Mengawali pendidikan di Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara (STAN) jurusan Akuntansi pada tahun 1987, kemudian mengambil Program D4 pada tahun 1993 lalu mendapatkan Gelar Master Management (Postgraduate degree in Master of Management) jurusan Finance Management, di salah satu perguruan tinggi ternama di Jakarta. Beliau telah memiliki pengalaman sebagai profesional audit di beberapa perusahaan nasional dan multi nasional selama lebih dari 20 tahun, pada tahun 1996 s/d 2004 beliau sebagai tim audit di beberapa perusahaan, diantaranya PT. Karang Mas Sejahtera (Hotel Ritz Carlton Bali), PT. Batavia Realty (Menara Batavia Jakarta), PT Aria West International (Joint Operation between PT Telkom of West Java with private company) dan PT Trebor Indonesia. Selain menjadi praktisi, beliau juga menjadi Ketua Jurusan dan dosen tetap di beberapa Universitas di Indonesia. Dengan expertise di bidang Accounting dan Audit, beliau merupakan trainer yang kompeten untuk dapat memberikan materi training ini.

Materi Training Description :
Leading an audit team not only requires a great deal of knowledge, it also requires dedication, efficiency, and effective leadership skills. New audit leaders today need to know how to properly run a team so that every project runs smoothly. In other words, they need the skills to lead with confidence.
This stimulating and informative session covers the organization, time management and problem solving skills necessary for managing a successful team. Incorporating diverse teaching methods from lectures to case studies to group discussions, auditors will learn and practice eight simple planning tools that ensure success. Upon completion, participants will also be able to identify the six steps of effective delegation, a tool imperative to running any audit team.
