TRAINING Objective :

  • Memberikan pengertian dasar tentang teori (mekanika fluida dan termodinamika) yang berkaitan dengan kompresor sentrifugal dan instalasinya, yang akan menjadi dasar pemahaman terhadap prinsip teori, cara kerja dan karakteristik kompresor sentrifugal beserta instalasinya (sistem) dan pengertian tentang gejala fisik yang terjadi pada operasi.
  • Memberikan pengertian tentang karekteristik kompresor sentrifugal dqn instalasinya (sistem) yang menjadi dasar pengenalan terhadap sifat-sifat kompresor sentrifugal dan instalasinya serta pemahaman tentang dasar perancangan sistem, pemilihan kompresor, cara pengoperasian dan perlakuan terhadap kompresor sentrifugal beserta instalasinya.
  • Memberikan pengenalan tentang jenis-jenis kompresor dan komponen-komponen utama serta karakteristiknya yang menjadi dasar pemahaman tentang konstruksi dan daerah kerja (kondisi operasi) kompresor.
  • Memberikan dasar cara-cara perawatan dan mengatasi masalah pada kompresor sentrifugal dan instalasinya.
  • Surging pada compresor centrifugal harus dihindarkan, hubungan surging dengan karakteristik kompresor centrifugal, faktor faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan terjadinya surging dan bagaimana cara mengantisipasi hal tersebut akan dibahas secara tuntas dalam kursus ini.

He was born in Pasuruan East Java, 14 March 1950. He got his B.Sc in Public Health from APK Surabaya in 1971 and was graduated from Economic Management Sriwidjaja University, UNSRI, Palembang in 1996. He has certificates in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) from Depnakertrans RI/Institutions and Universities in Indonesia, institutions and Universities in UK, and National Safety Council. Experienced in setting up Health and Safety Management System documentation and its application. Experienced internal lead auditor SMK3 in PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja, and External lead auditor SMK3 for Indonesian Association Fertilizer Producer. He has been teaching industrial training classes for many classes related to topics of his competencies, HSE. Many participants from many companies in Indonesia have participated in his training classes.

HAZOPS is one of some significant, systematic and valuable methods to implement critical assessment, evaluation and examination of process and engineering of both new and old processing plant installations. HAZOP Studies have become the cornerstone of today’s process safety in design and modification work. M), under sponsorship or study assignment of PT Stanvac Indonesia and he also studied at University of Pembangunan Nasional (UPN) Veteran, Yogyakarta (1986-1991), graduated as Petroleum Engineer (Ir.), under sponsorship or study assignment of Huffco/VICO Indonesia. His work experiences is 39 years in oil and gas companies and 1 year in geothermal, detailly as follows:

  • 1970 – 1981 : PT Stanvac Indonesia Pendopo, South Sumatera (Production Dept., Study Assignment at AKAMIGAS Cepu, Safety & Equipment Inspection Dept.)
  • 1981 – 1997 : Huffco / VICO Indonesia, East Kalimantan (Production Dept., Manpower Planning & Development, Study Assignment at UPN Veteran Yogyakarta, Production Dept., Loss Prevention & Environment Dept./LPED, HSE System Dept.)
  • 1997 – 1998 : Karaha Bodas Company (KBC-Geothermal Drilling Project, Garut, West Java, HSE Dept.) & Sumitomo Corporation (Geothermal Power Plant Construction Project, Pangalengan, West Java, HSE Dept.)

BACKGROUND:
There are hazards in any workplace that can cause injuries and/or illnesses for the people who work there. Injuries and illnesses on the job are costly and damaging, both for the individual employee who gets hurt and for your canteen as a business. Job injuries and illnessess contribute to high turnover, absenteeism, higher workers’ compensation costs, and unhappy, less productive staff. In a catering, common injuries include cuts, burns, falls, and strains and sprains from lifting.There are also repetitive motion injuries and injuries from robberies and assaults. One of the best strategies to prevent job injuries and illnesses is regular health and safety training for employees. Regular training helps employees learn how to avoid hazards, keeps lines of communication open between you and your employees about hazards you may not be aware of, and lets employees know that you are serious about promoting sound safety policies and work practices in your catering activity.

TRAINING OBJECTIVES:
This training program is designed to help you work together with your staff to design a creative, simple health and safety plan for your canteen. Involving your staff in identifying potential problems is an effective way to get employee buy-in regarding the importance of health and safety. This training can also help you meet some of the requirements of OSHA’s Injury and Illness Prevention Program standard. In addition to training, part of your plan should be regular safety meetings to discuss the hazards in your canteen and generate ideas for correcting them.

  1. Identifying Hazards. Employees will use a checklist to identify key hazards in your canteen. They will mark the hazards with Post-it notes during a walk-through of the canteen activity.

has much real experiences, he is former Senior Health and Safety staff at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja,PUSRI(Urea Fertilizer Manufacturer) Palembang. He was born in Pasuruan East Java, 14 March 1950. He got his B.Sc in Public Health from APK Surabaya in 1971 and was graduated from Economic Management Sriwidjaja University, UNSRI, Palembang in 1996. He has certificates in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) from Depnakertrans RI/Institutions and Universities in Indonesia, institutions and Universities in UK, and National Safety Council. Experienced in setting up Health and Safety Management System documentation and its application. Experienced internal lead auditor SMK3 in PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja, and External lead auditor SMK3 for Indonesian Association Fertilizer Producer. He has been teaching industrial training classes for many classes related to topics of his competencies, HSE. Many participants from many companies in Indonesia have participated in his training classes.

Life Cycle Costing atau disebut juga Whole Life Costing adalah penilaian (assessment) secara ekonomi dari suatu barang, sistim atau fasilitas dengan mempertimbangkan semua ongkos/biaya yang relevan sehubungan dengan kepemiilikannya selama umur ekonomisnya, dinyatakan dalam satuan uang (Rp, $, dll)

LCC sangat penting karena ongkos/biaya yang terlihat secara langsung dari pembelian/pemilikan suatu barang hanyalah bagian kecil dari total biaya/ongkos kepemilikan barang tersebut

Alasan penting lainnya , adalah bahwa ada hubungan yang sangat kuat antara biaya operasi & biaya pemeliharaan dengan fungsi dan keandalan suatu barang

Penggunaan LCC memerlukan pengetahuan secara teknis yang cukup tentang barang/sistim/fasilitas

LCC merupakan pendekatan terstruktur yang menunjukkan semua elemen biaya kepemilikan yang berhubungan dengan fungsi dan keandalan suatu barang/sistim/peralatan

Salah sat hasil analisis LCC adalah profil biaya kepemilikan produk atau jasa selama waktu tertentu (sesuai dengan lama waktu yang direncanakan), dapat digunakan manajemen dalam proses pengambilan keputusan.

Penggunaan LCC antara lain dalam kepemilikan suatu perangkat keras (hardware), modifikasi hardware atau software dan dalam usaha pengurangan biaya operasi & pemeliharaan

LCC terdiri dari pengembangan model LCC dan aplikasi model LCC

Kegiatan utama pengembangan model LCC adalah pengembangan struktur ongkos (Cost Breakdown Structure ;CBS) dan pemilihan metode estimasi komponen biaya

Hasil dari LCC adalah perkiraan biaya selama umur kepemilikan (LCC), distribusi biaya selama periode tersebut, pemicu biaya (cost driver), analisis sensitivitas dan resiko karena ketidak pastian parameter rancangan

TUJUAN & MANFAAT TRAINING :

Dalam penyusunan spesifikasi & HPS/OE diperlukan pemahaman yang komprehensif terhadap; prinsip anggaran, perencanaan, metode analisa biaya, & regulasi terkait. Dengan kemampuan ini maka team procurement dapat mempersiapkan HPS/OE yang; efektif, efisien, & akuntabel.

Ir. A. M. Ulum A. Gani, M.Sc. ,who is graduated from Geofisika Tambang ITB Bandung, was born in Watan Soppeng, 18 December 1949, he is peneliti utama at Pusat Penelitian Geoteknologi Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (LIPI). 1990 – 1993 he was becoming head of Laboratorium Eksplorasi Mineral, Balitbang Mineral, Puslitbang Geoteknologi, Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (LIPI), and 1993-1997 he was becoming head of Laboratorium Pemanfaatan Bitumen, Puslitbang Geoteknologi –LIPI Bandung. He is lecturer at Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Mineral Indonesia (STTMI) Bandung since 1991-now and becoming head of department at Teknik Pertambangan, Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Mineral Indonesia (STTMI) Bandung. He has performed many seminars related to his expertise. Ir.A.M.Ulum A. Gani, M.Sc. has researched and published the results numerous number. At campus Sekolah Tinggi Teknolgi Mineral Indonesia (STTMI) Bandung he teachs for several subjects as follows Pengantar Teknologi Mineral, Bahan Galian Industri, Pembukaan Tambang bawah Tanah, Ventilasi Tambang, Seminar Tambang, and Kerja Praktek.
