TRAINING DESCRIPTION:
Flow is one of four major variables that can be found in industries. As flow has different characteristics compared to pressure, level or temperature, it is necessary to understand behavior, type of flow, selection of sensors and transducers and also type of control valve for control purposes. In many application, it is necessary to determine the magnitude and/or direction of the flow-velocity at a point in the fluid and how this varies from point to point. Sometimes the qualitative information is sufficiently available from direct visual observation. However, most methods also allow quantitative analysis by inserting velocity probes to obtain accurate point measurements. Flow measurement and instrumentation training program will present type of probes, measurement methods, analysis, flow control system and its elements.

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
Ir.Endra Joelianto, Ph.D. is an expert in control engineering and industrial automation. His outstanding research is: Hybrid Control Systems, Discrete Event Control Systems, Petri Nets Analysis and Application on PLC, Robust and Advanced PID Controller and its implementation on PLC, DCS, Fieldbus, Industrial automation and Advanced Control System Designs. He received first degree (Ir.) in Engineering Physics in 1990 from Department of Engineering Physics, ITB and Doctor of Philosofy (PhD.) in Control Engineering in 2001 from Department of Engineering, The Australian National University, Canberra, Australia.  He is Head of Intelligent Control and Automation Laboratory and Coordinator of PLC Research Group for research and training, Engineering Physics Study Program and Instrumentation and Control Research Division, Institut Teknologi Bandung. He was Director of Schneider-OMRON PLC Training Center, Maranatha Christian University, Bandung.  He has attended several professional training on PLC, DCS and Instruments Callibration, such as: Yokogawa DCS, Bandung (2000), Implementation of Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 19-17025 and Basic Calibration, Yokogawa Electric Corporation, Bandung (2001), Fieldbus Foundation Technology, Singapore (2002), Basic and Advanced PLC Telemecanique-TWIDO, Bandung (2003), Basic and Advanced PLC OMRON, Jakarta (2004), Cleaner Production Application in Industries (Bandung 2005), Effective Energy Systems for Sustainable Development (Thailand 2006), Programming and Networking PLC Mitsubishi (2006), InTouch Wonderware, Wonderware Historian and Information Server (Bandung, 2012). He also has hosted Workshop on Industrial Automation (Bandung, 2002) and (Bandung, 2003), Workshop on Application of PLC in Industrial Automation (Bandung, 2003), National Workshop on Instrumentation & Control (2011) and many professional trainings on PLC, DCS, SCADA, Human Machine Interface and Industrial Process Control and Automation in Bandung. He was the project leader of Department of National Education TPSDP Retooling Program Batch II on Industrial Automation using PLC (2004). He is the chairman of National Student Competition on PLC Programming held regularly since 2007 in ITB. He serves as instructor either for public or for in-house training on instrumentation and process control to universities, industries, petrochemical or oil and gas companies, such as: PT. Deskripsi Training
This special practical approach course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of applied corrosion prevention, control and monitoring techniques for oil and gas surface facilities equipment and pipeline, combating internal corrosion damages using chemical inhibitor injection, and to improve personal skill and ability to control, monitor and evaluate the results of pigging operation and chemical injection with corrosion coupon, scale coupon, ER corrosion probes and LPR corrosion probes.

After completion of this practical course, participant will better understand and get improvement on how corrosion occurs and why corrosion attacks oil & gas surface facilities equipment and pipeline, how to prevent, control and minimize oil & gas corrosion damage, and how to monitor and evaluate the results of corrosion control measures and pigging.

DESKRIPSI & TUJUAN

Petroleum Industries in Indonesia are managed by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, under Law No. 22 / 2001.  Control system built up by BPMIGAS is done through pre control system, current control system and post control system. In the financial scope  those system applied as  auditing system, consist of pre audit, current  audit  and  post  audit. To perform these auditing system, BPMIGAS published a Financial Reporting  Procedures Manual, consists of  Work  Program & Budget Manual, Authorization Financial Expenditures Manual, Financial Quarterly Report Manual  and  POD control system.

Plan of Development (POD) is the key point in the Oil and Gas business of Indonesia Upstream Oil and Gas project. POD is a guideline for the Contractor (KKKS) to operate their project. There is a planning program that describe of project activities during the contract. KKKS also should construct the detail of Program Activities and Budgeting (WP&B), and Authorization for Expenditure (AFE). In the Indonesia PSC Term, WP & B, AFE and POD is the integrated aspect that every “Contractor” should propose to BP. Therefore, between BP Migas and the Contractor should have the same perception all about aspect of POD, AFE and WP&B especially about the basic principle, mechanism and procedure, system and operational guidance.

DESKRIPSI
Masalah  krisis energi saat ini telah menjadi perhatianya berbagai pihak karena dampaknya sangat terasa dan sangat luas, terlebih di sektor industri yang sangat tergantung dengan sumber energi untuk menggerakkan semua aktivitas indutri. Krisis energi yang dikenal secara internasional sebagai “Peak Oil” merupakan saat dimana kapasitas produksi energi terutama minyak di beberapa belahan benua mencapai puncaknya dan untuk kemudian menurun drastis untuk kemudian habis sama sekali.

Usaha-usaha yang dilakukan para ahli energi dan lembaga-lembaga penelitian sumber energi terbaharui (renewable energy) diprediksi tidak akan mampu mengimbangi kekurangan kebutuhan energi yang bakal terjadi. Alternatif-alternatif energi terbaharui seperti bio-diesel, biogas dan energi matahari sangat diragukan kapasitasnya dalam mengatasi krisis nantinya. Satu sumber energi yang diprediksi akan menggantikan energi alami di Indonesia adalah energi nuklir dan batubara.

Salah satu langkah yang paling mungkin dilakukan adalah mengusahakan tingkat efisiensi penggunaan sumber energi. Efisiensi ini dapat dilakukan dengan sistem manajemen yang memahami bagaimana pengelolaan sumber energi dan menajemen konversi energi yang sangat signifikan memberikan pengaruh  terhadap konsumsi energi. Manajemen koversi energi dalam sebuah industri sangat dibutuhkan karena berbagai alternatif sumber energi dan teknologi konversi energi sudah tersedia. Akan tetapi hal ini perlu adanya analisis untuk memperoleh efisiensi yang paling optimal dan jaminan ketersedian pasokan energi di masa depan demi kelangsungan industri yang dijalankan.

TUJUAN
Training ini didesain bagi kalangan industri dengan tujuan agar

  • Peserta dapat memahami  prinsip-prinsip manajemen konversi energy

Deskripsi
Ketika sebuah organisasi merencanakan sebuah proyek pembangunan gedung, dalam prakteknya tidak bisa dilakukan secara parsial. Misalnya hanya melihat pada contoh desain pondasi, sloof (balok ikat), plat tangga, plat lantai, plat atap, kolom, kuda-kuda, dsb. Ketika berbicara soal perencanaan bangunan, maka kita harus membahas masalah tersebut secara luas. Hal ini sangat penting untuk dipahami karena pekerjaan ini mencakup berbagai aspek yang saling terkait satu sama lain. Mulai dari perencanaan desain bangunan, aspek mekanikal dan kelistrikan bangunan, Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) hingga ke tahap metode pemeliharaannya. Konsep Perencanaan Perancangan merupakan uraian yang menampung tujuan proyek serta pemikiran-pemikiran yang mendasar tentang latar belakang dan pertimbangan semua unsur tersebut.

Oleh karena itu para pelaku proyek sangat perlu untuk dibekali dengan pemahaman mengenai perencanaan dan pelaksanaan sebuah proyek konstruksi dimulai dengan penyusunan perencanaan, penyusunan jadwal (penjadwalan) serta pengawasan dan pengendalian.

TUJUAN

  1. Memberikan penjelasan tambahan untuk memperjelas maksud dan pengertian yang telah ditetapkan dalam dokumen pelaksanaan / dokumen perjanjian / kontrak kerja konstruksi.

PENDAHULUAN
Seiring tingginya kebutuhan listrik, alokasi budget pemerintah untuk pengembangan Kelistrikan Nasional terus meningkat per tahunnya. Mengacu UU Kelistrikan No.30/2009, penyediaan listrik kebutuhan publik merupakan wewenang dan tanggung jawab negara, diselenggarakan oleh BUMN yang ditunjuk melaksanakan usaha penyediaan tenaga listrik. Namun, sepanjang tidak merugikan negara, dapat diberikan kesempatan seluas-luasnya kepada pihak swasta, koperasi dan badan usaha lainnya untuk berkontribusi menyelenggarakan penyediaan listrik baik untuk pemakaian sendiri maupun untuk umum, berdasarkan ijin usaha penyediaan tenaga listrik (IUK & IUKU).

Dalam jangka menengah, pemerintah mengestimasi proyeksi investasi pengembangan infrastruktur kelistrikan nasional mencapai nilai puluhan bahkan ratusan trilyun rupiah, dimana anggarannya akan bersumber dari APBN, BUMN, dan kontribusi swasta baik sebagai Independent Power Producer (IPP).

Dengan membahas dinamika Sistem Kelistrikan Nasional serta proyeksi pengembangan kelistrikan nasional jangka panjang dan menengah, Kursus Intensif Hukum Kelistrikan angkatan II sangat bermanfaat bagi para pelaku usaha kelistrikan termasuk PLN, Independent Power Producer (IPP), lembaga pembiayaan, serta lembaga  terkait lainnya.
