PENDAHULUAN
Pada rotary machinery dengan adanya beban dan umur akan cenderung mengalami kerusakan. Kerusakan tidak akan terjadi tiba-tiba melainkan dari sedikit demi sedikit dan akan ditandai dengan timbulnya getaran yang berlebihan. Getaran kadang-kadang perlu dibatasi tetapi dapat juga dikehendaki. Getaran yang dikehendaki misalnya untuk kebutuhan penumbuk tanah, pengayak, vibrator dan lain sebagainya, sedangkan getaran pada mesin secara umum perlu dicegah. Masalah-masalah umum yang dapat menimbulkan getaran pada mesin antara lain ketidakseimbangan elemen yang berputar, poros melentur, kerusakan roda gigi, kurang baiknya transmisi sabuk dan bantalan, momen punter bervariasi, kelonggaran ikatan, dan kurang baiknya pelumasan. Efek atau akibat kerusakan-kerusakan seperti disebutkan di atas antara lain meningkatnya beban pada bantalan sehingga menurunkan umur bantalan, meningkatnya beban pada mesin, meningkatnya tegangan pada komponen mesin yang disebabkan karena kelelahan, dan menimbulkan efek unbalance pada rotating parts dan percepatan dan perlambatan pada mesin. Untuk mencegah terjadinya kerusakan lebih jauh diperlukan monitoring atau inspeksi getaran secara rutin. Dari hasil pengukuran amplitudo, frekuensi, dan FFT akan dapat diketahui sumber terjadinya kerusakan. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Analysis and Measuring of Vibration Machinery.

    Pengertian getaran, macam-macam getaran, gerakan harmonik sederhana, dan metoda bilangan kompleks
  2. Getaran bebas derajat kebebasan tunggal (Free vibration single degree of freedom)
    Getaran bebas derajat kebebsan tunggal tanpa dan dengan peredam, getaran torsi derajat kebebasan tunggal, dan persamaan gerak derajat kebebasan tunggal
  3. Getaran bebas derajat kebebasan paksa (Forced  vibration single degree of freedom)
    Getaran paksa eksitasi harmonik, getaran paksa dengan ketidakseimbangan massa putar, getaran paksa pada tumpuan bergerak, dan getaran paksa dengan periode eksitasi
  4. Getaran derajat kebebasan dua (Vibration of two degree of freedom)
    Getaran derajat kebebasan dua tanpa dan dengan peredam, dan getaran torsi derajat kebebasan dua
  5. Getaran derajat kebebasan banyak (Vibration of multi degree ofreedom).
    Getaran bebas derajat kebebasan banyak, getaran paksa derajat kebebasan banyak, dan getaran sistem kontinyu.
  6. Pemeriksaan getaran dan diagnosis (Measuring of vibration and diagnosis)
    Dasar-dasar dan karakteristik getaran, unit pengukuran, parameter getaran, pemilihan parameter pengukuran getaran, transduser dan alat ukur getaran, titik dan arah pengukuran getaran, batas-batas getaran yang diijinkan, dan interprestasi dan analisis getaran: Tidak seimbang (Unbalance), ketidaksebarisan (misalignment), oil whirl, kerusakan bantalan gelinding, dan getaran akibat kerusakan roda gigi.

Bambang Pamudji, B.Sc.,SE. has much real experiences, he is former Senior Health and Safety staff at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja,PUSRI(Urea Fertilizer Manufacturer) Palembang. He was born in Pasuruan East Java, 14 March 1950. He got his B.Sc in Public Health from APK Surabaya in 1971 and was graduated from Economic Management Sriwidjaja University, UNSRI, Palembang in 1996. He has certificates in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) from Depnakertrans RI/Institutions and Universities in Indonesia, institutions and Universities in UK, and National Safety Council. Experienced in setting up Health and Safety Management System documentation and its application. Experienced internal lead auditor SMK3 in PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja, and External lead auditor SMK3 for Indonesian Association Fertilizer Producer. He has been teaching industrial training classes for many classes related to topics of his competencies, HSE. Many participants from many companies in Indonesia have participated in his training classes.

Komunikasi nonverbal ialah menyampaikan arti (pesan) yang meliputi ketidakhadiran symbol-simbol suara atau perwujudan suara.

Negosiasi merupakan komunikasi yg dilakukan secara verbal dan nonverbal” menjelaskan bahwa bahasa tubuh adalah gerakan tubuh yang merupakan sebagian perilaku nonverbal (termasuk yang anda miliki) dapat disampaikan melalui simbol komunikasi kepada orang lain. Perilaku itu sangat bergantung dari erat tidaknya hubungan dengan orang lain hal ini membantu seorang negosiator mengenal lebih awal dalam membaca pola berfikir lawan negosiasi melalui gerak tubuh. Dalam bagian ini akan diuraikan komunikasi nonverbal “gerak tubuh”.

INTRODUCTION :

The performance of instrument transformers, transducers, protective relays, and circuit breakers is first addressed. These devices are then integrated into coordinated protective systems for generators, transformers, transmission lines, reactors, capacitor banks, system buses, etc. Although basic protection concepts are hardware-independent, the application of electromagnetic, solid state, and microprocessor-based relays will also be discussed. PENDAHULUAN :
Pada masing-masing tingkatan hampir di dalam semua jenis industri sewaktu proses pembuatan produk berlangsung (baik tingkatan politik perusahaan, perancangan, pembuatan dan perakitan, dan tingkatan distribusi dan purnajual) dan antara berbagai tingkatan tersebut terjadi suatu proses komunikasi atau pertukaran informasi di antara departemen pabrik (alat, mesin, dan manusia). Dari berbagai bentuk media komunikasi yang digunakan salah satunya dianggap sebagai media komunikasi yang terpenting yaitu gambar teknik, baik yang dibuat secara manual dituliskan di kertas ataupun memanfaatkan media elektronik CAD (Computer Aided/Augmented/Automated Design). Gambar teknik haruslah jelas dan dimengerti oleh semua orang, baik oleh perancang produk, perancang proses produksi, operator-operator mesin, pengontrol kualitas selama proses produksi berlangsung, yang dituliskan dalam spesifikasi geometrik. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi CAD Bidang Teknik Mesin (Computer Aided Drafting for Mechanical: AUTOCAD or CATIA).

PENDAHULUAN
Setiap saat kita mendengar terjadinya keracunan makanan (food poisoning) sebagai akibat penanganan bahan makanan yang salah. . Untuk mencegah terjadinya hal seperti itu, sebaiknya diberikan pelatihan bagi pelaksana penyaji/pengelola makanan (foodhandler). Pelatihan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan dan pengetahuan akan penanganan makanan secara benar.

Selain itu diperlukan juga komitmen pihak manajemen perusahaan untuk mendukung program ini, dimana penyediaan infrastruktur yang memadai sehingga memungkinkan foodhandler bekerja dengan baik, serta menyadari pentingnya pelatihan sebagai syarat utama yang menunjang tercapainya tujuan diatas. DESKRIPSI

INTRODUCTION :
To fulfill the oil and gas demand for power generation, recovery processes, and other uses, pipelines are utilized to transport the supply from their source.  These pipelines are mostly buried and operate without disturbing normal pursuits.

Construction procedures for most pipeline systems can be adapted to consider specific environmental conditions and are tailored to cause minimal impact on the environment.

Unattended pumping stations move large volumes of oil and petroleum products under high pressure.  Many factors have to be considered in the engineering and design of long-distance pipelines, including the nature and volume of fluid to be transported, the length of pipeline, the types of terrain traversed and the environmental constraints.  Major factor influencing pipeline system design are: Fluid properties, design condition, supply and demand magnitude/location, Code and standards, Route, topography and access, environmental impact, economic, hydrological impact, seismic and volcanic impacts.

To obtain optimum results for a pipeline transmission system, complex economic and engineering studies are necessary to decide on the pipeline diameter, material, compression/pumping power requirements and location of the pipeline route.

Ir. Hilman Ahmad, DCE., an Independent Consultant in industrial oil and gas, member of the Society of Indonesian Petroleum Engineers, who manage the Industrial Oil & Gas Education Center for Professionals and has been practicing production operation & safety and corrosion control engineering in Indonesia for more than twenty-five years. He post-graduated from Tokyo Institute of technology (sponsored by UNESCO) in 1977. He joined in-field-practice program at Nippon Kokan Steel Company & Research Center Kawasaki, Japan for production facility design & construction and corrosion prevention & control in 1983, and collaborated with Cormon Industrial Research Center Brighton UK for on-line corrosion monitoring development in 2000.He has been delivering consultative course in production operation, maintenance & safety and corrosion control for personnel from Oil & Gas Company and Petrochemical Industry since 1979.

INTRODUCTION :
This course focuses on corrosion – from either internal or external source – and its potential problem, and the protection methods to stop or control them. Review on corrosion and technique by which it can be identified, monitored and controlled will be given in detail. Active participation is encouraged through case studies and examples especially on the use of painting and coatings, transformer-rectifier of impressed current, magnesium, zinc and alum sacrificial anodes for external protection, and the injection of corrosion inhibitors and biocides for internal corrosion control.

PRE-REQUISITE :
NONE. No previous training in corrosion control is required. However, to gain the most from this course, a basic understanding of physics, chemistry and basic unit operations will be helpful.

  2. Review of metallic materials used in surface production facility and pipelines and the corrosion problem usually happen.
  3. Case studies and examples of oil & gas material failure caused by corrosion from internal and external source.

  5. Internal corrosion of pipeline, vessel and processing equipment caused by sour component, H2S, CO2, organic acid, brine, and the SRB (sulfate reducing bacteria).
  6. External corrosion of underground, underwater and under-seawater pipeline and structure caused by impurities in soil and water environment.
  7. External corrosion of topside structure caused by marine atmosphere.
  8. Basic electrochemistry of corrosion process, Ohm’s law and the corrosion rate.
  9. Corrosion control and prevention with painting & coatings and the cathodic protection.
  10. Measurement of corrosion potential and corrosion current.
  11. Protection with sacrificial anode and impressed current.
  12. Understanding NACE Standard RP-01-69 to stop external corrosion attack.
  13. Requirement, design and criteria of cathodic protection.
  14. Sacrificial anode specification, installation and construction.
  15. Testing, monitoring, and inspection of cathodic protection.
  16. Inspection and maintenance of transformer-rectifier and sacrificial anode.

INTRODUCTION :
With increasing demands to natural gas in Indonesia, sour gases are being tapped for utilization after purification. But, the natural gas that is transported to the fuel market must meet legal and safety requirements; it must be non-toxic, non-corrosive and safe to environment. For that reasons, gas conditioning or specifically gas treating is a very important step in gas processing scheme. H2S, and CO2, are removed to certain level through a gas sweetening process. There are many processes available. The amines (MEA, DEA, MDEA) are the most popular solutions and thus commonly used in many fields. This course is designed as an effective practical shortcut to understand the amine sweetening process and all features and problems encountered in amine plant operations for engineers, operators, technicians, and anyone who involve or responsible  in H2S and CO2 removal.

The course content and approach are designed to suit participants of different background and different position in the company. It will be delivered as a to-the-point explanation by a professional instructor, utilizing an easy-to-understand examples and illustrations, especially the actual findings in Indonesia.
