LATAR BELAKANG:
Teknologi sistem produksi dikembangkan secara sistematik yang merupakan cabang ilmu baru dalam bidang produksi. Dapat dikatakan bahwa sistem produksi pada saat ini dan di masa mendatang memegang peranan penting dalam melakukan proses produksi, karena merupakan metoda berproduksi yang akan menentukan keberhasilan dalam memenuhi tuntutan pasar industri. Dalam perkembangannya, sistem produksi banyak berkaitan dengan bidang lain seperti teknik produksi, komputasi, dan teknik pemrosesan informasi (information processing technology). Struktur dasar sistem produksi terdiri dari sub-sub sistem perencanaan produk, pemroses informasi teknik, pemroses informasi manajemen, pengendali produksi, dan proses produksi. Pemroses informasi manajemen (management information processing) meliputi pemroses informasi tentang manajemen disain produk dan manajemen produksi. Manajemen produksi (management of manufacturing system) adalah kegiatan pengelolaan produksi seperti perencanaan jumlah produk, kualitas produk, harga jual produk, maupun saat produk harus selesai dibuat, atau pembuatan rencana kerja harian. Manajemen produksi meliputi perencanaan produksi, perencanaan bahan baku, perencanaan pembebanan kerja, pengendalian kualitas, pengelolaan simpanan, pengelolaan gudang, pengelolaan peralatan bantu produksi, pengelolaan peralatan produksi, pengelolaan ongkos, pengelolaan transportasi, dan keamanan kerja. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Manajemen Produksi dan Operasi (Production and Operation Management).

TUJUAN:
Membekali peserta tentang wawasan dan pegetahuan mengelola suatu sistem yang merupakan gabungan antara teknologi tentang produksi dengan elemen-elemen pemroses informasi tentang perencanaan, disain, proses pembuatan, pengendalian, manajemen, dan operasi.

SASARAN:
Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, peserta diharapkan mampu:

  1. Konsep dasar manajemen sistem manufaktur
    Struktur dasar sistem produksi, klasifikasi jenis produksi, dan fungsi spesifik manajemen produksi
  2. Peramalan
    Kegunaan, peranan, dan jenis-jenis peramalan, langkah-langkah peramalan, dan pemilihan teknik dan metoda peramalan
  3. Perencanaan produksi, kapasitas produksi, dan pola produksi
    Metoda grafis dan transportasi programa linier, penentuan kapasitas yang diperlukan dan kebutuhan peralatan, pola produksi konstan, bergelombang dan moderat, analisis break even point
  4. Teknik tata cara kerja
    Ruang lingkup dan penggunaan teknik tata cara kerja, dan pengaturan jadwal kerja
  5. Pengendalian persediaan
    Pengendalian persediaan independen dan pengendalian persediaan dependen
  6. Pengendalian kualitas
    Diagram kontrol kuantitatif dan kualitatif serta sistem sampling
  7. Analisis lokasi pabrik
    Dasar-dasar pemilihan, faktor-faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan, pendekatan pemilihan dan prosedur seleksi serta metoda pemilihan lokasi
  8. Analisis tata letak pabrik
    Tujuan dan langkah-langkah pengaturan tata letak pabrik, analisis produk dan proses produksi, perhitungan jumlah mesin dan penentuan luas area, pemilihan tipe tata letak pabrik, perencanaan aliran pemindahan bahan, perencanaan area departemen dalam pabrik dan cara pengaturannya serta detail dari alternatif tata letak yang dipilih.

Mesin perkakas merupakan induk dari mesin-mesin yang lain yang diguinakan industri rekayasa untuk menghasilkan komponen mesin dan peralatan yang berkualitas tinggi. Dengan meningkatnya jumlah impor mesin perkakas seperti: Taiwan, Korea Selatan, Jepang, Cina, dan India, maka sewajarnya harus mengetahui hakekat mesin-mesin perkakas tersebut untuk memenuhi persyaratan kualitas tertentu. Kualitas suatu mesin perkakas dapat diketahui dengan mengadakan pengujian terhadap mesin tersebut.

Berbagai prosedur pengujian mesin perkakas telah dikembangkan dan Organisasi Standar Internasional (ISO) merangkum berbagai prosedur menjadi petunjuk baku yang dapat diterima oleh masyarakat industri atau pemakai mesin perkakas secara luas. Konsep dasar yang melatar belakangi dalam pengujian mesin perkakas adalah faktor-faktor ketelitian geometrik mesin perkakas antara lain: kelurusan, kerataan, kesejajaran, ketegaklurusan, dan rotasi serta berbagai aspek yang berhubungan dengan aktivitas pengujian mesin perkakas. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Pengujian Mesin Perkakas (Testing of Machine Tools).

LATAR BELAKANG :
Mesin industri memiliki tingkat kritis yang sangat tinggi dalam pemakaiannya di industri. Bagi perawat mesin-mesin industri yang tidak tanggap dan tidak ahli, kerusakan yang kecil pun bisa menjadi sumber frustasi dan mungkin pula dapat menambah parahnya kerusakan. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan tim perawat yang ahli. Teknik perawatan untuk mendeteksi sedini mungkin terhadap gejala kerusakan mesin industri dengan penekanan terhadap biaya dapat diterapkan predictive maintenance. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Predictive Maintenance.

TUJUAN :
Membekali peserta tentang wawasan dan pegetahuan predictive maintenance mesin dan peralatan merupakan strategi perawatan dengan pelaksanaan yang didasarkan kondisi mesin itu sendiri atau berdasarkan kondisi (condition based maintenance) dan monitoring kondisi mesin (machinery condition monitoring) sebagai penentuan kondisi mesin dengan cara memeriksa mesin secara rutin sehingga dapat diketahui keandalan mesin serta keselamatan kerja terjamin.

SASARAN:
Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, peserta diharapkan mampu:

  • Memahami dan menjelaskan konsep dasar maintenence

  2. Konsep predictive maintenance
    Tujuan dan teknik predictive maintenance, kerusakan dan sumber utama kerusakan, pola kerusakan mesin dan pencegahannya.
  3. Teknik monitoring kondisi mesin
    Tingkat kritis mesin, metoda monitoring kondisi mesin, metoda analisis kerusakan mesin, pemilihan metoda monitoring.
  4. Monitoring minyak pelumas
    Prinsip dasar sistem pelumasan, karakteristik minyak pelumas, standar pemakaian minyak pelumas, jenis dan dasar pemilihan minyak pelumas, kontaminan minyak pelumas, efek kontaminan, pemerikasaan minyak pelumas, pengujian viskositas, monitoring kuantifier partikel, pengujian ferografi, pengujian jumlah partikel, pengujian spektrometri, pengetesan angka kebasaan, pengetesan gelembung.
  5. Monitroing getaran mesin
    Dasar-dasar dan karakteristik getaran, unit pengukuran, parameter getaran, pemilihan parameter pengukuran getaran, alat ukur getaran, titik dan arah pengukuran getaran, batas-batas getaran yang diijinkan, dan interprestasi dan analisis getaran.
  6. Monitroing alignment
    Ketidaksatusumbuan, jenis-jenis ketidaksatusumbuan, teknik pengukuran misalignment.

Estimasi Proyek memegang peranan penting dalam penyelenggaraan proyek konstruksi dalam hal ini Proyek Kelistrikan. Kegiatan estimasi adalah salah satu proses utama dalam proyek kelistrikan untuk mengetahui besarnya dana yang harus disediakan untuk sebuah bangunan. Pada umumnya, sebuah proyek kelistrikan membutuhkan biaya yang cukup besar. Ketidaktepatan yang terjadi dalam penyediaannya akan berakibat kurang baik pada pihak-pihak yang terlibat di dalamnya. Dalam pelaksanaan praktik dibutuhkan beberapa macam estimasi yang berbeda didasarkan tujuan penggunaan dan peruntukannya. Pada tahap awal perencanaan proyek kelistrikan, estimasi didasarkan pada perhitungan kuantitas (volume) pekerjaan karena uraian dan spesifikasi pekerjaan. Teknologi bahan merupakan pengetahuan tentang struktur bagian dalam, sifat-sifat bahan, dan menggunakan bahan untuk dikonversi menjadi produk atau komponen dengan nilai tambah secara ekonomik. Melalui berbagai cara dan percobaan, sifat-sifat bahan dapat ditingkatkan sebaik mungkin, tetapi tidak mungkin memilih suatu bahan yang hanya memiliki satu sifat saja. Seperti halnya pada umumnya upaya keteknikan, pemilihan bahan adalah suatu proses penyelesaian masalah. Setiap pemakai bahan dalam lingkup teknologi mekanik harus mengetahui setiap sifat bahan yang umumnya digunakan. Lebih dari itu harus dapat menilih bahan yang paling sesuai untuk suatu kebutuhan khusus. LATAR BELAKANG:
Tata letak pabrik (plant layout) atau pengaturan dari fasilitas penunjang produksi dan area kerja yang ada adalah suatu masalah yang sering dijumpai dalam dunia industri rekayasa. Sekalipun cuma sekedar mengatur peralatan atau mesin di dalam bangunan pabrik yang ada maupun dalam ruang lingkup kecil dan sederhana.

Tata letak yang terencana dengan baik sangat menentukan efisiensi dan dalam beberapa hal juga menjaga kelangsungan hidup ataupun kesuksesan kerja suatu industri, karena sebagai dasar untuk membuat operasi kerja menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Peralatan produksi yang mahal harganya, peralatan yang canggih, dan suatu disain produk yang bagus akan tidak ada artinya akibat perencanaan tata letak yang sembarangan saja.

Karena aktivitas produksi suatu industri secara normalnya harus berlangsung dengan tata letak yang tidak selalu berubah-ubah, maka setiap kekeliruan yang dibuat di dalam perencanaan tata letak akan menyebabkan kerugian-kerugian yang tidak kecil. LATAR BELAKANG :
Untuk menanggulangi dan/atau memperlambat terjadinya proses penurunan fungsi dari peralatan atau sistem, perlu dilakukan suatu tindakan yaitu tindakan perawatan. Tindakan tersebut lebih cenderung ke arah mempertahankan dan/atau mengembalikan kondisi peralatan atau sistem tidak terlalu jauh berbeda dari kondisi awal. Untuk menentukan kemungkinan peralatan atau sistem untuk tetap beroperasi secara terus menerus menjalankan fungsinya (pada kondisi lingkungan secara spesifik dan dalam jangka waktu tertentu) tanpa mengalami kerusakan adalah dengan cara menentukan ukuran kinerja peralatan atau sistem, yang sering disebut dengan keterandalan (reliability). Keterandalan suatu peralatan atau sistem merupakan peluang atau probabilitas peralatan akan berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya sampai jangka waktu tertentu dan dalam kondisi lingkungan spesifik. Dari kondisi peralatan “baik” ke kondisi “rusak” tidak dapat diketahui dengan pasti. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Reliability Centered Maintenance.

TUJUAN:
Membekali peserta tentang wawasan dan pengetahuan reliability centered maintenance untuk menjamin seluruh fasilitas fisik dapat beroperasi dengan baik sesuai dengan disain dan fungsinya.

    Laju kerusakan (hazard rate), bentuk fungsi kerusakan, ukuran kinerja peralatan yang lain: MTTF, MTTR
  4. Distribusi teoritik keterandalan
    Distribusi Ekponensial, Distribusi Normal, Distribusi Hypereksponensial, Distribusi Gamma, Distribusi Weibull
  5. Model laju kerusakan.
    Model bak mandi, kegagalan berulang
  6. Estimasi keterandalan
    Distribusi frekuensi sampel umur operasi peralatan, metoda non parametrik.
  7. Penentuan fungsi keterandalan
    Pendekatan garis lurus (linier), analisis regresi linier.

LATAR BELAKANG:
Roda gigi (gear) merupakan salah satu komponen mesin yang banyak digunakan sebagai komponen yang berfungsi untuk meneruskan dan memindahkan putaran atau daya. Keausan atau kerusakan yang terjadi pada elemen geometrik roda gigi tersebut dapat  disebabkan oleh sewaktu proses pembuatannya di mesin perkakas, sewaktu merakit tidak sesuai dengan toleransi geometrik yang diinginkan, dan faktor kelelahan bahan roda gigi serta faktor pembebanan yang terjadi. Apabila salah satu roda gigi mengalami kerusakan dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan pada roda gigi pasangannya atau kerusakan pada komponen mesin yang lainnya. Penangannya yaitu mengganti roda gigi yang baru dengan cara memesan (membeli) atau membuat sendiri di bengkel produksi yang tersedia.  Untuk mendukung kondisi tersebut diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi bidang Pembuatan Helical Gear, supaya dapat menghasilkan komponen roda gigi dengan ketelitian geometrik yang tinggi.

LATAR BELAKANG:
Pemindahan bahan merupakan kegiatan dalam proses manufaktur yang meliputi pemindahan, pengepakan, dan penyimpanan dari barang atau benda dengan segala bentuknya (gas, cair, padat) yang dilaksanakan dari satu lokasi ke lokasi yang lain baik secara vertikal, horizontal, maupun lintasan yang membentuk kurva. Umumnya dalam proses manufaktur lebih baik bahan yang yang bergerak dari pada orang atau mesin yang berpindah. Signifikasi biaya dari kegiatan pemindahan bahan tidak bisa diabaikan, karena memerlukan biaya berkisar 25 % dari total biaya produksi, sehingga sistem pemindahan bahan memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam perencanaan tata letak pabrik. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Material Handling.

Para praktisi tingkat operator, tingkat penyelia atau perencana bidang pemindahan bahan pada industri rekayasa.

OUTPUT TRAINING:
Pemahaman tentang pengetahuan perencanaan aliran pemindahan bahan dan pemindahan bahan.

CAKUPAN MATERI TRAINING:

  1. Aliran pemindahan bahan
    Klasifikasi aliran bahan, pola aliran bahan untuk proses produksi dan proses perakitan, analisis teknik perencanaan aliran bahan (string diagram, assembly chart, from to chart).
  2. Beberapa definisi pemindahan bahan
    Material handling, transport, transfer, bulk material, packaged material, unit load, rehandle.
  3. Aturan dasar perancangan pemindahan bahan.
  4. Dasar pemilihan metoda pemindahan bahan.
    Plant factors, method factors, product & materials, present handling method, proposed handling method, cost data & economic analysis
  5. Peralatan pemindahan bahan
    Fixed path handling equipment, limited area handling equipment, mobile materials handling equipment, material handling tool and storage equipment.
  6. Jalan lintasan
    Fungsi jalan lintasan, permasalahan penentuan jalan lintasan, standar lebar jalan lintasan.

INVESTATION PRICE/PERSON :

He was graduated from politeknik  universitas brawijaya malang for his diploma in mechanical engineering majoring on mechanical maintenance and repairing, from ITS Surabaya for his bachelor in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering, and from ITB Bandung for his master program in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering. Now he is as lecturer at mechanical engineering Politeknik Negeri Bandung(before as poltek ITB). Ir. Sugeng Isdwiyanudi, MT. has followed many trainings/courses to improve his competence. He is active instructor who often deliver training for industrial participants in Indonesia, many topics he teachs in training e.g.:

In campus he teachs for some subjects e.g.: industrial metrology, quality control, Instrumentation and measurement, machining technique, production system and quality control, Pneumatics and hydrolics, measurement system, measuremen technique(Metrology of Geometry), mechanics vibration, management of production process, product quality control, statistics application in mechanical engineering, machining process technology, Practice of industrial metrology, pneumatics control system. In campus he has many experiences e.g.: as head of Laboratory industrial Metrology POLBAN, as head of Laboratory Metrology POLBAN, as director SPMU TPSDP POLBAN (ADB Loan 1792-INO), director assistant administration and finance SPMU TPSDP POLBAN (ADB Loan 1792-INO), head of production research group POLBAN, head of department mechanical engineering P4D, department secretary of mechanical department P4D, head of Laboratory Pneumatics and Hydrolics P4D. He invites industrial participants to share and discuss in his training class.
