INTRODUCTION :
Time is money.  Drilling time is big money.  Technical and managerial decision makers must grasp the language and technology of drilling operations in order to minimize expenditures throughout the producing life of a well.  Successful drilling requires blending many technologies.  Drilling equipment and procedures have a unique language that must be conquered for maximum benefit.  Clear understandable explanations of drilling rig equipment, procedures, and their complex interactions provide an excellent basis to organize cross-trained team efforts.   3. Pemboran: Peralatan yang digunakan, Rig, Pompa, sirkulasi Lumpur, Bit dan alat-alat lainnya.
  4. Sumur Minyak/Gas: Casing, Completion, Perforasi, Tubing, Wellhead, Christmas Tree, Perforasi dll.
  5. Artificial Lift: Peralatan untuk produksi minyak bila tekanan telah rendah, misalnya sucker rod pump, jet pump, electric submersible pump, gas lift, keuntungan dan kerugian tiap sistim.
  6. Well Testing: Beberapa test laju minyak, gas, BS&W dan test temperature dan tekanan.

ABOUT THE COURSE
The rapidly increasing worldwide demand for natural gas as an energy source requires expertise in gas engineering technology. Incorporating a balance between theory and application, course emphasis is on training participants for immediate application of acquired techniques to field problems.

Production is defined as the operations involved in bringing well fluids to the surface and preparing the fluids for transport to a refinery via pipelines or trucks. The first step in production is to start the well fluids flowing to the surface (called “well completion”). Well servicing and workover consists of performing routine maintenance operations (such replacing worn or malfunctioning equipment) and performing more extensive repairs, respectively. Well servicing and workover are an intermittent step and necessary to maintain the flow of oil and gas. Next, the fluid must be separated into its components of oil, gas, and water; stored; and treated (for purification), measured, and tested before being transported to the refinery.

This training will provide the principle and yet some practical and theoretical aspect that can be applied on daily work faced by production engineers and supervisor in the oil industry.

SASARAN TRAINING :
Setelah menyelesaikan kursus ini diharapkan peserta dapat :

  1. Memahami prinsip-prinsip dasar perhitungan reservoir minyak bumi yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan gas-lift, sucker-rod, electric submersible, hydraulic dan jet pump.
  2. Melakukan diagnosis sederhana dan memengerti pengelolaan data sumuran minyak yang diproduksi dengan, gas lift, sucker rod pumping, electric submersible, hydraulic dan jet pump.
  3. Membuat analisis sederhana terhadap data sumuran minyak, melakukan perhitungan-perhitungan kinerja sumuran sebagai hasil dari pemompaan dengan berbagai metoda sesuai dengan keadaan reservoirnya.
  4. Melakukan perhitungan-perhitungan kuantitatip sederhana dan melakukan optimisasi produksi untuk sumuran minyak yang diproduksi dengan gas lift, sucker rod pumping, electric submersible, hydraulic dan jet pump sesuai dengan batasan operasinya.

DESKRIPSI
Dalam perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang hulu minyak dan gas bumi terdapat suatu Pedoman Tata Kerja di dalam pengelolaan rantai suplai dan kontraktor kontrak kerja sama. Pedoman tata kerja ini di keluarkan oleh badan pelaksana kegiatan usaha hulu minyak dan gas bumi (BPMIGAS) dengan nomor keputusan 007 REVISI-1/PTK/IX/2009 yang dalam kegiatan sehari-hari pedoman ini di sebut Pedoman Tata Kerja 007. Pedoman tata kerja ini dimaksudkan untuk memberi suatu pola pikir, pengertian dan pedoman pelaksanaan teknis serta administratif yang terintegrasi dan jelas bagi seluruh pengelola kegiatan usaha hulu minyak dan gas bumi di wilayah republik Indonesia, dalam pengelolaan rantai suplai.

PTK-007 Revisi II/2011 adalah pedoman pengelolaan rantai suplai di lingkungan Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi di Wilayah Negara Republik Indonesia. Pedoman Tata Kerja Pengelolaan Rantai Suplai (Suply Chain Manual) Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) terdiri dari Ketentuan Umum Rantai Suplai, Pedoman Pelaksanaan Pengadaaan Barang/Jasa, Pedoman Pengelolaan Aset, Pedoman Pengelolaan Kepabeanan, dan Pedoman Pengelolaan Proyek.

Revisi yang paling mendasar dari PTK-007 Revisi I/2009 ini terletak pada adanya Pendayagunaan Produksi dan Kompetensi Dalam Negeri yang diwujudkan sebagai Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri (TKDN) barag/jasa dimana paramater ini memprioritaskan barang produksi dalam negeri.
