OVERVIEW:
A material safety data sheet (MSDS) is a form containing data regarding the properties of a particular substance. An important component of product stewardship and workplace safety, it is intended to provide workers and emergency personnel with procedures for handling or working with that substance in a safe manner and include information such as physical data (melting point, boiling point, flash point,etc),toxicity, health effect, first aid, reactivity, storage, disposal, protective equipment, and spill handling procedures. The exact format of an MSDS can vary from source to source within a country depending on how specific is the national requirement.

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
Bambang Pamudji, B.Sc.,SE.
has much real experiences, he is former Senior Health and Safety staff at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja,PUSRI(Urea Fertilizer Manufacturer) Palembang. He was born in Pasuruan East Java, 14 March 1950. He got his B.Sc in Public Health from APK Surabaya in 1971 and was graduated from Economic Management Sriwidjaja University, UNSRI, Palembang in 1996. He has certificates in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) from Depnakertrans RI/Institutions and Universities in Indonesia, institutions and Universities in UK, and National Safety Council. Experienced in setting up Health and Safety Management System documentation and its application. Experienced internal lead auditor SMK3 in PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja, and External lead auditor SMK3 for Indonesian Association Fertilizer Producer. He has been teaching industrial training classes for many classes related to topics of his competencies, HSE. Many participants from many companies in Indonesia have participated in his training classes.

LATAR BELAKANG:
Sebagai pilar pertama, yang memusatkan pada masalah logistik dan strategis dengan momentum pada kemajuan moral terutama jajaran manajemen dan staf dalam bentuk gerakan gugs mutu, gerakan zero defect, total productive maintenance, dan sebagainya. Dengan semakin kompleksnya pekerjaan perawatan, tuntutan kualitas pekerjaan perawatan, tuntutan waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan perawatan untuk menjamin ketersediaan mesin dan peralatan secara optimum pada saat mesin digunakan, kebutuhan informasi yang dapat menunjang pekerjaan perawatan, membantu menciptakan kondisi kerja yang aman dan tertib, metoda evaluasi yang berguna dalam pengawasan perawatan, dan optimisasi ongkos perawatan, sehingga diperlukan manajemen perawatan. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Manajemen Perawatan Lanjut.

TUJUAN:
Membekali peserta tentang wawasan dan pengetahuan mengelola suatu sistem yang merupakan gabungan antara teknologi perawatan dengan elemen-elemen pemroses informasi tentang perencanaan, disain, proses pembuatan, pengendalian, manajemen, dan operasi untuk tuntutan kualitas pekerjaan perawatan.

  3. Maintenance planning

LATAR BELAKANG:
Manajemen adalah proses merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, memimpin, dan mengendalikan usaha-usaha anggota organisasi, serta proses penggunaan sumber daya organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan organisasi yang sudah ditetapkan. Suatu rangkaian kegiatan dapat dibedakan atas kegiatan rutin dan kegiatan proyek. Kegiatan proyek adalah suatu rangkaian kegiatan yang hanya satu kali dilaksanakan dan umumnya berlangsung dalam jangka waktu yang relatif pendek, sehingga mempunyai awal dan akhir kegiatan yang jelas serta hasil kegiatan yang bersifat unik. Kendala-kendala yang selalu terlibat dalam proyek-proyek biasanya berhubungan dengan persyaratan kinerja (performance), waktu penyelesaian, batasan biaya, mutu atau kualitas dan metoda pengerjaan, dan keselamatan kerja. Selain itu, manajemen yang baik menuntut efisiensi, yaitu diharapkan bahwa seorang pelaksana akan melaksanakan dan menyelesaikan suatu proyek sedemikian rupa sehingga jumlah sumber daya yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan proyek tersebut menjadi minimum. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Manajemen Proyek.

TUJUAN:
Membekali peserta tentang wawasan dan pengetahuan mengelola (manajemen) suatu rangkaian kegiatan yang dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu pendek.

    Pengertian (jaminan mutu, manajemen mutu, sistem mutu), pekerjaan yang terkait dengan pengendalian mutu, proses pengendalian mutu, alas an dilakukan pengendalian mutu, manfaat dan hambatan pengendalian mutu, langkah-langkah pengendalian mutu, kegiatan pengendalian mutu, spesifikasi pengendalian mutu
  3. Pengendalian mutu pelaksanaan proyek
    Ciri proyek yang sukses, konsep dasar pengendalian proyek, lingkup dan acuan dasar pengendalian proyek, proses pengendalian proyek, proses pemantauan, pengukuran dan evaluasi kemajuan pekerjaan, tindakan perbaikan, perencanaan dan pengendalian proyek (sistem informasi dalam pengendalian, metoda evaluasi dan pengendalain).
  4. Mekanisme pengawasan proyek
    Ruang lingkup pekerjaan pengawas proyek, acuan kerja pengawas proyek, kendala pekerjaan proyek, pengawasan terhadap konsultan pengawas, kasus khusus.

Ir. Ating Sudradjat,MSc. adalah alumnus Teknik Industri ITB Bandung. Beliau adalah dosen Teknik Mesin di Politeknik ITB(POLBAN). Untuk mempertajam kemampuannya beliau sudah pernah terjun ke lapangan/perusahaan secara langsung, seperti Chief Technician di PT pamindo tiga t Jakarta selama 5 tahun, lalu menjadi Technical Manager di CV karya mandiri Bandung. Beliau juga pernah menjadi dosen di Polytechnic Education Development Center selama 11 tahun. Menjadi Technical Director di PT Pinangmas Energi Cakrawala Jakarta. Lalu di Cakrawala Optimus Explorer Bandung. Consultant & Trainer pada beberapa lembaga diantaranya di PT.MMS dan Logistic System di PT WKM. Beliau sudah sering mengajar pelatihan untuk perusahaan di Indonesia di bidang topik keahlian beliau diantaranya tentang material handling, maintenance, database system for Mechanical Engineering, Planning and Scheduling Maintenance dan lain-lain. INTRODUCTION :
Pada periode 1970 – 1980 an diberbagai industri/perusahaan di Indonesia terdapat departemen atau bagian yang bernama Fire & Safety ( F&S ), ada lagi yang bernama PAK (Pemadam Api & Keselamatan), S & S (Safety & Security). Kemudian pada periode 1980 – 1990 an : LPD (Loss Prevention Department), LPED (Loss Prevention & Environment Department), ELC (Environment & Loss Control), ELP (Environment & Loss Prevention) dan lain sebagainya. Selanjutnya pada periode 1990 an sampai dengan sekarang dikenal dengan nama HSE (Health, Safety & Environment). Pada periode inilah istilah HSE menjadi populer baik secara nasional maupun internasional, malahan menjadi program/target utama setiap perusahaan (company/user) karena setiap perusahaan tidak menginginkan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja, penyakit akibat kerja, kerusakan peralatan maupun gangguan/kerusakan lingkungan dan terganggunya proses operasional perusahaan. Kemudian HSE juga merupakan persyaratan utama dan pertama yang harus dipenuhi terlebih dahulu oleh setiap perusahaan jasa/kontraktor/mitra kerja (service company/contractors/business partners) yang akan ikut tender kontrak/proyek disuatu company/user/contract owner, bila persyaratan HSE yang ditentukan oleh company/user/contract owner tersebut bisa dipenuhi oleh para perusahaan jasa/kontraktor/mitra kerja, maka mereka diikutkan dalam proses tender selanjutnya, tetapi bila tidak bisa dipenuhi maka mereka tidak diikutkan dalam proses tender tersebut.

TRAINING OBJECTIVE :

  1. Para peserta pelatihan/kursus akan mengetahui, mengerti/memahami dan menerapkan HSE di unit kerjanya masing-masing, termasuk peraturan-perundangan dari Pemerintah Republik Indonesia tentang HSE dan standar-standar nasional maupun internasional dan ”Best Practices” tentang HSE.
  2. M), under sponsorship or study assignment of PT Stanvac Indonesia and he also studied at University of Pembangunan Nasional (UPN) Veteran, Yogyakarta (1986-1991), graduated as Petroleum Engineer (Ir.), under sponsorship or study assignment of Huffco/VICO Indonesia. His work experiences is 39 years in oil and gas companies and 1 year in geothermal, detailly as follows:

PENDAHULUAN :
Tidak semua hal bisa dilakukan manusia dengan nilai yang efektif, efisien, dan aman. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan dan penguasaan bidang mekatronika adalah sebuah keniscayaan. Mobil ada mekanik, pesawat, kipas angin, AC, dsb., semua ada kemampuan otomatisnya. Teknologi tersebut merupakan pengembangan teknologi yang terintegrasi meliputi Medical Technology, CNC Technology dan Renewable Energy yaitu yang disebut dengan Teknik Mekatronika. Mekatronika, singkatan dari mekanik dan elektronika, suatu bidang khusus yang membahas mengenai otomasi, kini kian dibutuhkan. Namun dalam perkembangannya mempunyai cakupan yang lebih luas yaitu, suatu bidang yang mengintegrasikan teknik mesin, elektronika, perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak komputer, komunikasi, ilmu bahan, mikroelektronika, juga kecerdasan buatan.

Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Mekatronika. Training ini didesain untuk menjembatani kebutuhan perusahaan untuk mencapai kebutuhan pemenuhan tenaga kerja yang memahami mekatronika dengan baik.

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
Ir.Endra Joelianto, Ph.D. is an expert in control engineering and industrial automation. His outstanding research is: Hybrid Control Systems, Discrete Event Control Systems, Petri Nets Analysis and Application on PLC, Robust and Advanced PID Controller and its implementation on PLC, DCS, Fieldbus, Industrial automation and Advanced Control System Designs. He received first degree (Ir.) in Engineering Physics in 1990 from Department of Engineering Physics, ITB and Doctor of Philosofy (PhD.) in Control Engineering in 2001 from Department of Engineering, The Australian National University, Canberra, Australia.  He is Head of Intelligent Control and Automation Laboratory and Coordinator of PLC Research Group for research and training, Engineering Physics Study Program and Instrumentation and Control Research Division, Institut Teknologi Bandung. He was Director of Schneider-OMRON PLC Training Center, Maranatha Christian University, Bandung.  He has attended several professional training on PLC, DCS and Instruments Callibration, such as: Yokogawa DCS, Bandung (2000), Implementation of Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 19-17025 and Basic Calibration, Yokogawa Electric Corporation, Bandung (2001), Fieldbus Foundation Technology, Singapore (2002), Basic and Advanced PLC Telemecanique-TWIDO, Bandung (2003), Basic and Advanced PLC OMRON, Jakarta (2004), Cleaner Production Application in Industries (Bandung 2005), Effective Energy Systems for Sustainable Development (Thailand 2006), Programming and Networking PLC Mitsubishi (2006), InTouch Wonderware, Wonderware Historian and Information Server (Bandung, 2012).

He also has hosted Workshop on Industrial Automation (Bandung, 2002) and (Bandung, 2003), Workshop on Application of PLC in Industrial Automation (Bandung, 2003), National Workshop on Instrumentation & Control (2011) and many professional trainings on PLC, DCS, SCADA, Human Machine Interface and Industrial Process Control and Automation in Bandung. He was the project leader of Department of National Education TPSDP Retooling Program Batch II on Industrial Automation using PLC (2004). He is the chairman of National Student Competition on PLC Programming held regularly since 2007 in ITB. TRAINING INTRODUCTION:
This training will be presented for the senior technician or junior supervisor. Induction motor as a driver mechanic most dominant than other electric motors in the production process in industries. It must be ensured that these motors must be able to function reliably during the production process, namely, for 24 hours a day. Therefore, to ensure reliable operation is always to serve the production process, the motor must be operated according to proper procedures and a hearing is protected. If there are detected decreased motor performance of its instrumentation panel, it can be known through its performance analysis.

During the training, presentation of the materials will be presented in a comprehensive manner, through the method of presentation of these things easily lead to a more complex, and practically based to a critical analysis.

Brayan Munthe was born in May 26th 1954. He got his education from electrical engineering IKIP Padang, then diploma of technical teacher training Hawthorn Institute of Education, Melbourne, and his master program from electrical engineering universitas gadjah mada, UGM Yogyakarta. He has followed many courses in Indonesia and also abroad to improve his capabilities. He is lecturer at politeknik TEDC and also at electrical department technical education development center Bandung. He has field experiences because he has done some projects in some companies in Indonesia related to his competencies.

Pembicara / Fasilitator
Ir. Deddy Nugraha is a dedicated experienced fulltime trainer and technical consultant since 2002. He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from ITB, Bandung. He has worked nationally in a wide variety of industries including: technology, aerospace, utilities, auditing, mining and institutions thus engaged as a corporate consultant. He also holds certifications for those particular fields from Snecma, France; Engine Support Inc., USA; Danobat, Spain; DNV, Singapore; MTU, Germany and FAA Auditor, USA. Mr. Nugraha is a member of Indonesian Society for Reliability and was elected as General Sectretay for 2004-2007 period. He has trained hundreds of managers, engineers and floor associates, subjects taught to include; CMMS, RCM, TPM, Project Management, Quality Process Control, Corrosion Control and Protection, Failure Analysis, Engineering Design, Instalation & Constrcution, Inventory Control and Management.
