The possible consequences of hazardous situations that may occur on all onshore and offshore production facilities are the same such as : fire or explosion ; land, air and water pollution ; damage to production equipment ; and injury to people or personnel. The goal of a production safety system design is to reduce the risk of the identified hazards to a reasonable level.
The main principles (“Four Principles”) for production safety system design and operation are :

INSTRUKTUR TRAINING
Ir. Akhmad Dimyati,MBA. was born December 12th 1954 in Bandung, He was graduated from Industrial engineering Institut Teknologi Bandung, ITB for his bachelor and from magister business administration ITB for his magister program. From 1982 – 2003 he worked at PT.INTI (persero) for some position, such as manager of production control, manager of quality audit, expert staff for development, manager of training and education/diklat, and unit head for small business development assistance. He was also as member of supervisory board for pension fund koperasi yayasan kesejahteraan pegawai at PT.INTI(persero). Since 1982 he has been as lecturer for university in Bandung at industrial engineering for bachelor and magister program.  Ir. Akhmad Dimyati, MBA. has followed many courses to improve his competencies. And now he is becoming trainer for industrial training for topics in his competencies, such as logistics management, project management, production management, Balanced Score Card, supply chain and warehousing management. Mr. Akhmad Dimyati has much real experiences and he also do consultation projects. With his complete knowledge and experiences he will share in his training class to participants.

Dr. Ahmad Taufik,M.Eng. is Risk and Integrity Specialist, and Chairman for Indonesian Society for Reliability (ISR). He got his doctorate program from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA (1996). He is now also a lecturer at Graduate Study Program at Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) teaching for risk and integrity assessment related courses. He has been interacting with oil and gas companies for more than 10 years for training, consultant and project implementation. Dr. Ahmad Taufik has much work experiences joining in some institution such as at Lloyd’s Register as Operation Manager, at PT. MMS, PT. Surveyor Indonesia and PT. AT Solusi as consultant and trainer. And at present Dr. Ahmad Taufik is an Asset Integrity Specialist for PT Pertamina PHE-ONWJ (formerly BP West Java, Indonesia). TRAINING INTRODUCTION :
As energy transportation facility, pipelines are very vulnerable to intrusion, vandalism, sabotage and terrorist attack. The pipeline along ROW may be damaged with explosives or by other mechanical means causing flows to disrupt resulting in a release of pipeline flammable contents. On the other hand, computer control systems or SCADA could also be cyber-attacked by intruders leading to significant flow disruption. Since pipelines supply fuel for industry, transportation, power plants, manufactures, and other commercial uses, serious disruption of a pipeline network poses additional downstream risk.

Plant and pipeline security management is one of the most current and modern integrated management system to insure pipeline safety from third party threat and possibly damaging action in particular for onshore and cross-country pipeline system. It covers detail risk assessment and mitigation plan on both plants and pipeline system.
In this training course, “Security Vulnerability Assessment Methodology for the Petroleum and Petrochemical Industries” prepared by API and the National Petrochemical & Refiners Association (NPRA), and “Security Guidelines: Natural Gas Industry, Transmission and Distribution”, prepared by American Gas Association, USA will be used as major references. To enhance the training, as lesson learnt, various special cases study of pipeline and plants people affected accident around the world will be presented in details.

  2. Setting the context and boundaries and asset characterization
  3. Identifying the hazard and threat assessments (identify known or perceived adversaries)
  4. Criticality assessments (determine criticality)

  7. Strategy for sound risk mitigation (determine and implement appropriate risk reduction countermeasures)

INTRODUCTION :

  1. The mine steel structures and the mining supporting facilities are naturally subject to failure cause by corrosion hazards, and potentially affect health, safety and environment. These may result in wasting of steel component, slowing down the mining operation, increasing maintenance and repair cost, loss of asset, loss of production, and sudden failure and injury.
  2. The steel structure include the main mining equipment; and the supporting facilities are field transportation vehicle, ship and barges, jetty, steel piles, bridges, fuel storage tanks, fuel and water transportation pipeline, mining waste disposal pipeline, and any other steel structure in the mining site.
  3. The corrosion damage can only be prevented and totally stopped by application of cathodic protection.
  4. The course focuses on recognition and identification of corrosion hazards, its potential damage to steel structures in the mining field, the risk of equipment failure, injury, and the negative effects to safety and environment; and the principle method and techniques to prevent or control corrosion damage with cathodic protection.
  5. Sacrificial Anode Cathodic Protection (SACP) method and Impressed Current Cathodic Protection (ICCP) method will be explained in detail, both for inland (topside) mining steel structures and underwater or water-immersed mining supporting facilities.
  6. It provides a basic but thorough review of corrosion characteristics and its devastating mechanism, cathodic protection principle and method, and the technique by which cathodic protection can be applied. Active participation is encouraged through case studies, examples, and an open discussion format.

  1. Mining personnel who concern and responsible for maintenance of steel structures and mining supporting facilities in the mining workplace.

INSTRUKTUR TRAINING
Ir. Hilman Ahmad, DCE., an Independent Consultant in industrial oil and gas, member of the Society of Indonesian Petroleum Engineers, who manage the Industrial Oil & Gas Education Center for Professionals and has been practicing production operation & safety and corrosion control engineering in Indonesia for more than twenty-five years. He post-graduated from Tokyo Institute of technology (sponsored by UNESCO) in 1977. He joined in-field-practice program at Nippon Kokan Steel Company & Research Center Kawasaki, Japan for production facility design & construction and corrosion prevention & control in 1983, and collaborated with Cormon Industrial Research Center Brighton UK for on-line corrosion monitoring development in 2000.He has been delivering consultative course in production operation, maintenance & safety and corrosion control for personnel from Oil & Gas Company and Petrochemical Industry since 1979.

LATAR BELAKANG:
Tidak semua hal bisa dilakukan manusia dengan nilai yang efektif, efisien, dan aman. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan dan penguasaan bidang robotika adalah sebuah keniscayaan. Perkembangan industri (industri otomotif, industri farmasi, industri permesinan untuk proses otomasi, atau industri-industri yang menghendaki tenaga perawatan alat-alat produksinya atau bahkan industri jasa/servis peralatan mekanis/otomatis) menuntut tersedianya sumber daya manusia yang menguasai teknologi otomatisasi alias robot. Mobil ada mekanik, pesawat, kipas angin, AC, dsb., semua ada kemampuan otomatisnya. Teknologi tersebut merupakan pengembangan teknologi yang terintegrasi meliputi Medical Technology, CNC Technology dan Renewable Energy yaitu yang disebut dengan Teknik Mekatronika. Mekatronika, singkatan dari mekanik dan elektronika, suatu bidang khusus yang membahas mengenai otomasi, kini kian dibutuhkan. Namun dalam perkembangannya mempunyai cakupan yang lebih luas yaitu, suatu bidang yang mengintegrasikan teknik mesin, elektronika, perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak komputer, komunikasi, ilmu bahan, mikroelektronika, juga kecerdasan buatan. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Mekatronika.

SASARAN PESERTA:
Para praktisi tingkat operator, tingkat penyelia atau perencana bidang otomatisasi industri pada industri manufaktur dan industri minyak.

OUPUT TRAINING:
a.    Pemahaman tentang prinsip kerja dari beberapa aktuator mekanik dan elektrik (silinder pneumatik, silinder hidrolik, motor steper dan solenoid), prinsip pengontrolan secara mekanik, elektrik, dan programmable, pemrograman dan kontrol otomatis dengan menggunakan PLC.
b.    Keahlian dalam melakukan indiviual test, troubleshooting dan commissioning dari sistem kontrol otomatis.

    Pengertian mekatronika, struktur hardware dari sistem, kontrol desentral (4 PLC), sistem komunikasi (I/O-comm), penjelasan tentang fungsi dari modul, penjelasan tentang aliran material.
  2. Teat Individu dan Comissioning
    Pengertian komisioning, penyetelan reed switch dan sensor, penyetelan elemen mekanik, penyetelan aktuator pneumatik, deskripsi dari hubungan kabel, pelepasan hubungan kabel pada modul PLC, komisioning dari sistem.
  3. Pemograman
    • Dasar elektronika digital (Gerbang AND, OR, NOT, XOR, NOR, NAND dan R-S Flip-Flop)
    • Fungsi dari katup pneumatik
    • Pemrograman dengan bahasa function block diagram (FBD), statement list (STL), dan ladder diagram.
  4. Struktur PLC
    Struktur dari PLC, kegunaan CP-342-5 (WINCC-network), data teknis dari PLC S7 CPU 314 IFM, definisi hardware (with STEP 7)
  5. Struktur Program
    • Penjelasan tentang organization block (OB), dan function (FC)
    • Pemrograman OB dan FC, test program pada module,

INTRODUCTION :
Water flooding is a method of secondary recovery in which water is injected into the reservoir formation to displace residual oil. The water from injection wells physically sweeps the displaced oil to adjacent production wells. Potential problems associated with waterflood techniques include inefficient recovery due to variable permeability, or similar conditions affecting fluid transport within the reservoir, and early water breakthrough that may cause production and surface processing problems. Ir. Sudiharto, MT, is alumnus from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) department of petroleum engineering. Ir. Sudiharto besides as instructor and researcher at Geothermal Laboratory ITB, he is also being as Production Engineer at LAPI ITB, Production & Reservoir Analist and expert board (Dewan Pakar) at Forum Komunikasi Daerah Penghasil Migas, and joining in Community Development Team Dirjen Migas since 2003.
Some projects have been handled by him such as policy analysis expert on oil and gas subsector, oil and gas production expert, and field economicity such as: projection study investation potency energy and mineral resources, implementation study national energy consumtion, study on field use of Brownfield in Indonesia, inventarization research of old well potential in regency of Muaro Jambi, blueprint arrangement manpower on oil and gas subsector, development operation cost estimation system oil and gas: geological and geophysical stage, study of combustion flare gas at PERTAMINA DOH Jawa Bagian Barat, survey and development of GIS based datas for planning and distribution BBM and transportation gas through pipe, study on planning of Indonesia – Asean pipeline system, etc. Ir. TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
Teddy Lukman, S.Sos was graduate from National Hotel Institute Bandung (NHI) in 1978. In practical he had experience at Ramada Hotel in Frankfurt Germany 1989, and as Manager at Sari Ater Hotel 1986. Currently he is teaching Hotel Management System at National Hotel Institute in Bandung. He is very familiar for the hotel management software like Prolog Hospitality System, HIS AS-400 IBM, Maxial, MYOH and Fidelo. Instead of lecturer he also give in-house training in hotel management system at four-star and five-star hotels in Indonesia.

Drs. Suseno Kardigantara, MM.Par is graduated from National Hotel Institute Bandung in 1978 majoring in hotel and catering management. He has totally more than 20 years working experience in practical and education at local and international hotel, restaurant, cruiseship and catering business institution in Japan, Switzerland and Holland. He is the instructor and speaker for many public and in-house training or seminar, i.e.: European Cuisine Processing, License for Japanese Cuisine, Hygiene Catering, Restorant Certificate at Les_Restaurant Du Palais De Beaulie-Laussane Switzerland, Marina Hotel Operation at Holland American Line Teaching Method Certificate Indonesia & Swiss Government, etc. With his mature experience in practical hotel and catering service management he is trusted to become Advisor of Bandung Chef Association, Coordinator Development of Japanese Cook Association, Coordinator Development of Indonesia Profesional Cook and Chef and Consultant for tourism, hotel, restaurant and catering. Instead of senior lecture at NHI Bandung, he actively publishes papers of research in hotel, tourism and restorant management.

Pendahuluan
Salah satu kompetensi yang perlu dimiliki oleh para Pemimpin (Supervisor/Manajer) di suatu perusahaan adalah kemampuan untuk mengelola hubungannya dengan para stake holders, para pemegang kepentingan, pihak-pihak yang terkait dengan dirinya.  Ini bisa berarti Atasan, Kolega ataupun Bawahannya.

Mengelola hubungan (relationship) pada prinsipnya mengandung 2 hal: kemampuan mengembangkan kepercayaan dan kemampuan mengembangkan pengaruh sehingga sang Pemimpin dapat mengelola stake holdernya sehingga bisa memadukan berbagai kepentingan yang ada untuk mendapatkan hasil yang optimal buat organisasi dan pihak-pihak tersebut.

Workshop singkat ini akan memberikan perspektif prinsip-prinsip mengembangkan hubungan, dengan memulai pengembangan basisnya: kepercayaan.  Sampai pada mengembangkan pengaruh.  Relationship yang akan dibahas di dalam workshop ini termasuk relationship dengan atasan (Managing your Bos) yang tentunya berbeda dengan relationship dimana seorang Pemimpin mempunyai otoritas (relationship dengan bawahan) ataupun relationship yang sejajar (dengan kolega).

Asset management merupakan sebuah langkah manajerial yang harus dilakukan seorang manajer keuangan saat ini, didalam merencanakan, mengelola, dan mengevaluasi kinerja aset perusahaan dalam upaya peningkatan nilai yang berujung pada kesejahteraan pemegang saham (shareholders wealth).

Aset kas dan piutang yang tergolong sebagai aset lancar (current asset) dan bersifat non-physical dapat berubah menjadi idle dan biaya tinggi bila tidak dikelola secara professional dan terukur. Investasi perbankan dan pengelolaan piutang merupakan practice method yang dapat digunakan oleh manajer keuangan untuk meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Disamping itu, asset management membantu untuk seorang manajer keuangan mengkonversi physical asset (properti, mesin, peralatan, dan persediaan) yang tergolong aset biaya tinggi menjadi aset yang memiliki profitabilitas tinggi.
