Pelatihan Project Management Professional ini dirancang secara khusus untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam mengenai terminologi, konsep dan metodologi manajemen proyek. Materi pelatihan menggunakan referensi berstandar internasional, yaitu PMBOK 6 dan 7 yang dikeluarkan Project Management Institute (PMI).

Pelatihan bersifat praktis untuk mempermudah peserta dalam memahami materi dan menerapkannya di lingkungan kerja masing-masing.

  8. Memahami tentang program governance dan bagaimana membuat phasegate approval system.
  9. Memahami bagaimana menerapkan pembelajaran ini ke real-life environment.
  10. Memahami key project management techniques.
  11. Memahami project management technical skills dan tools seperti Microsoft Project Professional, Work Breakdown Structures, Phase Gates, Monte Carlo Simulation Analysis, dan Robust Project Governance system.
