Pendahuluan
Tak dapat dipungkiri bahwa sektor pertambangan mineral dan batubara pada saat ini menjadi  salah satu usaha yang paling menguntungkan dibandingkan prospek usaha-usaha lainnya. Hampir semua orang terkaya di Indonesia menjadikan pertambangan sebagai salah satu core bisnisnya. Selain itu, begitu menariknya prospek industri ini sehingga banyak pengusaha yang mengubah usahanya yang sebelumnya bukan usaha pertambangan menjadi usaha pertambangan. Meskipun pada kenyataannya banyak konglomerat yang lahir dari industri ini akan tetapi tidak sedikit pula pengusaha yang merugi puluhan miliar di industri ini oleh karena resiko bisnis ini amat tinggi sebagaimana potensi keuntungannya yang amat prospektif.

Potensi resiko tersebut dapat diminimalisir dengan pengetahuan yang mendalam mengenai seluk beluk industri ini terutama dari segi hukum dan peraturan perundang-undangannya. Untuk itulah kami menghadirkan Pendidikan Intensif Hukum Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara dalam rangka memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang industri ini baik dari segi pengetahuan teknis maupun dari segi hokum dan peraturan perundang-undangannya yang terkait. Pendidikan intensif ini didesain untuk menghadirkan pendidikan hukum pertambangan yang disampaikan secara intensif dengan menghadirkan para pembicara yang kompeten dan mempunyai pengalaman yang panjang diindustri ini. Ada enam hal yang merupakan kelebihan pendidikan ini dibandingkan pendidikan sejenis:

  1. Pembicara: Pembicara adalah merupakan para ahli hukum pertambangan dan juga praktisi pertambangan serta bidang yang terkait dan dikombinasikan dengan para pembicara yang merupakan key person di departemen terkait. Selain itu materi akan disampaikan oleh 10 Pembicara yang kompeten dalam bidangnya;
  2. Intensif: Pendidikan ini dilakukan secara intensif selama tiga hari penuh mulai jam 09.00 hinggal jam 17.00, Rabu hingga hari Jumat;
  3. Tempat yang digunakan adalah di hotel Haris;
  4. Fasilitas: Para peserta pada akhir pendidikan akan menerima cd yang menyimpan foto dokumentasi, materi serta rekaman materi;
  5. Peserta Terbatas: Peserta dibatasi minimal 15 dan maksimal 35 orang;

Workshop ini secara umum menekankan pada beberapa aspek penting yang perlu dimengerti, dipahami dan dilakukan oleh pengambil keputusan baik secara teknis maupun biaya dengan cepat dan tepat dengan mempertimbangkan resiko yang ada :

Keunggulan sistem turbin gas diantaranya adalah dapat dipasang dengan cepat dan biaya investasi yang relatif rendah jika dibandingkan dengan instalasi turbin uap dan motor diesel untuk pusat tenaga listrik. Meskipun dalam beberapa hal sedikit lebih rumit jika dibandingkan system turbin uap. Sebagai alat yang tersusun atas komponen-komponen utama seperti air inlet section, compressor section, combustion section, turbine section, dan exhaust section, kinerja Gas-turbine engine haruslah terjaga reliabilitasnya. This intensive Course of Oil & Gas Law constitutes a comprehensive course to deepen our knowledge in legal aspects of oil & gas industry. This course aims to offer a logical approach to the design of centrifugal gas compressors, which will concentrate on the integration of the discipline experts – Process, Mechanical, Instrumentation/Control into a cohesive team. It considers the design of control & operation strategies for complex compression systems. It looks at the use of dynamic simulation studies to review and improve the design of compression systems and enables operations personnel to understand the key safety and operability issues associated with the compression system.

A compression system design will be developed during this course linking all the topics covered, including a short safety review. All individual engineering disciplines are integrated on the course to form a cohesive design team. The course fee includes a copy of one of the simulation models.

This course is advanced and assumes that all delegates have attended “The Control & Operation of Centrifugal Gas Compressors” course. Attendance on this course (or an equivalent) is a pre-requisite. Please contact us it you are in any doubt.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The use of Gas Turbines in the Power Generation, Petrochemical and Pipeline Industries has increased considerably in the last few years. The development, in particular, of Combined Cycle and Combined Heat and Power applications has accelerated the use of Industrial Gas Turbines. This course will cover the design, operation and maintenance of the various types of Gas Turbine and Gas Turbine applications. Presenting this course at our facility will allow attendees to see practical examples of Gas Turbine Components, types of component faults and associated repair techniques.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
The primary function of this five-day course is to allow the attendee a detailed understanding of the applications, operations and maintenance of Gas Turbines.  Therefore this course is targeted at technicians and engineers involved in the operation and maintenance of Gas Turbines.
