Keberhasilan suatu organisasi sangat ditentukan oleh  sumber daya manusia yang profesional. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah melalui pelatihan / DIKLAT. Dalam melakukan desain penyusunan silabus diklat yang berkaitan dengan materi yang akan disampaikan dalam pelatihan tersebut, maka diperlukan acuan yang jelas sehingga materi yang disampaikan dapat sesuai dan peserta pelatihan bisa mendapatkan jaminan pelatihan yang telah terencana dengan baik. INTRODUCTION :
To fulfill the oil and gas demand for power generation, recovery processes, and other uses, pipelines are utilized to transport the supply from their source.  These pipelines are mostly buried and operate without disturbing normal pursuits.

Construction procedures for most pipeline systems can be adapted to consider specific environmental conditions and are tailored to cause minimal impact on the environment.

Unattended pumping stations move large volumes of oil and petroleum products under high pressure.  Many factors have to be considered in the engineering and design of long-distance pipelines, including the nature and volume of fluid to be transported, the length of pipeline, the types of terrain traversed and the environmental constraints.  Major factor influencing pipeline system design are: Fluid properties, design condition, supply and demand magnitude/location, Code and standards, Route, topography and access, environmental impact, economic, hydrological impact, seismic and volcanic impacts.

To obtain optimum results for a pipeline transmission system, complex economic and engineering studies are necessary to decide on the pipeline diameter, material, compression/pumping power requirements and location of the pipeline route.

INTRODUCTION :
This course focuses on corrosion – from either internal or external source – and its potential problem, and the protection methods to stop or control them. Review on corrosion and technique by which it can be identified, monitored and controlled will be given in detail. Active participation is encouraged through case studies and examples especially on the use of painting and coatings, transformer-rectifier of impressed current, magnesium, zinc and alum sacrificial anodes for external protection, and the injection of corrosion inhibitors and biocides for internal corrosion control.

PRE-REQUISITE :
NONE. No previous training in corrosion control is required. However, to gain the most from this course, a basic understanding of physics, chemistry and basic unit operations will be helpful.

  1. Review of oil & gas surface production facility and operations.
  2. Review of metallic materials used in surface production facility and pipelines and the corrosion problem usually happen.
  3. Case studies and examples of oil & gas material failure caused by corrosion from internal and external source.
  4. Uniform, galvanic and localized corrosion failures.
  5. Internal corrosion of pipeline, vessel and processing equipment caused by sour component, H2S, CO2, organic acid, brine, and the SRB (sulfate reducing bacteria).
  6. External corrosion of underground, underwater and under-seawater pipeline and structure caused by impurities in soil and water environment.
  7. External corrosion of topside structure caused by marine atmosphere.
  8. Basic electrochemistry of corrosion process, Ohm’s law and the corrosion rate.
  9. Corrosion control and prevention with painting & coatings and the cathodic protection.
  10. Measurement of corrosion potential and corrosion current.
  11. Protection with sacrificial anode and impressed current.
  12. Understanding NACE Standard RP-01-69 to stop external corrosion attack.
  13. Requirement, design and criteria of cathodic protection.
  14. Sacrificial anode specification, installation and construction.
  15. Testing, monitoring, and inspection of cathodic protection.
  16. Inspection and maintenance of transformer-rectifier and sacrificial anode.
  17. Field test, measurement techniques and instrument.
  18. Data recording and evaluation of cathodic protection system.
  19. Case studies of corrosion control and prevention with cathodic protection.

INTRODUCTION :
With increasing demands to natural gas in Indonesia, sour gases are being tapped for utilization after purification. But, the natural gas that is transported to the fuel market must meet legal and safety requirements; it must be non-toxic, non-corrosive and safe to environment. For that reasons, gas conditioning or specifically gas treating is a very important step in gas processing scheme. H2S, and CO2, are removed to certain level through a gas sweetening process. There are many processes available. The amines (MEA, DEA, MDEA) are the most popular solutions and thus commonly used in many fields. This course is designed as an effective practical shortcut to understand the amine sweetening process and all features and problems encountered in amine plant operations for engineers, operators, technicians, and anyone who involve or responsible  in H2S and CO2 removal.

The course content and approach are designed to suit participants of different background and different position in the company. It will be delivered as a to-the-point explanation by a professional instructor, utilizing an easy-to-understand examples and illustrations, especially the actual findings in Indonesia.

Hilman Ahmad, DCE., an Independent Consultant in industrial oil and gas, member of the Society of Indonesian Petroleum Engineers, who manage the Industrial Oil & Gas Education Center for Professionals and has been practicing production operation & safety and corrosion control engineering in Indonesia for more than twenty-five years. He post-graduated from Tokyo Institute of technology (sponsored by UNESCO) in 1977. He joined in-field-practice program at Nippon Kokan Steel Company & Research Center Kawasaki, Japan for production facility design & construction and corrosion prevention & control in 1983, and collaborated with Cormon Industrial Research Center Brighton UK for on-line corrosion monitoring development in 2000.He has been delivering consultative course in production operation, maintenance & safety and corrosion control for personnel from Oil & Gas Company and Petrochemical Industry since 1979.

INTRODUCTION:
Risk-Based Inspection is a systematical process that identifies, assesses and map  industrial risks, which can compromise equipment integrity in both pressurized  equipment and structural elements. The high risk equipments are then managed by a  proper inspection interval, method and coverage. In the RBI philosophy, it is more cost- effective to allow some systems to fail as long as the consequences of the failure are  low, on the other hand, some systems may have such high consequences of failure  that failure is totally unacceptable, and therefore, these items should receive most  attention by using a proper inspection plan & practice. In this course API 581 and API  580 and other DNV and ABS guidelines and recommended practices, will be consulted.

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
Dr. Ahmad Taufik,M.Eng. is Risk and Integrity Specialist, and  Chairman for Indonesian Society for Reliability (ISR). He got his doctorate program from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA (1996). He is now also a lecturer at Graduate Study Program at Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) teaching for risk and integrity assessment related courses. He has been interacting with oil and gas companies for more than 10 years for training, consultant and project implementation. This much experiences in oil and gas industries will be shared by him in training class. Dr. Ahmad Taufik has much work experiences joining in some institution such as at Lloyd’s Register as Operation Manager, at PT. MMS, PT. Surveyor Indonesia and PT. AT Solusi as consultant and trainer. And at present Dr. Ahmad Taufik is an Asset Integrity Specialist for PT Pertamina PHE-ONWJ (formerly BP West Java, Indonesia). He has performed in depth study in integrity  research for pipeline, mechanical and pressurized system. He is member of ASM and ASME. He has wide interest including RBI, PIM, FTA, FMECA, RCA, RAM study and many other risk engineering areas. Dr. Ahmad Taufik has been chairman and speakers for many Oil and Gas International Conferences in Indonesia, (INDOPIPE, MAPREC), Malaysia (ASCOPE), Singapore and China (IPTEC) for the last five years. He has taught many training class on his expertise topics for many companies in Indonesia

Ir. Pawito Merto Sontowiro, Msc adalah alumnus Teknik Mesin ITB dan sejak tahun 1973 menjadi dosen di jurusan tersebut sampai sekarang. Beliau adalah kepala Laboratorium Energi termal Teknik Mesin Institut Teknologi Bandung, Beliau juga pernah menjabat sebagai ketua jurusan Teknik Mesin ITENAS Bandung, Pernah mengajar di SESKOAD, Pernah mengajar di prokerma depnaker-ITB, prokerma PLN-ITB. Beliau juga pernah memperdalam keilmuan di luar negeri seperti bidang Coal Energy , Argonne, Chicago, Ill., USA, bidang Combustion, Petc, Pittsburgh, Pa, USA dan Pinch Technology, Asian-Australia Energy Cooperation. Bidang spesialisasi Beliau adalah Boiler, Turbin Uap/Gas, Pompa, Kompresor, Konversi Energi dan analisis energy.. PENDAHULUAN :

  • Menentukan titik impas dan tingkat output yang diperlukan untuk mencapai target laba operasi
  • Memahami bagaimana pajak mempengaruhi analisis biaya-volume laba

3. HARI KE TIGA : SISTEM JOB COSTING

PENDAHULUAN :
Fungsi dan peran bendahara menjai begitu sentral dan strategis, ketika Pertamina dihadapkan dengan UU NO 22 tahun 2001, dimana kewenangan dan tanggungjawab semakin besar karena berpengaruh terhadap felksibilitas bisnis yang harus berorientasi kepada pelanggan.

MAKSUD DAN TUJUAN TRAINING :

  3. Penyusunan anggaran
  4. Prosedur pengesyahan dokumen pelaksanaan anggaran
  5. proses pencatatan cashflow
  6. Prosedur Pelaksanaan penerimaan dan pengeluaran keuangan
  7. Pengelolaan aset dan kewajiban Pertamina
  8. Verifikasi dan akuntansi Anggaran Pembiayaan dan Perhitungan
  9. Pelaksanaan akuntansi dan penyusunan laporan
  10. Pengembangan sistem informasi perbendaharaan

DURASI TRAINING : 4 hari

Dr. Sugiyanto,SE.,M.Sc. lulusan dari S-1 Fakultas Ekonomi UII Yogyakarta, S-2 Agriculture Development Financial Agricultural RUG, Belgia, dan S-3 /Doktor dari Ilmu Ekonomi Universitas Padjadjaran (UNPAD) Bandung. Di kampus atau di dunia akademik, beberapa pengalaman kerja Beliau sebagai berikut :

Bekerja sama dengan Kantor Urusan Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah RI, Ketua Pelaksana Proyek P3T Kanwil Departemen Tenaga Kerja Propinsi Jawa Barat, dan masih banyak yang lainnya. Ir. Pawito Merto Sontowiro, Msc adalah alumnus Teknik Mesin ITB dan sejak tahun 1973 menjadi dosen di jurusan tersebut sampai sekarang. Beliau adalah kepala Laboratorium Energi termal Teknik Mesin Institut Teknologi Bandung, Beliau juga pernah menjabat sebagai ketua jurusan Teknik Mesin ITENAS Bandung, Pernah mengajar di SESKOAD, Pernah mengajar di prokerma depnaker-ITB, prokerma PLN-ITB. Beliau juga pernah memperdalam keilmuan di luar negeri seperti bidang Coal Energy , Argonne, Chicago, Ill., USA, bidang Combustion, Petc, Pittsburgh, Pa, USA dan Pinch Technology, Asian-Australia Energy Cooperation. Bidang spesialisasi Beliau adalah Boiler, Turbin Uap/Gas, Pompa, Kompresor, Konversi Energi dan analisis energy.. Pernah mengerjakan projek pada bidang Modifikasi Sistem Pembakaran Lokomotip D-52, Modifikasi Sistem Penunjang Boiler, Analisis Sistem Boiler, dan lain-lain.
