He was graduated from Science et Techniques Aeronautiques and Science et Techniques Aerospatiales University of Paris X, France. And graduated from ITB Master Degree on Aeronautical Engineering. He has followed some courses as informal education to improve his competencies, such as ASNT NDT Ultrasonic Testing as level III (Three), Magnetic Particle Testing as level III (Three), Liquid Penetrant Testing as level III (Three), ASNT NDT Ultrasonic Testing as level II (Two), ASNT NDT Magnetic Particle Testing as level II (Two), ASNT NDT Liquid Penetrant Testing as level II (Two), Aircraft General License A1 (Aircraft Structure), Aircraft General License A4 (Aircraft Turbine Engine), Human Resource Development training, Airbus 320 & N 250 Landing Gears Training,    Messier – Dowty, France, Composite Material Course, Aerodynamic Short Course and etc. Mr. Sinung Nugroho also has worked in some institution or companies so he has real work experiences and these are valuable for him when delivering training. Bambang Pamudji, B.Sc.,SE. has much real experiences, he is former Senior Health and Safety staff at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja,PUSRI(Urea Fertilizer Manufacturer) Palembang. He was born in Pasuruan East Java, 14 March 1950. He got his B.Sc in Public Health from APK Surabaya in 1971 and was graduated from Economic Management Sriwidjaja University, UNSRI, Palembang in 1996. He has certificates in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) from Depnakertrans RI/Institutions and Universities in Indonesia, institutions and Universities in UK, and National Safety Council. Experienced in setting up Health and Safety Management System documentation and its application. Experienced internal lead auditor SMK3 in PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja, and External lead auditor SMK3 for Indonesian Association Fertilizer Producer. He has been teaching industrial training classes for many classes related to topics of his competencies, HSE. Many participants from many companies in Indonesia have participated in his training classes.

LATAR BELAKANG :
Berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Tenaga Kerja No. kep. 187/MEN/1999 tentang pengendalian bahan kimia berbahaya di tempat kerja maka perusahaan dengan kategori potensi bahaya besar wajib mempekerjakan Ahli K3 Kimia sekurang – kurangnya 1 orang serta Petugas K3 Kimia sekurang – kurangnya 2 orang (non shift) dan 5 orang (shift). Sedangkan pada kategori menengah wajib mempekerjakan Petugas K3 Kimia 1 orang (non shift) dan 3 orang (shift): (pasal 18 ayat 1(b) dan pasal 17 ayat 1 (a).

KEP.113/DJPPK/IX/2006 tentang kompetensi, kurikulum dan persyaratan khusus Petugas Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja Madya Ruang Terbatas (Confined Space). Selain untuk memenuhi persyaratan salah satu program pemerintah, diharapkan peserta mampu bekerja secara aman di ruang terbatas/tertutup dan melaksanakan prosedur kerja sesuai dengan program memasuki ruang terbatas/tertutup dalam rangka pencegahan kecelakaan kerja dan  penyakit akibat kerja serta kegiatan keselamatan kerja lainnya.

TUJUAN TRAINING:
Setelah peserta mengikuti pelatihan, diharapkan mampu mengetahui memahami dan melaksanakan :

  1. Kebijakaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja untuk pekerjaan di ruang terbatas/ruang tertutup (confined space).
  2. Dasar – dasar keselamatan & kesehatan kerja di ruang terbatas/ruang tertutup (confined space)
  3. Work permit procedure
  4. Karakteristik bahan kimia berbahaya di ruang terbatas/tertutup (confined space).
  5. Teknis pengukuran & deteksi gas beracun dan mudah meledak di dalam ruang terbatas/ruang tertutup (confined space)
  6. Rencana & prosedur tanggap darurat di terbatas/ruang tertutup pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan
  7. Alat Pelindung Diri untuk pekerjaan di terbatas/ruang tertutup (confined space)

PERSYARATAN  PESERTA:
Berpendidikan minimal SMA/SMU, pengalaman kerja sekurang – kurangnya 2 (dua) tahun pada kegiatan industri yang bekerja di ruang terbatas / tertutup.

Dr.Ir. Sutanto Hadisupadmo.MT.,IPM is a lecturer at Physics Engineering Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), and has been as a Head of Laboratory of Industrial Instrumentation at ITB. He is former Director of Instrumentation Center and Technical Services of ITB. His education started at Engineering Physics, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB-1977), then at Diplome Universite in Energetique, Universite de Prepignan, France (1985), Magister Engineering in Instrumentation and Control (ITB) and Doctor (ITB). He has over 20 years of experience doing training, consulting work in instrumentation, measurement, safety and process control and Mr. Sutanto has trained many training/courses for many companies in Indonesia such as PT. TOTAL Indonesie, Pertamina, PT. Petrokimia Gresik, PT. Badak LNG, PT. Pupuk Iskandar Muda, PT. Pupuk Kaltim, PT. Jaya Ancol and many others. Ir.Endra Joelianto, Ph.D. is an expert in control engineering and industrial automation. His outstanding research is: Hybrid Control Systems, Discrete Event Control Systems, Petri Nets Analysis and Application on PLC, Robust and Advanced PID Controller and its implementation on PLC, DCS, Fieldbus, Industrial automation and Advanced Control System Designs. He received first degree (Ir.) in Engineering Physics in 1990 from Department of Engineering Physics, ITB and Doctor of Philosofy (PhD.) in Control Engineering in 2001 from Department of Engineering, The Australian National University, Canberra, Australia.

He is Head of Intelligent Control and Automation Laboratory and Coordinator of PLC Research Group for research and training, Engineering Physics Study Program and Instrumentation and Control Research Division, Institut Teknologi Bandung. He was Director of Schneider-OMRON PLC Training Center, Maranatha Christian University, Bandung.  He has attended several professional training on PLC, DCS and Instruments Callibration, such as: Yokogawa DCS, Bandung (2000), Implementation of Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 19-17025 and Basic Calibration, Yokogawa Electric Corporation, Bandung (2001), Fieldbus Foundation Technology, Singapore (2002), Basic and Advanced PLC Telemecanique-TWIDO, Bandung (2003), Basic and Advanced PLC OMRON, Jakarta (2004), Cleaner Production Application in Industries (Bandung 2005), Effective Energy Systems for Sustainable Development (Thailand 2006), Programming and Networking PLC Mitsubishi (2006), InTouch Wonderware, Wonderware Historian and Information Server (Bandung, 2012).

He also has hosted Workshop on Industrial Automation (Bandung, 2002) and (Bandung, 2003), Workshop on Application of PLC in Industrial Automation (Bandung, 2003), National Workshop on Instrumentation & Control (2011) and many professional trainings on PLC, DCS, SCADA, Human Machine Interface and Industrial Process Control and Automation in Bandung. He was the project leader of Department of National Education TPSDP Retooling Program Batch II on Industrial Automation using PLC (2004).

He is the chairman of National Student Competition on PLC Programming held regularly since 2007 in ITB. Jadwal Training Sertifikasi Teknisi K3 Kimia. Berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Tenaga Kerja No. kep. 187/MEN/1999 tentang pengendalian bahan kimia berbahaya di tempat kerja maka perusahaan dengan kategori potensi bahaya besar wajib mempekerjakan Ahli K3 Kimia sekurang – kurangnya 1 orang serta Petugas K3 Kimia sekurang – kurangnya 2 orang (non shift) dan 5 orang (shift). Sedangkan pada kategori menengah wajib mempekerjakan Petugas K3 Kimia 1 orang (non shift) dan 3 orang (shift): (pasal 18 ayat 1(b) dan pasal 17 ayat 1 (a).

The possible consequences of hazardous situations that may occur on all onshore and offshore production facilities are the same such as : fire or explosion ; land, air and water pollution ; damage to production equipment ; and injury to people or personnel. Pangalengan West Java, JOB Pertamina-Gulf Jambi) in various departments (Production, HRD, HSE) include 1 (one) month (1983) as Flopetrol Production Well Testing Trainee in Total Indonesie (Offshore Oil/Gas Company) Handil Field East Kalimantan and 6 months (1996) as HSE Consultant at Lasmo Oil PLC Malacca Strait (Offshore Oil/Gas Company) and 7 years (2003-2010) as HSE Consultant/Auditor/Trainer of PT Surveyor Indonesia in Drilling and Completion Dept. PT Caltex/Chevron Pacific Indonesia (CPI) Sumatera Operations Area. He has also 18 years experience (1992-2010) as a Petroleum, HSE, Human Resources & Security Trainer both In-House and Public Trainings.

Sebagian besar industri memerlukan sarana gudang (warehouse) atau pergudangan (warehousing) yang berfungsi sebagai tempat penyimpanan sementara atau transit barang-barang sebelum sampai kepada pihak pemakai atau konsumen. Pergudangan memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam kelangsungan operasional suatu industri atau perusahaan. Barang yang disimpan di gudang bisa dalam bentuk bahan baku, barang setengah jadi, suku cadang maupun produk jadi, dan lain sebagainya.

Agar kinerja pelayanan dan peningkatan produktivitas pergudangan tetap terjaga dengan baik, maka diperlukan antara lain pengelolaan Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja (K3) atau Warehouse Safety Management yang efektip dan efisien.

TRAINING OBJECTIVE :

  5. Identifikasi Bahaya, Penilaian dan Pengendalian Risiko di Warehouse (bahaya fisik, bahaya kimia, bahaya biologi, bahaya ergonomi, dll).
  6. Safe Materials Handling (manual handling, mechanical handling, work at height, ladder safety, etc.).
  7. Fire Prevention and Protection Management.
  8. Vehicles Safety in and around Warehouse (types of vehicle, managing deliveries & visitors, pedestrian safety, traffic routes, reversing vehicles, load safety, etc.).
  9. Safe Materials Storage Systems.
  10. Warehouse Safety Audit.

Ir. Didi Sugandi,Bc.M was born inBandung August 21, 1950. He studied at Akademi Minyak dan Gas Bumi (AKAMIGAS)/ Oil & Natural Gas Academy, Cepu, Central Java (1973-1977), graduated as Bachelor of Petroleum Engineering (Bakaloreat Minyak or Bc. M), under sponsorship or study assignment of PT Stanvac Indonesia and he also studied at University of Pembangunan Nasional (UPN) Veteran, Yogyakarta (1986-1991), graduated as Petroleum Engineer (Ir.), under sponsorship or study assignment of Huffco/VICO Indonesia. His work experiences is 39 years in oil and gas companies and 1 year in geothermal, detailly as follows:

  1. 1970 – 1981 : PT Stanvac Indonesia Pendopo, South Sumatera (Production Dept., Study Assignment at AKAMIGAS Cepu, Safety & Equipment Inspection Dept.)
  2. 1981 – 1997 : Huffco / VICO Indonesia, East Kalimantan (Production Dept., Manpower Planning & Development, Study Assignment at UPN Veteran Yogyakarta, Production Dept., Loss Prevention & Environment Dept./LPED, HSE System Dept.)
  3. 1997 – 1998 : Karaha Bodas Company (KBC-Geothermal Drilling Project, Garut, West Java, HSE Dept.) & Sumitomo Corporation (Geothermal Power Plant Construction Project, Pangalengan, West Java, HSE Dept.)
  4. 1999 – 2002 : JOB Pertamina-Gulf Resources, Jambi, Sumatera, HSE Dept. (under contract services of SUCOFINDO Main Office Jakarta & PT Guna Persada Engineering)

Program outsourching yang di gulirkan pemerintah, membuka “kran” perusahaan untuk mengalihkan resiko tenaga kerja melalui skema outsourching pada kontraktor. Dari sisi ini akan semakin banyak pekerja kontrak yang bekerja di sebuah perusahaan induk. Dari berbagai catatan, baik perusahaan international maupun nasional yang beroperasi di Indonesia, catatan kecelakaan kerja lebih banyak terjadi pada pegawai kontraktor di bandingkan pegawai tetap di perusahaan induk.

Kecelakaan kerja pada kontraktor di sebabkan oleh banyak faktor seperti basic knowledge yang terbatas, pengalaman yang kurang dan juga biaya pembinaan yang terbatas memunculkan tantangan dari berbagai pihak yang berkepentingan untuk selalu memperbaikinya.
