Introduction :
Dalam suatu organisasi sering kali terjadi perubahan baik karena adanya implementasi sistem baru, organisasi baru, ataupun proses baru. Dalam implementasinya sering ditemui kendala selain kesiapan teknis, kesiapan people atau sumber daya manusia dalam menerima perubahan yang akan terjadi.
