Hasan Surya is lecturer at electrical engineering Polytechnique ITB (POLBAN)  and he is a head of department at electrical engineering. Ir. Hasan Surya have delivered some training topics related to his major expertise for  many companies in Indonesia. Ir. Hasan Surya have been researching in electrical engineering and becoming speaker for some conference. Ir. Basic power train system training merupakan program training yang ditujukan kepada Trainee Mechanic dan Field Mechanic untuk membekali keahlian dan pengetahuan dalam menangani kerusakan yang ada di sistim power train.

Setelah mengikuti pelatihan peserta diharapkan mampu:

  1. Menjelaskan nama, letak dan fungsi komponen utama sistim power train
  2. Menjelaskan aliran tenaga sistim power train
  3. Menjelaskan aliran oli di control valve sistim power train
  4. Melakukan perbaikan pada kerusakan sederhana

Silabus:

  1. Pengenalan konsep dasar sistim power train dengan penggerak hidrostatis
  2. Komponen utama sistim power train
  3. Control Valve mekanisme pengaturan aliran oli ke clutch
  4. Aliran tenaga dari engine ke torque converter, power shift transmission, differensial, dan final drive
  5. Aliran tenaga didalam power shift transmission
  6. Cara kerja torque converter sesuai dengan beban yang terjadi
  7. Metode pencarian masalah sederhana dan langkah perbaikannya
  8. Prosedur-prosedur keselamatan kerja

Metode:
Teori diruangan kelas maksimum 80%, dan praktek dilapangan minimum 20%.

Telah menekuni dunia alat berat selama kurang lebih 23 tahun. Menghabiskan waktu selama lebih dari 9 tahun sebagai mekanik lapangan dan 5 tahun lebih sebagai trainer untuk maintenance, serta 5 tahun menangani pengembangan karyawan yang secara total keseluruhan sekitar 19 tahun bekerja untuk PT Trakindo Utama (dealer alat berat merek Caterpillar®). Mempunyai beberapa sertifikat terkait pelatihan dan assessment karyawan baik dari local maupun internasional.

  11. Faktor manusia dan alat dalam menentukan harga satuan pekerjaan.
  12. Waktu satuan pekerjaan bulldozer, loader, dan backhoe.
  13. Jumlah armada dump truck.
  14. Aspek LCC dan BEP dalam pemilihan alat berat.
  15. Teknik pembelian barang.
  16. Pompa, katup, silinder dan sistem pengontrol hidrolik alat berat.
  17. Sirkuit hidrolik dan komponen penggerak front dan rear attachment.
  18. Sirkuit hidrolik dan komponen penggerak stabilizer dan swing attachment.

Pengantar Training :
Sering kita mendengar kerusakan yang terjadi pada suatu mesin tidak pernah selesai. Baru selesai di perbaiki, 1 atau 2 hari kemudian terjadi kerusakan kembali. Padahal pihak departemen yang bertanggung jawab (Engineering / Maintenance) telah berusaha maksimal agar kerusakan tidak terjadi lagi. Mengapa hal ini bisa terjadi….???

Suatu mesin atau peralatan akan mengalami kerusakan jika keluar dari daerah / zone “Ideal State”. Dimana salah satu indikasi yang ditampakkan oleh mesin yang berada di luar “Ideal State” adalah munculnya apa yang dinamakan Small Defect. Small Defect inilah yang akan bersinergi dengan Small Defect yang lain untuk membentuk suatu energi yang dapat mengeluarkan status mesin berada di luar “Ideal State” nya.

Hukum Heinrich Law’s Mengatakan bahwa 1 kerusakan besar (mengakibatkan mesin break down) berasal dari 29 kerusakan-kerusakan kecil dan 29 kerusakan kecil tersebut muncul karena bersinerginya 300 Small Defect yang ada pada mesin tersebut.

Di dalam training akan dipaparkan jenis-jenis small defect yang ada, pengenalan small defect sampai dengan cara untuk menghilangkan small defect yang ada dan juga teknik-teknik untuk melakukan overhauling kecil suatu mesin sehingga hasilnya adalah tidak terulangnya kerusakan yang pernah terjadi.

Beliau telah berkecimpung di dalam dunia industri kurang lebih 15 tahun. Maintenanance dan Produktifitas, 2 hal yang sangat berkaitan dan saling menunjang telah dikembangkan menjadi suatu sinergi yang hebat dalam suatu sistem manufacture. Sejak tahun 1999 telah mempelajari dan mengetrapkan Konsep TPM dan Kaizen di dalam suatu industri. Kelebihan dan kekurangan dari implementasi TPM dan Kaizen ini telah dikenali dan diketemukan solusinya.

Awal tahun 2003, mendapatkan Sertificate TPM Basic dari Jepang dan disusul dengan penerimaan Sertificate TPM Advance juga dari Jepang pada akhir tahun 2004. Penerimaan sertificate tersebut tidak diperoleh secara teoritis saja tetapi juga dengan implementasi di Lapangan. Tidak ketinggalan juga, Sertificate Kaizen Basic dan Advance juga telah diperoleh pada tahun 2001 dan 2005.

Berbekal pengalaman yang mendalam dan sertificate yang diperoleh, berbagai macam project telah berhasil dikerjakan dan berhasil dengan sukses. Project tersebut antara lain:

  1. Develop / training 25 group TPM dengan masing-masing group beranggotakan 5-8 orang dari tahun 2003 – 2006. Secara overall dengan TPM berhasil menurunkan Break Down rata-rata 15%, bahkan ada yang mencapai 40%.
  2. Develop / training 8 group Kaizen dengan masing-masing group beranggotakan 5-8 orang dari tahun 2001 – 2006. Secara overall dengan Kaizen, produktifitas dapat ditingkatkan rata-rata 20%.
  3. Presentasi tentang Keberhasilan TPM di Jepang pada tahun 2005.
  4. Pada November 2006 mendapat Medali Perak pada ICQCC, suatu konvensi international tentang QCC / SGA.
  5. Pada Februari 2007 menjadi pemenang ke-2 dalam lomba Best Practice Competition yang diselenggarakan oleh Omron Head Quarter di Kyoto-Japan.

Practical Problem Solving yang ditujukan bagi kalangan maintenance dan engineering adalah suatu adalah suatu pengupasan yang sangat practical tentang penanganan suatu masalah / kerusakan yang terjadi pada suatu mesin industri.

Mesin dalam suatu industri bagaikan sumber penghasil uang (:baca profit) tetapi mesin juga dapat berfungsi sebaliknya yaitu sebagai pengambil uang(:baca rugi) jika tidak ada person yang handal sebagai pengelolanya.

Dalam training ini akan dikupas secara practical bagaimana menangani problem yang terjadi pada suatu mesin dengan menggunakan QC 7 Tools sebagai alat untuk mereduksi kerusakan suatu mesin.

Peserta training akan diarahkan untuk dapat menguasai QC 7 Tools sebagai tools untuk problem solving, dapat melakukan observasi secara benar terhadap suatu kerusakan, melakukan analisa kerusakan mesin dengan metode 3-Gen dan 2-Gen, memastikan akar penyebab kerusakan mesin serta penanganannya.

Di akhir training, peserta juga akan diarahkan untuk dapat membuat suatu konsep program maintenance untuk tetap menjaga agar performance mesin tetap di level tinggi serta membuat laporan tentang performance suatu mesin.

Sasaran Program

  • Peserta training dapat menghitung efisiensi dari suatu mesin serta produktifitas dari suatu unit mesin / line
  • Peserta training dapat menggunakan fungsi QC 7 Tools dalam “Problem Solving” suatu mesin
  • Peserta training dapat melakukan observasi suatu kerusakan mesin sehingga didapat akar permasalahan dari kerusakan yang terjadi.
  • Peserta training dapat menguasai step-step “Problem Solving” dengan metode 4M (Man, Material, Method, Machine) terhadap kerusakan suatu mesin secara terstruktur, tepat dan benar serta menjamin kerusakan yang sama tidak akan terulang lagi.
  • Peserta training dapat menganalisa kerusakan mesin yang terjadi di sebabkan karena “Natural Deterioration” atau “Forced Deterioration”
  • Peserta training dapat menggunakan metode 3-Gen dan 2-Gen untuk mengatasi kerusakan suatu mesin
  • Peserta training dapat membuat “Pareto Chart”  sebagai sarana untuk mereduksi kerusakan mesin secara menyeluruh
  • Peserta training dapat mempelajari kondisi ideal suatu mesin
  • Peserta training dapat membuat histogram sebagai sarana untuk mempertahankan “Quality of Product” di level yang tinggi

Ir.Endra Joelianto, Ph.D. is an expert in control engineering and industrial automation. His outstanding research is: Hybrid Control Systems, Discrete Event Control Systems, Petri Nets Analysis and Application on PLC, Robust and Advanced PID Controller and its implementation on PLC, DCS, Fieldbus, Industrial automation and Advanced Control System Designs. He received first degree (Ir.) in Engineering Physics in 1990 from Department of Engineering Physics, ITB and Doctor of Philosofy (PhD.) in Control Engineering in 2001 from Department of Engineering, The Australian National University, Canberra, Australia.  He is Head of Intelligent Control and Automation Laboratory and Coordinator of PLC Research Group for research and training, Engineering Physics Study Program and Instrumentation and Control Research Division, Institut Teknologi Bandung.

He was Director of Schneider-OMRON PLC Training Center, Maranatha Christian University, Bandung.  He has attended several professional training on PLC, DCS and Instruments Callibration, such as: Yokogawa DCS, Bandung (2000), Implementation of Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 19-17025 and Basic Calibration, Yokogawa Electric Corporation, Bandung (2001), Fieldbus Foundation Technology, Singapore (2002), Basic and Advanced PLC Telemecanique-TWIDO, Bandung (2003), Basic and Advanced PLC OMRON, Jakarta (2004), Cleaner Production Application in Industries (Bandung 2005), Effective Energy Systems for Sustainable Development (Thailand 2006), Programming and Networking PLC Mitsubishi (2006), InTouch Wonderware, Wonderware Historian and Information Server (Bandung, 2012).

TRAINING DESCRIPTION:
Flow is one of four major variables that can be found in industries. As flow has different characteristics compared to pressure, level or temperature, it is necessary to understand behavior, type of flow, selection of sensors and transducers and also type of control valve for control purposes. In many application, it is necessary to determine the magnitude and/or direction of the flow-velocity at a point in the fluid and how this varies from point to point. Sometimes the qualitative information is sufficiently available from direct visual observation. However, most methods also allow quantitative analysis by inserting velocity probes to obtain accurate point measurements. Flow measurement and instrumentation training program will present type of probes, measurement methods, analysis, flow control system and its elements.

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
Ir.Endra Joelianto, Ph.D. is an expert in control engineering and industrial automation. His outstanding research is: Hybrid Control Systems, Discrete Event Control Systems, Petri Nets Analysis and Application on PLC, Robust and Advanced PID Controller and its implementation on PLC, DCS, Fieldbus, Industrial automation and Advanced Control System Designs. He received first degree (Ir.) in Engineering Physics in 1990 from Department of Engineering Physics, ITB and Doctor of Philosofy (PhD.) in Control Engineering in 2001 from Department of Engineering, The Australian National University, Canberra, Australia.  He is Head of Intelligent Control and Automation Laboratory and Coordinator of PLC Research Group for research and training, Engineering Physics Study Program and Instrumentation and Control Research Division, Institut Teknologi Bandung. He was Director of Schneider-OMRON PLC Training Center, Maranatha Christian University, Bandung.  He has attended several professional training on PLC, DCS and Instruments Callibration, such as: Yokogawa DCS, Bandung (2000), Implementation of Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 19-17025 and Basic Calibration, Yokogawa Electric Corporation, Bandung (2001), Fieldbus Foundation Technology, Singapore (2002), Basic and Advanced PLC Telemecanique-TWIDO, Bandung (2003), Basic and Advanced PLC OMRON, Jakarta (2004), Cleaner Production Application in Industries (Bandung 2005), Effective Energy Systems for Sustainable Development (Thailand 2006), Programming and Networking PLC Mitsubishi (2006), InTouch Wonderware, Wonderware Historian and Information Server (Bandung, 2012). He also has hosted Workshop on Industrial Automation (Bandung, 2002) and (Bandung, 2003), Workshop on Application of PLC in Industrial Automation (Bandung, 2003), National Workshop on Instrumentation & Control (2011) and many professional trainings on PLC, DCS, SCADA, Human Machine Interface and Industrial Process Control and Automation in Bandung. He was the project leader of Department of National Education TPSDP Retooling Program Batch II on Industrial Automation using PLC (2004). He is the chairman of National Student Competition on PLC Programming held regularly since 2007 in ITB. NOISE CONTROL MANAGEMENT

TRAINING INTRODUCTION :
One possible cause of hearing damages on men is the level of noise exposures that beyond the limit of sound pressure level or percent dose allowed for a normal working hours. Industrial workers who receive noise exposure in their everyday working environment, are vulnerable to experience hearing damage either in the form of temporary (TTS) or permanent threshold shift ((PTS). Therefore, the industry should establish a professional program of noise control management in order to protect the health and safety of the workers.

In association with Indonesian regulation for safety and healthy working condition (PP No. 3 1975), limit of Leq 85 dBA noise exposure level for 8 hours working day is required for work places. Instead, a Leq limit of 90 dBA steady noise levels for 8 hours working day is determined in OSHA regulation (1974) for occupational noise. Higher levels of noise will reduce the allowable exposure time or working period of workers; therefore, a feasible administrative or engineering noise controls should be applied. When employees are subjected to noise exposures exceeding the limit stated in OSHA regulation, personal ear protectors, such as, earplug or earmuff, shall be provided.
