Dalam 10 tahun kemudian ia juga berkiprah sebagai headhunter senior management ketika bekerja di KPMG Consulting dan Coopers & Lybrand.

Ia pernah dipercaya memimpin sebuah group dengan lebih dari 47 anak perusahaan dengan posisi terakhir sebagai Chief Operating Officer yang bertanggungjawab atas annual revenue perusahaan sekitar 100 juta US Dollar.

Dalam 7 tahun terakhir aktif di berbagai pelatihan & seminar bagi lebih dari 18.000 eksekutif. Ia dikenal sebagai trainer yang sangat tajam dalam memberikan debrief, ditambah keluasan wawasannya pada masalah bisnis & perusahaan. Saat ini ia merupakan Managing Partner dari INSpira Consulting.
