Maridjo has taught many topics related to his expertise to many companies in Indonesia, such as predictive and preventive maintenance, lubrication system, diesel machine, pump, gas turbine, piping and pipeline, compressor, boiler, and many others. Many participants from companies have been trained and collaborated with him such as Chevron, Semen Gresik, semen Baturaja, Pertamina, Pusri, GGPC, employee of Qatar and lybia oil and gas company, UP IV Balongan pertamina, PT. Scale In Oilfield Water (BANDUNG)

Pelatihan ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai scale yang terjadi pada lapangan minyak. Materi pelatihan akan dimulai dengan uraian tentang dasar-dasar kimia mengenai air dan scale yang akan menjadi basic pengetahuan pada materi training selanjutnya. Pembahasan mengenai oilfield scale akan dilakukan secara lengkap mulai dari bagaimana terbentuknya, jenis-jenisnya, masalah yang ditimbulkan hingga cara mencegahan, pengendalian dan penanggulangannya. Berbagai chemical yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah scale juga akan dibahas dalam pelatihan ini, baik yang berfungsi sebagai inhibitor maupun removal. In Jumanda Kasdadi, MT has experienced to be instructors at industrial training more than 13 years, both either  inhouse training or public training. Trainings that delivered by him for many companies  such as for oil and gas, for mining, for manufacture and etc. held in some cities in Indonesia like Jakarta, Bandung, Batam and others.

Experience in Marine & Oil Terminal/ Port operation as Person in Charge in the port operation and facilities, Head of Marine and Terminal Product Movement, Act Superintendent, such responsible for Marine & Terminal Installation, maintenance and operation; Ship shore – Shore Loading Procedure; Oil and gas processing; Calibration such equipment; Co-work with official government.

LATAR BELAKANG:
Alat-alat Penukar Kalor (Heat-Exchangers) berperan penting dalam mengkondisikan fluida sehingga fluida yang bersangkutan layak melakukan proses selanjutnya, seperti, sebagai agen proses industri, transportasi energi, pengukuran/pengontrolan, perubahan fasa dan lain sebagainya.

Kegagalan operasi suatu Alat Penukar Kalor menyebabkan terganggu atau terhentinya proses total pada suatu industri (kilang). Keandalan suatu proses atau operasi sangat tergantung pada kesiapan sumber daya manusia yang terlibat pada proses yang bersangkutan. Pelatihan yang ditawarkan dimaksudkan untuk mempersiapkan dan atau menambah kompetensi para pelaku proses industri sehingga lebih siap dalam penanganan masalah-masalah alat-alat Penukar Kalor.

TUJUAN TRAINING :
Training yang akan diadakan mempunyai tujuan seperti yang tertera pada butir-butir berikut :

  • Memahami parameter-parameter yang terlibat dalam proses penukaran kalor pada Alat Penukar Kalor.
  • Mampu menafsirkan kelainan atau  penyimpangan yang terjadi pada operasi Alat Penukar Kalor dan mampu mencari pemecahannya.
  • Memahami besaran besaran prestasi Alat Penukar Kalor sehingga dapat melakukan penaksiran tingkat keberhasilan alat.
  • Mampu meramalkan perubahan prestasi yang akan terjadi bila terpaksa harus melakukan perubahan rancangan  alat.

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
Ir. Pawito Merto Sontowiro, Msc adalah alumnus Teknik Mesin ITB dan sejak tahun 1973 menjadi dosen di jurusan tersebut sampai sekarang. Beliau adalah kepala Laboratorium Energi termal Teknik Mesin Institut Teknologi Bandung, Beliau juga pernah menjabat sebagai ketua jurusan Teknik Mesin ITENAS Bandung, Pernah mengajar di SESKOAD, Pernah mengajar di prokerma depnaker-ITB, prokerma PLN-ITB. Beliau juga pernah memperdalam keilmuan di luar negeri seperti bidang Coal Energy , Argonne, Chicago, Ill., USA, bidang Combustion, Petc, Pittsburgh, Pa, USA dan Pinch Technology, Asian-Australia Energy Cooperation. Bidang spesialisasi Beliau adalah Boiler, Turbin Uap/Gas, Pompa, Kompresor, Konversi Energi dan analisis energy.. Pernah mengerjakan projek pada bidang Modifikasi Sistem Pembakaran Lokomotip D-52, Modifikasi Sistem Penunjang Boiler, Analisis Sistem Boiler, dan lain-lain. Mechanics may be defined as that science which describes and predicts the conditions of rest or motion of bodies under the action of forces. It is divided into three parts: mechanics of rigid bodies, mechanics of deformable bodies and mechanics of fluids. The mechanics of rigid bodies is subdivided into static and dynamic, the former dealing with bodies at rest, the latter with bodies in motion. Mechanics is a physical science, since it deals with the study of physical phenomena. Mechanics is the foundation of most engineering sciences and is indispensable prerequisite to their study. The purpose of mechanics is to explain and predict physical phenomena and thus to lay the foundations for engineering applications.

Ir. Maridjo,MT. is alumnus from Mechanical Engineering Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). He has been lecturer at PEDC and now as lecturer at mechanical engineering Polytechnique ITB (POLBAN). Ir. Maridjo has taught many topics related to his expertise to many companies in Indonesia, such as predictive and preventive maintenance, lubrication system, diesel machine, pump, gas turbine, piping and pipeline, compressor, boiler, and many others. Ir.Endra Joelianto, Ph.D. is an expert in control engineering and industrial automation. His outstanding research is: Hybrid Control Systems, Discrete Event Control Systems, Petri Nets Analysis and Application on PLC, Robust and Advanced PID Controller and its implementation on PLC, DCS, Fieldbus, Industrial automation and Advanced Control System Designs. He received first degree (Ir.) in Engineering Physics in 1990 from Department of Engineering Physics, ITB and Doctor of Philosofy (PhD.) in Control Engineering in 2001 from Department of Engineering, The Australian National University, Canberra, Australia.  He is Head of Intelligent Control and Automation Laboratory and Coordinator of PLC Research Group for research and training, Engineering Physics Study Program and Instrumentation and Control Research Division, Institut Teknologi Bandung. He was Director of Schneider-OMRON PLC Training Center, Maranatha Christian University, Bandung.  He has attended several professional training on PLC, DCS and Instruments Callibration, such as: Yokogawa DCS, Bandung (2000), Implementation of Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 19-17025 and Basic Calibration, Yokogawa Electric Corporation, Bandung (2001), Fieldbus Foundation Technology, Singapore (2002), Basic and Advanced PLC Telemecanique-TWIDO, Bandung (2003), Basic and Advanced PLC OMRON, Jakarta (2004), Cleaner Production Application in Industries (Bandung 2005), Effective Energy Systems for Sustainable Development (Thailand 2006), Programming and Networking PLC Mitsubishi (2006), InTouch Wonderware, Wonderware Historian and Information Server (Bandung, 2012). He also has hosted Workshop on Industrial Automation (Bandung, 2002) and (Bandung, 2003), Workshop on Application of PLC in Industrial Automation (Bandung, 2003), National Workshop on Instrumentation & Control (2011) and many professional trainings on PLC, DCS, SCADA, Human Machine Interface and Industrial Process Control and Automation in Bandung. He was the project leader of Department of National Education TPSDP Retooling Program Batch II on Industrial Automation using PLC (2004). He is the chairman of National Student Competition on PLC Programming held regularly since 2007 in ITB. Pemilihan proteksi memegang peranan yang penting agar diperoleh suatu hasil instalasi listrik dengan baik. Pemahaman tentang teknik instalasi dan proteksi listrik sangat diperlukan agar didapatkan hasil yang optimum, aman serta handal bagi pemakai sumber tenaga listrik. Tugino,ST.,MT. was graduated from electrical engineering Universitas Gadjah Mada,UGM Yogyakarta. Deskripsi Pelatihan
Pipeline atau perpipaan merupakan salah satu peralatan utama di dalam industri baik industri petrokimia, perminyakan, pertambangan dan lain-lain yang digunakan sebagai salah satu alat transportasi zat cair. Komponen utama perpipaan adalah pomp dan jaringan pipa, sementara komponen-komponen bantu adalah katub-katub dan strainer (block valve, control valve, strainer, foot valve, dll), fiting (elbow, tee, reducer, inducer, dll) dan berbagai alat bantu lain yang diperlukan. Selain komponen utama dan bantu, perpipaan masih dilengkapi dengan beberapa instrumen misalnya instrumen alat ukur.

Unjuk kerja perpipaan mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap unjuk kerja proses. Unjuk kerja perpipaan sangat dipengaruhi oleh proses perencanaan (design), cara mengoperasikan (operation) dan perawatan (maintenance). Kursus ini membahas bagaimana cara mendesain, cara pengoperasian dan perawatan perpipaan.

INTRODUCTION :
Although the ultrasonic meter has already been patented in 1928, its accuracy was very poor due to insufficient electronic and signal processing technology at that time. Digital signal processing has rapidly developed over the past 30 years which is a result of the significant advances in digital computer technology and integrated-circuit fabrication. This rapid development on digital electronic has brought significant improvement on the accuracy of ultrasonic transit time gas flowmeter. This type of meter is commercially used for gas custody transfer application on 1994.

The American Gas Association (AGA) has issued a report on measurement of gas by multi-path ultrasonic meters. The report provides performance-based specifications and recommended practices for industrial use of ultrasonic metering.
In Indonesia, MIGAS approved the ultrasonic meter for custody transfer application in 1998. On January 30, 2001 the first multipath ultrasonic gas metering system in Indonesia was officially in operation as allocation meter at Anoa EGP project in West Natuna.

Unfortunately engineer/technicians in the field do not have enough knowledge and experienced about this kind of gas flowmeter. They need intensive training to know the basic theory and how the ultrasonic meter works. The Ultrasonic Gas Flow Meter Course will provide participants with comprehensive information on ultrasonic gas flowmeter technology. During this-5 days course the participants will receive information on wave theory, acoustic and ultrasonic waves, ultrasonic measurement system, various type of ultrasonic flowmeter, the principle operation of transit time ultrasonic gas flowmeter and its calibration. On the last day the participants will visit and carry out practical work at Ultrasonic Laboratory, Engineering Physics Department, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB).

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
Ir.Endra Joelianto, Ph.D. is an expert in control engineering and industrial automation. His outstanding research is: Hybrid Control Systems, Discrete Event Control Systems, Petri Nets Analysis and Application on PLC, Robust and Advanced PID Controller and its implementation on PLC, DCS, Fieldbus, Industrial automation and Advanced Control System Designs. He received first degree (Ir.) in Engineering Physics in 1990 from Department of Engineering Physics, ITB and Doctor of Philosofy (PhD.) in Control Engineering in 2001 from Department of Engineering, The Australian National University, Canberra, Australia.  He is Head of Intelligent Control and Automation Laboratory and Coordinator of PLC Research Group for research and training, Engineering Physics Study Program and Instrumentation and Control Research Division, Institut Teknologi Bandung. He was Director of Schneider-OMRON PLC Training Center, Maranatha Christian University, Bandung.  He has attended several professional training on PLC, DCS and Instruments Callibration, such as: Yokogawa DCS, Bandung (2000), Implementation of Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 19-17025 and Basic Calibration, Yokogawa Electric Corporation, Bandung (2001), Fieldbus Foundation Technology, Singapore (2002), Basic and Advanced PLC Telemecanique-TWIDO, Bandung (2003), Basic and Advanced PLC OMRON, Jakarta (2004), Cleaner Production Application in Industries (Bandung 2005), Effective Energy Systems for Sustainable Development (Thailand 2006), Programming and Networking PLC Mitsubishi (2006), InTouch Wonderware, Wonderware Historian and Information Server (Bandung, 2012). He also has hosted Workshop on Industrial Automation (Bandung, 2002) and (Bandung, 2003), Workshop on Application of PLC in Industrial Automation (Bandung, 2003), National Workshop on Instrumentation & Control (2011) and many professional trainings on PLC, DCS, SCADA, Human Machine Interface and Industrial Process Control and Automation in Bandung. He was the project leader of Department of National Education TPSDP Retooling Program Batch II on Industrial Automation using PLC (2004). He is the chairman of National Student Competition on PLC Programming held regularly since 2007 in ITB. He serves as instructor either for public or for in-house training on instrumentation and process control to universities, industries, petrochemical or oil and gas companies, such as: PT.
