Hendro Nurhadi Dipl.-Ing., Ph.D. received a Dipl.-Ing.(FH) from the University of Applied Science Georg-Simon-Ohm Fachhochshule Nuremberg, Germany in 2001, and Ph.D. degree from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST), Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 2009. He is currently with Department of Mechanical Engineering at Institute of Technology Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya Indonesia, and a Director of Research Group for Intelligent Motion Systems and Identification (IMSI), Mechanical Engineering at Institute of Technology Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya Indonesia. His research interests and consulting activities are in the areas of motion control and automation, advanced mechatronics, automated optical inspection (AOI), machine tool dynamics, automation of manufacturing processes, computer-aided design and manufacturing, optimization applications, digital signal processing, and artificial intelligence. He has authored numerous international journal papers, also international conferences.

LATAR BELAKANG:
Getaran berlebihan pada mesin dapat disebabkan oleh mislignment, mislevelling dan unbalance yang dapat mengakibatkan life time dari mesin rendah. Setiap mesin yang diinstalasi atau dirakit tidak diperbolehkan melebihi standar misalignment, mislevelling, dan unbalance. Semakin tinggi putaran mesin yang digunakan maka harus semakin teliti dalam melakukan leveling, alignment, dan balancing. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Alignment, Levelling, and Rotor Balancing.

The industrial robotics training program introduces the basic mechanisms of industrial robots and provides the use of industrial robots for automating a manufacturing processes. The course focuses on mechanical constructions, kinematics, dynamics, coordinates systems of robots, sensors, path planning, and controls, as well as the programming of industrial robots using robot simulation software, Robologix, that provides access to a range of industrial robots including Cartesian, SCARA designs and includes various end effectors.  The participants obtain practical programming of an industrial robot through a combination of teach-pendant programming and 3D animations of the robot arm movement.

After completing this course, the participants will be able to classify different robot mechanisms, to understand kinematics, dynamics, and coordinates of industrial robots, to comprehend the concepts of sensory systems, planning, and controls used in industrial robots, and to program industrial robots using the state-of-the-art robotics simulation.

Augie Widyotriatmo received his B. Eng. and M. Eng. degrees in engineering physics from the Bandung Institute of Technology(ITB), Indonesia, and recieved his Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from Pusan National University, Korea. He joined the Instrumentation and Research Group, Faculty of Industrial Technology, as an assistant professor at Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), Indonesia. His current research include robotics, nonholonomic systems, robust and nonlinear control, visual servoing, and multi-robots systems. He has published his works in national and international journals and conference proceedings. He is a member of IEEE Robotics and Automation Society and of IEEE Control Systems Society.

LATAR BELAKANG:
Setelah mesin dipakai dalam selang waktu tertentu maka keausan yang terjadi karena beberapa faktor  menyebabkan kerusakan komponen-komponen pada mesin perkakas. Misal, deformasi karena gaya pemotongan dapat menimbulkan gejala gerakan yang tersendat-sendat (stick-slip) pada gerakan pindah berbagai komponen, menimbulkan keadaan getaran paksa dan kesalahan dinamik pada konstruksi mesin perkakas. Bagi perawat mesin perkakas yang tidak tanggap dan tidak ahli, kerusakan yang kecil pun bisa menjadi sumber frustasi dan mungkin pula dapat menambah parahnya kerusakan. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan tim perawat yang ahli. Tim perawat bisa terlibat pula sewaktu diadakan instalasi mesin baru, tes penerimaan mesin, perawatan preventif dan rekalibrasi mesin perkakas. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Perawatan dan Perbaikan Mesin Perkakas (Maintenance of Machine Tools).

He got his education from electrical engineering IKIP Padang, then diploma of technical teacher training Hawthorn Institute of Education, Melbourne, and his master program from electrical engineering universitas gadjah mada, UGM Yogyakarta. He has followed many courses in Indonesia and also abroad to improve his capabilities. He is lecturer at politeknik TEDC and also at electrical department technical education development center Bandung. He has field experiences because he has done some projects in some companies in Indonesia related to his competencies.
