INTRODUCTION:
Pelatihan ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang pengolahan dan pengelolaan limbah cair (waste water treatment & management). Pelatihan akan dimulai dengan pembahasan mengenai berbagai pendekatan yang dapat digunakan dalam pengelolaan limbah, seperti konsep 3R, cleaner production, dsb. Karakteristik limbah cair dan evaluasinya akan menjadi pembahasaan berikutnya dalam pelatihan ini. Selanjutnya akan dibahas semua tahap pengolahan limbah cair seperti pengolahan fisik, kimia, biologi dan lumpur. Berbagai perundang-undangan dan regulasi mengenai limbah cair juga akan ditinjau dalam pelatihan ini, baik tingkat regional, nasional, maupun internasional. Secara umum, setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, peserta diharapkan akan mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang menyeluruh mengenai pengelolaan limbah cair (waste water management).

INSTRUCTOR
DR. Ir. I Made Astina, M.Eng. and Team
DR. Ir. I Made Astina, M.Eng. is currently assistant professor of mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering ITB. He graduated from Mechanical Engineering Department ITB in 1992. Prior to his Ph.D. obtainment in Engineering (thermodynamics, school of science for open and environmental systems) from Keio University Tokyo, Japan in 2004, he received Master of Science in Engineering (mechanical engineering department) from the same university in 1997. His researches concern on thermodynamic, development of new thermal systems, thermodynamic cycles, air conditioning and refrigeration systems. His papers were published in international and national journals, besides he also presents his papers in international and national seminars. Besides teaching at the university, he also has experiences to give short courses for industrial practical engineers and publics and to collaborate practical consultant works.

Ir. Endra Joelianto, Ph.D. is an expert in control engineering and industrial automation. His outstanding research is: Hybrid Control Systems, Discrete Event Control Systems, Petri Nets Analysis and Application on PLC, Robust and Advanced PID Controller and its implementation on PLC, DCS, Fieldbus, Industrial automation and Advanced Control System Designs. He received first degree (Ir.) in Engineering Physics in 1990 from Department of Engineering Physics, ITB and Doctor of Philosofy (PhD.) in Control Engineering in 2001 from Department of Engineering, The Australian National University, Canberra, Australia.  He is Head of Intelligent Control and Automation Laboratory and Coordinator of PLC Research Group for research and training, Engineering Physics Study Program and Instrumentation and Control Research Division, Institut Teknologi Bandung.

He was Director of Schneider-OMRON PLC Training Center, Maranatha Christian University, Bandung.  He has attended several professional training on PLC, DCS and Instruments Callibration, such as: Yokogawa DCS, Bandung (2000), Implementation of Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 19-17025 and Basic Calibration, Yokogawa Electric Corporation, Bandung (2001), Fieldbus Foundation Technology, Singapore (2002), Basic and Advanced PLC Telemecanique-TWIDO, Bandung (2003), Basic and Advanced PLC OMRON, Jakarta (2004), Cleaner Production Application in Industries (Bandung 2005), Effective Energy Systems for Sustainable Development (Thailand 2006), Programming and Networking PLC Mitsubishi (2006), InTouch Wonderware, Wonderware Historian and Information Server (Bandung, 2012). He also has hosted Workshop on Industrial Automation (Bandung, 2002) and (Bandung, 2003), Workshop on Application of PLC in Industrial Automation (Bandung, 2003), National Workshop on Instrumentation & Control (2011) and many professional trainings on PLC, DCS, SCADA, Human Machine Interface and Industrial Process Control and Automation in Bandung.

He was the project leader of Department of National Education TPSDP Retooling Program Batch II on Industrial Automation using PLC (2004). He is the chairman of National Student Competition on PLC Programming held regularly since 2007 in ITB. OVERVIEW:
Hydrocarbon processing industry is categorized as a high risk industry due to the hazards containing either in the material processed or the operations used in its facilities. Because of its vulnerability, a simple event, either man-made or natural one may lead to significant disasters. Flixborough, Bhopal, Piper Alpha disasters are classic examples of major accident causing serious loss of life and/or property. A deep understanding on safety related aspects of the materials and processes or operations implemented in hydrocarbon facilities is therefore critical to operate this kind of industry in safe manner and preventing it to go wrong. The course provides a thorough understanding of the HAZOP techniques and experience of their application. Legislation and best practice require companies to proactively manage health and safety of employees and public. The HAZOP Technique is a widely used method of identifying hazards and operability problems, providing the foundation for the risk assessment process. HAZOP can reduce pre and post start-up modifications and improve productivity and product quality. On course, the lectures are underpinned by syndicate exercises.

  2. Provide an in-depth understanding and experience of the various HAZOP techniques and their correct s.

4.    Workshop-exercise HAZOP

Day 4 :
1.    Workshop-simulation HAZOP including discussion of results 2
2.    HAZOP actions/recommendations and HAZOP reports
3.    Advantages and disadvantages of the HAZOP technique
4.    Pointers for effective HAZOP Course review including question and answer

In Jumanda Kasdadi, MT has experienced to be instructors at industrial training more than 13 years, both either  inhouse training or public training. Trainings that delivered by him for many companies  such as for oil and gas, for mining, for manufacture and etc. held in some cities in Indonesia like Jakarta, Bandung, Batam and others.

OVERVIEW :
Saat ini bunga kredit merupakan sumber utama pendapatan bank. Salah satu sektor yang diberikan oleh bank adalah kredit modal kerja kepada kontraktor pengerjaan proyek dan pengadaan barang. Kredit kepada debitur kontraktor harus dianalisa secara tepat, cermat sesuai kebutuhaan kredit untuk membiayai proyeknya dan dipastikan keamanannya dengan memastikan termijn dari bouwheer  akan masuk rekening debitur di bank. Modul ini memberikan bekal kepada analis kredit/marketing dalam memberikan kredit kepada debitur kontraktor.

TRAINING OBJECTIVE :
Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini diharapkan peserta akan dapat :

  • Lebih memahami isi kontrak/bentuk perjanjian antara calon debitur dengan pihak bouwheer/pemberi kerja dalam mengerjakan suatu proyek
  • Melakukan perhitungan kredit dengan tepat sesuai kebutuhan proyeknya
  • Mampu melakukan penilaian agunan dan pengikatannya
  • Mampu menyusun struktur fasilitas kredit dengan baik sehingga kepentingan bank lebih diutamakan
  • Mampu mengindentifikasi risiko dan melakukan mitigasinya
  • Mampu melakukan monitoring secara effektif sehingga dapat memastikan kredit akan dilunasi dari hasil pencairan termijnnya

CAKUPAN MATERI TRAINING :
Secara garis besar, materi yang diberikan  adalah sbb :

  1. Pengertian dan tujuan kredit modal kerja kontraktor dan standby kredit
  2. Evaluasi bouwheer (pemerintah dan swasta)
  3. Cara perhitungan plafond kredit dengan beberapa metode yaitu progres payment, turn key project dan cash budget
  4. Aspek kualitatif seperti aspek umum, manajemen, tehnis produksi, dll
  5. Aspek jaminan pokok dan tambahan serta cara penilaian jaminan
  6. Penyusunan struktur fasilitas kredit dan proposal usulan kredit

TRAINING METHOD :
Dari waktu yang tersedia, sebanyak 40 % digunakan untuk pembahasan materi/kuliah dan sisanya sebanyak  60% digunakan untuk diskusi, tukar pengalaman, penyelesaian studi kasus,dll.

Water treating and chemicals are everyday encountered work and problems must be accomplished in industry. This training is addressed for participants who want to broaden their knowledge horizon, skill and capability on their work responsibility area, learn more detail about many aspects of the nature of water, different properties of raw waters, water and impurities analysis and its interpretation, internal and external treatment processes, roadmap of water treatment technology, equipment used and its operations, boiler feed water treatment, cooling water treatment, corrosion, fouling and scale controls, waste water treatment, biological treatment, waste water disposal, environmental regulation etc. After completion of this training, participants will understand what and how important industrial water is, how to treat different intake waters for different purposes, what the core of water treatment technology is, what equipment and chemicals should be used, how each equipment works, and how to evaluate the results of each specialized treatment.

  7. Organics, bacteriological matter and added materials
  8. Corrosion and scaling tendency
  9. Industrial intake water handling, conditioning and pretreatment
  10. Treating objectives and roadmap of external processing
  11. Dissolved solid treatment and dissolved gases removal methods
  12. Suspended solids removal methods
  13. Ion exchange equipment and operation
  14. Sedimentation, coagulation, flocculation, aeration and filtration
  15. Carbonate hardness and alkalinity control
  16. Chemical treating for control of bacteria and fouling
  17. Chemical treating for control of scale
  18. The use of surfactant and foaming control agent
  19. Typical boiler feed water treatment
  20. Treatment with chelating agent chemicals
  21. Deaeration and oxygen scavenging equipment and operations, and condensate treatment
  22. Selection and the use of corrosion inhibitors in cooling water
