir di dalam pipa, bahan dan ukuran pipa, peralatan bantu, code and standard, dan lain sebagainya. Selesai mengikuti kursus ini peserta diharapkan mampu memahami cara perancangan, pengoperasian dan pemeliharaan perpipaan untuk air bersih.

  • This course is designed as an effective practical shortcut to understand oil & gas field corrosion and scaling prevention, for either corrosion engineers or non corrosion engineering personnel who involve in oil & gas operations and maintenance, pipeline and asset integrity management, pipeline inspection and pigging, material purchasing, chemical selection and injection, produced water handling, hazard and HSE management, and any corrosion and scaling prevention related business activity.
  • The course content and approach are designed to suit participants of different background and different position in the company. It will be delivered as a to-the-point explanation by a professional instructor, utilizing an easy-to-understand examples and illustrations, especially the actual findings in Indonesia.

Pipeline atau perpipaan merupakan salah satu peralatan utama di dalam industri baik industri petrokimia, perminyakan dan gas, pertambangan dan lain-lain. Komponen utama perpipaan adalah  pompa/kompresor dan jaringan pipa, sementara komponen-komponen bantu adalah katub-katub dan strainer (block valve, control valve, strainer, foot valve, dll), fiting (elbow, tee, reducer, inducer, dll) dan berbagai alat bantu lain yang diperlukan. Selain komponen utama dan bantu, perpipaan masih dilengkapi dengan beberapa instrumen misalnya instrumen alat ukur.

Unjuk kerja perpipaan mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap unjuk kerja proses. Unjuk kerja perpipaan sangat dipengaruhi oleh proses perencanaan (design), cara mengoperasikan (operation) dan perawatan (maintenance).

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
Ir. Hendi Riyanto  adalah seorang dosen di fakultas teknik mesin dan dirgantara Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) dalam kelompok keahlian konversi energy. Pak Hendi Riyanto mengikuti post-graduate bidang Mechanical Engineering dari Colorado State University. Beliau secara aktif melakukan penelitian di Kampus di bidang interes kompetensi Beliau, seperti Simulasi Monte Carlo untuk Analisis Radiasi, Aplikasi termoelektrik Cooler (TEC) untuk alat pendingin, Desain dan analisis komponen sistem pembangkit uap, Optimalisasi Desain Kotak Pendingin dengan Metode Taguchi, dll. Beliau juga memiliki pengalaman berinteraksi dengan dunia luar atau industry seperti keterlibatan dalam pengerjaan projek dan menjadi pembicara/instruktur di kelas-kelas training industry.

  3. Sistem Penyalaan : macam-macam sistem penyalaan, sistem pengapian baterai & magnet, macam-macam rangkaian silinder, urutan pengapian, macam-macam sistem pelumasan dan pendinginan.
  4. Definisi-definisi dasar : Volume silinder, volume motor, perbandingan kompresi, daya, momen torsi, efisiensi, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi besarnya rasio kompresi.
  5. Prinsip Dasar mesin bensin & diesel kendaraan : Prinsip kerja, penggolongan motor diesel, Injeksi langsung & tak langsung, Super Charger & Turbo Charger.
  6. Perbedaan Motor Diesel & Bensin : proses kerja, perbedaan pembentukan campuran, perbedaan proses pembakaran, perbedaan momen putar, putaran, daya dan efisiensi.
  7. Sistem Bahan Bakar Motor Bensin & Diesel : Tangki bahan bakar, pompa transfer, advans saat penyemprotan,saringan, pompa injeksi, governor, injektor/ nosel, busi pemanas.
  8. Pompa Injeksi & Injektor : Jenis-jenis pompa injeksi & injektor, cara kerja, penyetelan pompa injeksi & injektor.
  9. Teknik Perawatan Dasar Kendaraan : Pengertian, operasi , pembongkaran & perakitan, strategi perawatan, perawatan komponen sistem bahan bakar Mesin Kendaraan.
  10. Perawatan Berkala Kendaraan: Harian, mingguan, bulanan, tiga bulanan, enam bulanan, tahunan, dan engine overhaul.
  11. Mekanisme Governor : Prinsip kerja governor, penyetelan governor mekanik dan pneumatik
  12. Mesin kendaraan berbasis kontrol komputer ( electronic control unit ) : Fuel system, Air induction system, Electronic control module )
  13. Starting System & Charging System
  14. Pedoman menjalankan Genset : Bahan bakar, minyak pelumas, menjalankan mesin baru, pemeriksaan sebelum menyetart mesin, hal-hal yang harus diperhatikan setelah mesin dapat distart, mematikan mesin, menyetart mesin pada temperatur rendah ( dingin ), menjalankan mesin pada temperatur tinggi.
  15. Perawatan Berkala kendaraan : Pelumasan ( bak minyak pelumas, minyak pelumas dari pompa bahan bakar,governor pneumatis, governor mekanis, minyak saringan udara, starter), perawatan sistem pelumasan, perawatan sistem bahan bakar, perawatan sitem udara.
  16. Perawatan & Perbaikan Sistem Pendinginan : Radiator,tegangan tali kipas udara,termostat
  17. Perawatan & Perbaikan Sistem Listrik : alternator, motor starter, baterai
  18. Pengokohan Baut-baut utama : Baut kepala silinder, baut bantalan utama dan pangkal batang penggerak, baut lainnya.
  19. Kerusakan, Perbaikan,dan Troubleshooting kendaraan : Kebijakan mencari sumber kerusakan, mesin tidak dapat distart, mesin dapat distart tetapi tiba-tiba mati, mesin dapat distart tetapi tekanan minyak pelumas tidak naik, pada waktu mesin bekerja, tekanan minyak pelumas berkurang, daya mesin berkurang.
  20. Knocking (ketukan ) : kemungkinan penyebab kerusakan, dan cara mengatasi
  21. Gas buang terlalu tebal : kemungkinan penyebab kerusakan dan perbaikannya.
  22. Reparasi Besar ( Engine Overhaul ) : Jangka waktu reparasi besar, hal-hal yang perlu diperiksa ( kepala silinder, katup isap & buang, silinder, piston, cincin torak, bantalan utama poros engkol ).

Beliau adalah kepala Laboratorium Energi termal Teknik Mesin Institut Teknologi Bandung, Beliau juga pernah menjabat sebagai ketua jurusan Teknik Mesin ITENAS Bandung, Pernah mengajar di SESKOAD, Pernah mengajar di prokerma depnaker-ITB, prokerma PLN-ITB. Beliau juga pernah memperdalam keilmuan di luar negeri seperti bidang Coal Energy , Argonne, Chicago, Ill., USA, bidang Combustion, Petc, Pittsburgh, Pa, USA dan Pinch Technology, Asian-Australia Energy Cooperation. Bidang spesialisasi Beliau adalah Boiler, Turbin Uap/Gas, Pompa, Kompresor, Konversi Energi dan analisis energy..
