COURSE DESCRIPTION
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Routing and Switching is a certification program for entry-level network engineers that helps maximize your investment in foundational networking knowledge and increase the value of your employer’s network. The CCNA Routing and Switching validates the ability to install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot medium-size routed and switched networks.

This course teaches learners how to install, operate, configure, and verify a basic IPv4 and IPv6 network, including configuring a LAN switch, configuring an IP router, identifying  basic  security threats,  understanding  redundant topologies, troubleshooting common network issues, connecting to a WAN, configuring EIGRP and OSPF in both IPv4 and IPv6, understanding wide-area network technologies, and getting familiar with device management and Cisco licensing.

Overview
This workshop will offer an overview and implementation of Project Management. The course is designed is based on the perspective of improving project delivery, which is one metric of a Project Management success; and practically it is an important measure. The industry  that have implemented  Project Management need to ensure the Project Management is providing expected results, and adding value to the business. This course will provide strategies and tactics to enable process improvement for a currently established project management procedure in the organization executing projects.

The workshop shall provide the capabilities to the participants in determining how best to use the Project Management methodology for organization advantage, and how to develop and use a competency model for project professionals involving in the projects.

The workshop is built around a series of consecutive structured lectures, class exercises, and class discussions with the perspectives of project management. The scope of the course includes discussion of the components of the Project Management Knowledge including: Recognize critical characteristics of a PM team to foster organizational success in implementing the projects , prevent runaway projects, conduct a project audit , perform a competency analysis, identify key roles and responsibilities in project implementation, prepare a Project Charter, conduct an project  implementation assessment, establish metrics for gauging and monitoring performance, develop a project  implementation plan, use the  project management best practices to promote professional responsibility as related information technology projects.

    • Establishing metrics at each maturity level

Training methodology.
We subscribe to 3 core adult learning methodologies :

1. Experiential learning – a process where the participant constructs knowledge, skills and values from direct experiences. This philosophy is based on the belief that adults learn best by direct and purposeful contact with their learning experiences. It is interactive and encourages learners to discover knowledge rather than be informed. Such learning experiences are realistic – physically active, cognitively meaningful and effectively engaging.

2. Self-profiling instruments – which provide a range of input and data of an individual’s perception on self. BACKGROUND
Pada era ekonomi pengetahuan (knowledge enomic era) saat ini, perusahaan dituntut untuk memiliki human capital berkompetensi tinggi. Oleh karena itu, proses pembelajaran adalah sesuatu yang mutlak dan menjadi bagian hidup pegawai sehari-hari.
Salah satu pilar penting terselenggaranya proses pembelajaran yang berkesinambungan adalah tersedianya Trainer dan Fasilitator Internal. Dengan kompetensi yang mereka miliki, ditambah lagi pemahaman teknis dan budaya perusahaan yang mendalam, Trainer dan Fasilitator Internal akan dapat memberikan inisiatif pembelajaran internal yang efektif.

DESCRIPTION
Pada program pelatihan ini peserta akan diajak untuk menghayati training ultimate goals, trainer/facilitator competencies, the instructional design (training need analysis hingga training result evaluation). Peserta juga akan difasilitasi untuk berlatih mengembangkan training modules; memilih training aids; meningkatkan kemampuan presentasi, mendengar, dan melakukan facilitating. Peserta juga akan dibekali dengan teknik-teknik untuk mengatasi situasi sulit selama proses training.
Materi telah didesain agar peserta mampu untuk menjalankan training yang sifatnya soft skills maupun hard skills (technical).

OBJECTIVE
Dengan mengikuti program ini, setiap peserta akan dapat:
