TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
Ir.Endra Joelianto, Ph.D. is an expert in control engineering and industrial automation. His outstanding research is: Hybrid Control Systems, Discrete Event Control Systems, Petri Nets Analysis and Application on PLC, Robust and Advanced PID Controller and its implementation on PLC, DCS, Fieldbus, Industrial automation and Advanced Control System Designs. He received first degree (Ir.) in Engineering Physics in 1990 from Department of Engineering Physics, ITB and Doctor of Philosofy (PhD.) in Control Engineering in 2001 from Department of Engineering, The Australian National University, Canberra, Australia. He is Head of Intelligent Control and Automation Laboratory and Coordinator of PLC Research Group for research and training, Engineering Physics Study Program and Instrumentation and Control Research Division, Institut Teknologi Bandung. He was Director of Schneider-OMRON PLC Training Center, Maranatha Christian University, Bandung. He has attended several professional training on PLC, DCS and Instruments Callibration, such as: Yokogawa DCS, Bandung (2000), Implementation of Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 19-17025 and Basic Calibration, Yokogawa Electric Corporation, Bandung (2001), Fieldbus Foundation Technology, Singapore (2002), Basic and Advanced PLC Telemecanique-TWIDO, Bandung (2003), Basic and Advanced PLC OMRON, Jakarta (2004), Cleaner Production Application in Industries (Bandung 2005), Effective Energy Systems for Sustainable Development (Thailand 2006), Programming and Networking PLC Mitsubishi (2006), InTouch Wonderware, Wonderware Historian and Information Server (Bandung, 2012). He also has hosted Workshop on Industrial Automation (Bandung, 2002) and (Bandung, 2003), Workshop on Application of PLC in Industrial Automation (Bandung, 2003), National Workshop on Instrumentation & Control (2011) and many professional trainings on PLC, DCS, SCADA, Human Machine Interface and Industrial Process Control and Automation in Bandung. He was the project leader of Department of National Education TPSDP Retooling Program Batch II on Industrial Automation using PLC (2004). He is the chairman of National Student Competition on PLC Programming held regularly since 2007 in ITB.He serves as instructor either for public or for in-house training on instrumentation and process control to universities, industries, petrochemical or oil and gas companies, such as: PT. LATAR BELAKANG
Reliability (keandalan), Availability (kesiapan pakai) dan Maintainability (kesiapan Rawat) adalah suatu istilah yang sering dipakai dalam program pemeliharaan peralatan/system baik pada tahap perancangan maupun operasi

Data keandalan (MTTF = mean time to failure, MTBF = mean time between failure) akan dievaluasi untuk setiap peralatan baik secara tersendiri maupun secara system.

Keandalan dari  system ditentukan dengan menggunakan block diagram  yang memperlihatkan susunan peralatan yang membentuk system (parallel atau serial)

Maintainability diasumsikan berdasarkan  data masa lalu dari peralatan/system yang sejenis  atau berdasarkan judgment. Analisis sensitivitas dibahas untuk berbagai kasus MTTR (mean time to repair) termasuk juga dukungan logistic (part dan material) untuk mengevaluasi  factor yang menjadi penyebab utama  maintainability (kesiapan rawat) dan availability (kesiapan pakai)

TUJUAN:
Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini peserta diharapkan dapat :

  1. Memanaje peralatan secara lebih baik karena menggunakan data statistic yang bersifat kuantitatif
  2. Memprediksi  ketidak  siapan pakai  (In Availability) dari peralatan sehingga down time dari pabrik dapat di manaje dengan lebih baik

INSTRUKTUR TRAINING
Ir. Akhmad Dimyati,MBA. was born December 12th 1954 in Bandung, He was graduated from Industrial engineering Institut Teknologi Bandung, ITB for his bachelor and from magister business administration ITB for his magister program. From 1982 – 2003 he worked at PT.INTI (persero) for some position, such as manager of production control, manager of quality audit, expert staff for development, manager of training and education/diklat, and unit head for small business development assistance. He was also as member of supervisory board for pension fund koperasi yayasan kesejahteraan pegawai at PT.INTI(persero). Since 1982 he has been as lecturer for university in Bandung at industrial engineering for bachelor and magister program.  Ir. Akhmad Dimyati, MBA. has followed many courses to improve his competencies. And now he is becoming trainer for industrial training for topics in his competencies, such as logistics management, project management, production management, Balanced Score Card, supply chain and warehousing management. Mr. Akhmad Dimyati has much real experiences and he also do consultation projects. With his complete knowledge and experiences he will share in his training class to participants.

DESCRIPTIONS
Salah satu alat yang berperan penting dalam menentukan kualitas produk, baik pembuatan maupun proses pemeriksaannya adalah alat ukur. Kondisi alat ukur dan proses pengukuran akan menentukan keterpercayaan hasil pengukuran yang diperoleh. Untuk itu selain metoda pengukuran yang benar, kondisi alat ukur yang digunakan harus tetap baik dan terjaga. Salah satu cara menjaga kondisi alat ukur agar tetap baik adalah dengan melakukan kalibrasi secara periodik terhadap alat ukur yang digunakan. Dengan demikian proses kalibrasi alat ukur tersebut menjadi syarat penting yang perlu dilakukan pengguna alat ukur dalam menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas.

Manajemen kalibrasi alat ukur merupakan aspek fungsi yang menyeluruh yang menetapkan dan menerapkan politik hasil kalibrasi. Ketercapaian tujuan yang berkaitan dengan kalibrasi alat ukur membutuhkan dukungan dan keikutsertaan semua anggota organisasi. Sementara itu, pucuk pimpinan bertanggungjawab atas keterlaksanaan manajemen kalibrasi. Manajemen kalibrasi mencakup perancangan jangka panjang (strategis), alokasi/penetapan/penunjukkan sumber daya, dan tindakan sistematik yang menyangkut kalibrasi (perencanaan, operasi/pelaksanaan, dan penilaian hasil kalibrasi).

LATAR BELAKANG:
Banyak perusahaan yang telah menerapkan K3 atau Sistem Manajemen K3 namun kinerja keselamatan belum memuaskan , angka kecelakaan masih tinggi. Karena itu perlu pendekatan lain salah satu diantaranya adalah pendekatan perilaku berbasis keselamatan atau Behavior Based Safety (BBS). Sejak diperkenalkan di awal tahun 1990, konsep Behavior Based Safety (BBS) semakin banyak diaplikasikan di berbagai perusahaan. Konsep ini, berdasarkan penelitian  menyimpulkan  bahwa faktor dominan penyebab kecelakaan adalah unsur manusia. Karena itu pendekatan pencegahan kecelakaan harus menempatkan aspek manusia sebagai unsur sentral melalui pendekatan behavior safety.

Kunci keberhasilan upaya K3 (safety effort) dalam pengertian adanya peningkatan kinerja K3 adalah apabila aspek K3 telah menjadi bagian dari budaya perusahaan yang fokus pada perilaku organisasi dan tiap individu personil, disamping dua syarat lainnya yang telah terpenuhi yaitu adanya fasilitas / standar teknologi dan sistem pengelolaan K3 yang baik.

PENDAHULUAN:
Turbin uap merupakan salah satu jenis penggerak mula yang banyak digunakan di dalam industri, antara lain sebagai penggerak mula generator listrik, pompa dan kompresor, serta industri proses. Hal yang menjadi pertimbangan dalam penggunaaan turbin uap yaitu sumber panas yang digunakan untuk menguapkan air bisa dari bahan bakar gas, cair, dan padat, efisiensi turbin uap lebih besar daripada turbin gas, dan perawatan yangmudah.Permasalahan yang muncul pada turbin uap adalah distribusi kecepatan dan distribusi tekanan disekitar nosel dan sudu gerak, penurunan entalpi yang terlalu besar yang mengakibatkan kecepatan tangensial pada ujung sudu pun akan menjadi sangat besar, dan material juga memegang peranan penting sebagai kendala atas kecepatan tangensial yang cukup tinggi.Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Operasi dan Perawatan Generator dan Turbin Uap.

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR

Dr. Ir. Mohammad Rohmanuddin, MT., mendapat diploma DESS – Informatique dari l’Institut de l’Université de Sains et Medicale de Grenoble, Prancis serta doctor dari Instrumentasi dan Kontrol, ITB.

DESKRIPSI TRAINING :

INTRODUCTION :
Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa sebagian besar kasus tindak pidana korupsi yang menjerat mantan Menteri, Dirjen, Gubernur, Bupati, Walikota, Sekretaris Daerah, PA/KPA, PPK, dan panitia pengadaan, terjadi pada kegiatan pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah. Meskipun ketentuan yang mengatur tentang kegiatan pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah sudah lengkap diatur melalui Peraturan Presiden Nomor 54 Tahun 2010 tentang Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah, namun tidak semua orang menyadari bahwa praktik-praktik tertentu dalam proses pengadaan barang dan jasa mempunyai resiko terjadinya tindak pidana (korupsi). Di lain pihak, terdapat beberapa peraturan dalam PP 54/2010 yang bersifat multi interpretasi (sumir), sehingga dapat mengakibatkan perselisihan/konflik antara auditor dengan orang/pihak yang diaudit.

Pelatihan ini telah didesain secara komrehensif untuk memenuhi kebutuhan praktis tentang pentingnya pemahaman para pihak yang terlibat dalam proses pengadaaan barang dan jasa pemerintah agar aman dari RESIKO KORUPSI ATAU TUDUHAN MELAKUKAN TINDAK PIDANA KORUPSI.
