LATAR BELAKANG:
Manajemen adalah proses merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, memimpin, dan mengendalikan usaha-usaha anggota organisasi, serta proses penggunaan sumber daya organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan organisasi yang sudah ditetapkan. Suatu rangkaian kegiatan dapat dibedakan atas kegiatan rutin dan kegiatan proyek. Kegiatan proyek adalah suatu rangkaian kegiatan yang hanya satu kali dilaksanakan dan umumnya berlangsung dalam jangka waktu yang relatif pendek, sehingga mempunyai awal dan akhir kegiatan yang jelas serta hasil kegiatan yang bersifat unik. Kendala-kendala yang selalu terlibat dalam proyek-proyek biasanya berhubungan dengan persyaratan kinerja (performance), waktu penyelesaian, batasan biaya, mutu atau kualitas dan metoda pengerjaan, dan keselamatan kerja. Selain itu, manajemen yang baik menuntut efisiensi, yaitu diharapkan bahwa seorang pelaksana akan melaksanakan dan menyelesaikan suatu proyek sedemikian rupa sehingga jumlah sumber daya yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan proyek tersebut menjadi minimum. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Manajemen Proyek.

TUJUAN:
Membekali peserta tentang wawasan dan pengetahuan mengelola (manajemen) suatu rangkaian kegiatan yang dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu pendek.

SASARAN TRAINING:
Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, peserta diharapkan mampu:

  1. Memahami dan menjelaskan manajemen dan manajemen proyek
  2. Menjelaskan pengendalian mutu
  3. Menjelaskan pengendalian mutu pelaksanaan proyek
  4. Menjelaskan mekanisme pengawasan proyek
  5. Menjelaskan pembuatan dokumentasi proyek.

CAKUPAN MATERI TRAINING:

  1. Pendahuluan
    Manajemen (pengertian, unsur, proses, kegiatan manajemen), manajemen proyek (pengertian, tahapan kegiatan, pihak yang terlibat, organsasi proyek, tipe organisasi proyek).
  2. Pengendalian mutu
    Pengertian (jaminan mutu, manajemen mutu, sistem mutu), pekerjaan yang terkait dengan pengendalian mutu, proses pengendalian mutu, alas an dilakukan pengendalian mutu, manfaat dan hambatan pengendalian mutu, langkah-langkah pengendalian mutu, kegiatan pengendalian mutu, spesifikasi pengendalian mutu
  3. Pengendalian mutu pelaksanaan proyek
    Ciri proyek yang sukses, konsep dasar pengendalian proyek, lingkup dan acuan dasar pengendalian proyek, proses pengendalian proyek, proses pemantauan, pengukuran dan evaluasi kemajuan pekerjaan, tindakan perbaikan, perencanaan dan pengendalian proyek (sistem informasi dalam pengendalian, metoda evaluasi dan pengendalain).
  4. Mekanisme pengawasan proyek
    Ruang lingkup pekerjaan pengawas proyek, acuan kerja pengawas proyek, kendala pekerjaan proyek, pengawasan terhadap konsultan pengawas, kasus khusus.
  5. Dokumentasi proyek
    Dokumen tahap disain, dokumen tahap pengadaan barang dan jasa, dokumen tahapan pelaksana proyek, dokumen penutupan proyek

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
Ir. Ating Sudradjat,MSc. adalah alumnus Teknik Industri ITB Bandung. Beliau adalah dosen Teknik Mesin di Politeknik ITB(POLBAN). Untuk mempertajam kemampuannya beliau sudah pernah terjun ke lapangan/perusahaan secara langsung, seperti Chief Technician di PT pamindo tiga t Jakarta selama 5 tahun, lalu menjadi Technical Manager di CV karya mandiri Bandung. Beliau juga pernah menjadi dosen di Polytechnic Education Development Center selama 11 tahun. Menjadi Technical Director di PT Pinangmas Energi Cakrawala Jakarta. Lalu di Cakrawala Optimus Explorer Bandung. Consultant & Trainer pada beberapa lembaga diantaranya di PT.MMS dan Logistic System di PT WKM. Beliau sudah sering mengajar pelatihan untuk perusahaan di Indonesia di bidang topik keahlian beliau diantaranya tentang material handling, maintenance, database system for Mechanical Engineering, Planning and Scheduling Maintenance dan lain-lain. Melalui pelatihan/training beliau akan sharing pengalaman dan kemampuan akademis beliau kepada peserta pelatihan.

Ir. A. M. Ulum A. Gani, M.Sc. ,who is graduated from Geofisika Tambang ITB Bandung, was born in Watan Soppeng, 18 December 1949, he is peneliti utama at Pusat Penelitian Geoteknologi Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (LIPI). 1990 – 1993 he was becoming head of Laboratorium Eksplorasi Mineral, Balitbang Mineral, Puslitbang Geoteknologi, Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (LIPI), and 1993-1997 he was becoming head of Laboratorium Pemanfaatan Bitumen, Puslitbang Geoteknologi –LIPI Bandung. He is lecturer at Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Mineral Indonesia (STTMI) Bandung since 1991-now and becoming head of department at Teknik Pertambangan, Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Mineral Indonesia (STTMI) Bandung. He has performed many seminars related to his expertise. Ir.A.M.Ulum A. Gani,
M.Sc. has researched and published the results numerous number. At campus Sekolah Tinggi Teknolgi Mineral Indonesia (STTMI) Bandung he teachs for several subjects as follows Pengantar Teknologi Mineral, Bahan Galian Industri, Pembukaan Tambang bawah Tanah, Ventilasi Tambang, Seminar Tambang, and Kerja Praktek. INTRODUCTION :
Pada periode 1970 – 1980 an diberbagai industri/perusahaan di Indonesia terdapat departemen atau bagian yang bernama Fire & Safety ( F&S ), ada lagi yang bernama PAK (Pemadam Api & Keselamatan), S & S (Safety & Security). Kemudian pada periode 1980 – 1990 an : LPD (Loss Prevention Department), LPED (Loss Prevention & Environment Department), ELC (Environment & Loss Control), ELP (Environment & Loss Prevention) dan lain sebagainya. Selanjutnya pada periode 1990 an sampai dengan sekarang dikenal dengan nama HSE (Health, Safety & Environment). Pada periode inilah istilah HSE menjadi populer baik secara nasional maupun internasional, malahan menjadi program/target utama setiap perusahaan (company/user) karena setiap perusahaan tidak menginginkan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja, penyakit akibat kerja, kerusakan peralatan maupun gangguan/kerusakan lingkungan dan terganggunya proses operasional perusahaan. Kemudian HSE juga merupakan persyaratan utama dan pertama yang harus dipenuhi terlebih dahulu oleh setiap perusahaan jasa/kontraktor/mitra kerja (service company/contractors/business partners) yang akan ikut tender kontrak/proyek disuatu company/user/contract owner, bila persyaratan HSE yang ditentukan oleh company/user/contract owner tersebut bisa dipenuhi oleh para perusahaan jasa/kontraktor/mitra kerja, maka mereka diikutkan dalam proses tender selanjutnya, tetapi bila tidak bisa dipenuhi maka mereka tidak diikutkan dalam proses tender tersebut.

TRAINING OBJECTIVE :

  1. Para peserta pelatihan/kursus akan mengetahui, mengerti/memahami dan menerapkan HSE di unit kerjanya masing-masing, termasuk peraturan-perundangan dari Pemerintah Republik Indonesia tentang HSE dan standar-standar nasional maupun internasional dan ”Best Practices” tentang HSE.
  2. Para peserta pelatihan/kursus bisa berperan aktif membantu perusahaan dalam mencegah dan mengurangi terjadinya kerugian-kerugian ( losses ) terhadap orang/pegawai, peralatan/perlengkapan, bahan/material dan lingkungan, atau secara internasional dikenal dengan nama/istilah PEME (People, Equipment, Materials, Environment).
  3. Bagi para peserta yang berasal dari perusahan-perusahaan jasa (Services Company) yang akan ikut tender proyek pada perusahaan-perusahaan (Company) yang sudah ’HSE World Class Company’, maka para peserta akan bisa menyiapkan dokumen-dokumen HSE yang dipersyaratkan oleh Company tersebut (Pre-Qualification Process) sehingga perusahaan jasa ini bisa ikut tender proyek-proyek di Company tersebut.

He studied at Akademi Minyak dan Gas Bumi (AKAMIGAS)/ Oil & Natural Gas Academy, Cepu, Central Java (1973-1977), graduated as Bachelor of Petroleum Engineering (Bakaloreat Minyak or Bc. M), under sponsorship or study assignment of PT Stanvac Indonesia and he also studied at University of Pembangunan Nasional (UPN) Veteran, Yogyakarta (1986-1991), graduated as Petroleum Engineer (Ir.), under sponsorship or study assignment of Huffco/VICO Indonesia. His work experiences is 39 years in oil and gas companies and 1 year in geothermal, detailly as follows:

  1. 1970 – 1981 : PT Stanvac Indonesia Pendopo, South Sumatera (Production Dept., Study Assignment at AKAMIGAS Cepu, Safety & Equipment Inspection Dept.)
  2. 1981 – 1997 : Huffco / VICO Indonesia, East Kalimantan (Production Dept., Manpower Planning & Development, Study Assignment at UPN Veteran Yogyakarta, Production Dept., Loss Prevention & Environment Dept./LPED, HSE System Dept.)

PENDAHULUAN :
Tidak semua hal bisa dilakukan manusia dengan nilai yang efektif, efisien, dan aman. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan dan penguasaan bidang mekatronika adalah sebuah keniscayaan. Perkembangan industri (industri power plant, industri otomotif, industri farmasi, industri permesinan untuk proses otomasi, atau industri-industri yang menghendaki tenaga perawatan alat-alat produksinya atau bahkan industri jasa/servis peralatan mekanis/otomatis) menuntut tersedianya sumber daya manusia yang menguasai teknologi otomatisasi alias robotic system atau mechatronic.

Mobil ada mekanik, pesawat, kipas angin, AC, dsb., semua ada kemampuan otomatisnya. Teknologi tersebut merupakan pengembangan teknologi yang terintegrasi meliputi Medical Technology, CNC Technology dan Renewable Energy yaitu yang disebut dengan Teknik Mekatronika. Mekatronika, singkatan dari mekanik dan elektronika, suatu bidang khusus yang membahas mengenai otomasi, kini kian dibutuhkan. Namun dalam perkembangannya mempunyai cakupan yang lebih luas yaitu, suatu bidang yang mengintegrasikan teknik mesin, elektronika, perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak komputer, komunikasi, ilmu bahan, mikroelektronika, juga kecerdasan buatan.

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
Ir. Aris Suryadi, MT adalah alumnus dari ITB dengan bidang spesialisasi otomasi proses produksi. Beliau menjadi dosen di jurusan mesin Poltek ITB (politeknik Negeri Bandung) sejak tahun 1990. Beliau sudah sering menyampaikan training untuk topik-topik di bidang kompetensinya, diantaranya seperti Motor Management System, Pneumatic & Electro Pneumatic, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Hydraulic & Electrohydraulic, Automotif Technology, Mechatronic and Automation, Application Engineering, Automatic Control Technology. Dr.Ir. Sutanto Hadisupadmo.MT.,IPM is a lecturer at Physics Engineering Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), and has been as a Head of Laboratory of Industrial Instrumentation at ITB. He is former Director of Instrumentation Center and Technical Services of ITB. His education started at Engineering Physics, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB-1977), then at Diplome Universite in Energetique, Universite de Prepignan, France (1985), Magister Engineering in Instrumentation and Control (ITB) and Doctor (ITB). He has over 20 years of experience doing training, consulting work in instrumentation, measurement, safety and process control and Mr. Sutanto has trained many training/courses for many companies in Indonesia such as PT. TOTAL Indonesie, Pertamina, PT. Petrokimia Gresik, PT. Badak LNG, PT. Pupuk Iskandar Muda, PT. Pupuk Kaltim, PT. Jaya Ancol and many others. Program pelatihan petugas K3 Madya di ruang terbatas (confined space) merupakan program kerjasama dengan Depnakertrans RI untuk memenuhi ketentuan pemerintah no. KEP.113/DJPPK/IX/2006 tentang kompetensi, kurikulum dan persyaratan khusus Petugas Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja Madya Ruang Terbatas (Confined Space). Selain untuk memenuhi persyaratan salah satu program pemerintah, diharapkan peserta mampu bekerja secara aman di ruang terbatas/tertutup dan melaksanakan prosedur kerja sesuai dengan program memasuki ruang terbatas/tertutup dalam rangka pencegahan kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja serta kegiatan keselamatan kerja lainnya.

TUJUAN TRAINING:

TRAINING INTRODUCTION:
OPC is a published industrial standard for system interconnectivity. It uses Microsoft’s COM and DCOM technology to enable applications to exchange data on one or more computers using a client/server architecture.  OPC defines a common set of interfaces. Ir.Endra Joelianto, Ph.D. is an expert in control engineering and industrial automation. His outstanding research is: Hybrid Control Systems, Discrete Event Control Systems, Petri Nets Analysis and Application on PLC, Robust and Advanced PID Controller and its implementation on PLC, DCS, Fieldbus, Industrial automation and Advanced Control System Designs. He received first degree (Ir.) in Engineering Physics in 1990 from Department of Engineering Physics, ITB and Doctor of Philosofy (PhD.) in Control Engineering in 2001 from Department of Engineering, The Australian National University, Canberra, Australia.  He is Head of Intelligent Control and Automation Laboratory and Coordinator of PLC Research Group for research and training, Engineering Physics Study Program and Instrumentation and Control Research Division, Institut Teknologi Bandung. TRAINING INTRODUCTION:
This training will be presented for the senior technician or junior supervisor. Induction motor as a driver mechanic most dominant than other electric motors in the production process in industries. It must be ensured that these motors must be able to function reliably during the production process, namely, for 24 hours a day. Therefore, to ensure reliable operation is always to serve the production process, the motor must be operated according to proper procedures and a hearing is protected. If there are detected decreased motor performance of its instrumentation panel, it can be known through its performance analysis.

Brayan Munthe was born in May 26th 1954. He got his education from electrical engineering IKIP Padang, then diploma of technical teacher training Hawthorn Institute of Education, Melbourne, and his master program from electrical engineering universitas gadjah mada, UGM Yogyakarta. He has followed many courses in Indonesia and also abroad to improve his capabilities. He is lecturer at politeknik TEDC and also at electrical department technical education development center Bandung. He has field experiences because he has done some projects in some companies in Indonesia related to his competencies.

TRAINING INTRODUCTION :
Reliability, availability and maintainability (RAM) is one of the most current maintenance program used in oil and gas industry at design (FEED) stage or in operation stage. The reliability data, in terms of MTTF, MTBF will be evaluated for each individual equipment and system. The reliability of the system is determined using a reliability block diagram by considering serial or parallel arrangement of the equipment that construct the system (e.g. gas process plant). Maintainability is defined, and assumptions are made according to data history of similar equipment/system or engineering judgment. Sensitivity analysis is also performed for various cases of MTTR including logistical support for parts and materials to evaluate which factors become the major contributors to the maintainability and availability. For RAM modeling, various foreseeable scenarios, including the effect of logistic time delay, can also be developed. The major cause for unreliability and unavailability related to down time will be discussed, and the necessary steps to avoid that condition will be recommended. In this training, the OREDA (2004), BS 5760 and ISO 14224 as primary RAM sources will be consulted.

TRAINING MATERIAL OUTLINE :

  1. Defining the system by utilize the PFDs, P&IDs and equipment lists
  2. Obtaining necessary failure rate data and repair from reliable resources, e.g. OREDA and in accordance with the industry standard ISO 14224
  3. Determine individual equipment reliability
  4. Determining the MTTR
    Calculating reliability and availability of the system (plant level)
  5. Performing sensitivity modeling for various cases of MTTR including logistic supports for parts and materials.
  6. Outlining the major causes of non-availability and production inefficiency and propose improvements to the equipment/systems maintenance programs where appropriate

TRAINING BENEFIT :
RAM analysis will benefit the maintenance engineers to manage both rotating and  static equipments and their asset in more quantitative manner using proper statistics data generated from historic or well known reliability data based. Unavailability of the equipments and plants can therefore be numerically predicted and so plant downtime can be more managed.

Dr.Ahmad Taufik,M.Eng. is Risk and Integrity Specialist, and  Chairman for Indonesian Society for Reliability (ISR). He got his doctorate program from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA (1996). He is now also a lecturer at Graduate Study Program at Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) teaching for risk and integrity assessment related courses. He has been interacting with oil and gas companies for more than 10 years for training, consultant and project implementation. This much experiences in oil and gas industries will be shared by him in training class. Dr. Ahmad Taufik has much work experiences joining in some institution such as at Lloyd’s Register as Operation Manager, at PT. MMS, PT. Surveyor Indonesia and PT. AT Solusi as consultant and trainer. And at present Dr. Ahmad Taufik is an Asset Integrity Specialist for PT Pertamina PHE-ONWJ (formerly BP West Java, Indonesia). He has performed in depth study in integrity  research for pipeline, mechanical and pressurized system. He is member of ASM and ASME. He has wide interest including RBI, PIM, FTA, FMECA, RCA, RAM study and many other risk engineering areas. Pembicara / Fasilitator
Ir. Aris Suryadi, MT adalah alumnus dari ITB dengan bidang spesialisasi otomasi proses produksi. Beliau menjadi dosen di jurusan mesin Poltek ITB (politeknik Negeri Bandung) sejak tahun 1990. Beliau sudah sering menyampaikan training untuk topik-topik di bidang kompetensinya, diantaranya seperti Motor Management System, Pneumatic & Electro Pneumatic, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Hydraulic & Electrohydraulic, Automotif Technology, Mechatronic and Automation, Application Engineering, Automatic Control Technology. Process Safety Management (PSM) atau Manajemen Keselamatan Proses (MKP) dilaksanakan oleh perusahaan-perusahaan atau industri kimia/ petro-chemical, minyak & gas bumi (migas) setelah beberapa kejadian fatal yang telah banyak menelan korban jiwa dan harta benda seperti kasus Flixborough (Juni 1974), Seveso (Juli 1976), Bhopal (Desember 1984), Piper Alpha (Juli 1988), dan lain sebagainya .
Dalam pelaksanaan PSM/ MKP ini, industri-industri tersebut diatas berpedoman kepada beberapa referensi internasional, antara lain :

  1. API RP 750 (Management of Process Hazards).
  2. OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119 (Process Safety Management of Highly Hazardous Chemicals, Explosives & Blasting Agents).
  3. CCPS-AIChE (Technical Management of Chemical Process Safety).

TUJUAN DAN MANFAAT TRAINING:
Peserta training akan dapat :

  1. Mengetahui & mengerti tujuan dan fungsi PSM dan elemen-elemen atau komponen-komponen PSM (antara 11 s/d 13 elemen).
  2. Menganalisa dan melaksanakan masing-masing elemen PSM, apakah sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan dari API atau OSHA atau CCPS-AIChE.
  3. Secara keseluruhan, dapat mengelola suatu Process Plant seperti Kilang Produksi/ Pengolahan Migas, Petrokimia, dll, mulai dari tahap desain, konstruksi, commisioning, start-up dan tahap operasional sehingga dapat mencegah, mengurangi atau mengendalikan kerugian-kerugian yang mungkin timbul/ terjadi seperti kebakaran, kecelakaan kerja, penyakit akibat kerja, kerusakan peralatan, pencemaran lingkungan, terganggunya proses kilang, dan lain sebagainya.
